I had concerns about a hornets nest yesterday, I contacted Deft Pest Solutions I have used them for the past year and they provide excellent customer service as well as excellent response time outside of quarterly service scheduling. The tech Anthony showed up immediately the next day he was very respectful and thorough, he set up and tended to the task of removing the hornets nest he inspected the rest of the property and made sure all questions were addressed before he left. I will be referring them to friends and family. Great service. Thank you!

Deft has always been awesome. Every one of their technicians have been great, robert was no exception. We have been using them for a year. The first visit they treated inside and out. The past few have (each quarter) have just been exterior treatments. We recently had some spiders in the garage and a centipede In the house. This last visit they took care of the interior and treated the exterior again to prevent future uninvited guests. If we have any issues, we call and they come out the next day to take care of anything like wasp nests or new army of ants. We live near a large environmental protected area so it happens from time to time.

Excellent rates for preventive services. The technician was able to come by the day after the initial appointment was made. Im certain we wont be having any problems with pests for the foreseeable future.

Sterling was amazing. After seeing a TON of black widows around our house in just 3 days, I was scared and worried about harming my 2 little kids and our dog both with the potential of black widow bites and the harmful chemicals to kill them. Sterling was so kind, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. It was like having a friend or family member come help us take care of a scary situation. This is the second time Anthony has come to our house and we are so impressed with him. He remembered us from last time and knew exactly what areas of concern we had. My kids were home and he was so great with them. Weve used bug services before, two different ones and have never had anyone as friendly or knowledgeable as Anthony before. I am happy and impressed with their service. I called in the morning to get an estimate to deal with an inaccessible wasps nest. Deft was lower in price then the well known company I had called first. Deft was out within hours and, with a one year contract, I had them spray the foundation and yard. I had more unwelcome insects than I thought as I see the bodies this morning. Brandon who did the work was courteous, listened to my concerns, avoided my garden and the wrens house. Deft came out and did a wonderful job. We moved into a new place and our old pest control was doing a very poor job at ensuring the pest stayed out the house. Our service was performed professionally and thoroughly. The service technician took pictures of what he found and took care of. When the service was complete, he explained everything he did. They have a 90 day warranty should anything come back. We have a huge ant problem outside so it is very nice to know that they will come back if we do not see an improvement at no additional charge.

I signed up with Danny for the quarterly service. I got way more than I bargained for in value. I used to buy those gallon jugs of home defense for $20. You can squirt a little line around your home with that gallon.When Anthony came out to perform my service, I knew I got more than my monies worth. They drenched the foundation with product. Swept and dusted the eaves and granulated the property. The amount of money I would have spent to get that same coverage, for $20 a gallon, would have been astronomical.That’s more about the product quality and quantity. The best part about the service is Anthony. That guy has the greatest energy! He’s very upbeat and polite. The guy just loves his job and it shows. Be wary of developing a man crush. Anthony’s demeanor tells me it’s a well-run company with happy employees. I can’t speak highly enough of this company!

We have a horrible ant problem on our whole block and hoping by using professionals (Deft) the problem would be minimized or gone however we still have an annoyingly bad ant problem.The first service we received helped somewhat but after 5 days the ants where back and worse it felt like. The second time was not the best and I left this review but I needed to update it.UPDATE.....my review posted and Deft did reach out to us they where kind on the phone call and offered to come out a third time. When Deft came out this time they where very nice and found where the ants are coming from, explained what treatment they where using and it was such a better experience.I would HIGHLY recommend you use Deft because they care!

Anthony was very thorough, checking inside and outside, crawl space and garage. He set traps and plugged any holes with steel wool. He said they would be back every 3-5 days to check and rebate traps. Very nice young man, and he explained everything and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with their service so far.

They are very thorough and professional...I’ve seen maybe 2 live wolf spiders in as many years(it’s a big deal after finding a black widow in the garage), and they got rid of the hornets real quick. Also, in these COVID times, they were able to reschedule without question or fees when we were quarantined. Takes a lot for me to write a review, so you know you get your buck’s worth

My first experience today from the moment Deft answered my call was very positive. I was able to schedule my first appointment within hours, and Cody showed up right on time. He was very professional and pleasant.

He came out right away and removed the wasp nest on my house. He was fast and efficient and the wasps have not returned to that spot.

Deft services came to my home several times for issues with spring tails. I lost track of how many times they came to my home to try a different solution. The springtails were lingering in all bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtub) kitchen sink, microwave, kitchen drawers, porch and patio from April ish until winter months. A year later the spring tails are back. I had the exterior of home prayed a few months ago. They’re quick to respond if you call with issues or concerns. I will look elsewhere to get rid of these spring tails though.

Dan, Bo and their team are the utmost professionals. What separates their firm, besides their stellar service and communication, is their integrity. We have been doing business with them for 2 years now. There was a situation recently where we sent them a check. Well, there was an error where we had already sent them a check regarding this particular payment. Bo, using prompt diligence, located the payment and provided the details to me. He even reached out beforehand to inform me, before the check was located, because he recalled the possibility of receiving it nearly a year ago. I am a current customer of Deft and have been for about a year and a half now. I am very adamant about not having spiders and making sure that they dont hang around my house. Ive seen an influx of them around and inside my home. I was upset because I pay and tell them that is the main thing I dont want around my house. However, I was able to get educated on why this was happening from one of the ladies in the office. They were migrating to heat due to the 47 degree drop in temp that we had a few weeks back. I didnt even think about it. Nevertheless, they sent somebody out the same day to take care of the problem and treat the house again for me. So I can definitely say that getting the service is well worth it. Its paid like my trash service is(every 3 months) and it runs about $35 a month. But if anything happens, you can always set up for them to come out and theyll handle the problem if they can. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely pleased with this company. Called them out for what I learned was a pocket gopher. Had completely destroyed my garden. Talked to Bo and very thankful for the fast response and great price (I did compare). He had Ryan come out that day, today, and set a trap. I left for an appointment and when I came home it was caught within 1.5 hours. Ryan was super nice and educated me on pocket gophers. Bo actually came back later and removed it and set the trap again just to be sure. They will come again later this week and it’s Guaranteed for 30 days so they will come back for free during that 30 days if needed. Hopefully not, but what a great company and great guys. Thank you!
