These people sold house across from us knowing the man, the owner was arrested for sexual assault on a minor. ( 5034 Galena Dr. Colorado Springs Colorado 80918.) Plain as day, they were sketchy from the start. The sexual assault happened to my grand daughter. I couldnt get my grand daughter to come to my home and I couldnt look across the street and not think about what happened in that home. So, I put my house on the market, how ironic would it be that this group happened to be the ones to get a buyer. The realtor came over with inspector and like an idiot, I told them what happened.(like they didntknow!)..suddenly after inspection they had all sorts of demands. Again this group knowing the financial and emotional duress we were in continued to want more and more from us. We would have never left our home had it not been for what happened, but to know that and still do whatever you can to get your almighty dollar makes you a horrible group. To make a profit off of a 4 year old little girl, you will rot. You also lied to new buyers. No way would I ever recommend.your group. I will let the world know that of which you have done. Greed at its finest.
