Scott was awesome. He was able to squeeze us into a busy day and took care of our bald-faced hornet problem right away. He even took time to show my kids the nest comb with the larvae squirming around and let them keep some of the outer nest paper to show their friends.I would definitely use this service again. What I was told over the phone that would be done in my home was not. As tech gets ready to leave I ask him to please pull out my stove and check. From that point on he was slamming my doors and so fourth. Made me feel very uncomfortable the 30 minutes he was in my home. He left instant kill clips on Friday its Monday Ive watched 2 mice so far run right pass them. I dont want to bash the company but I have a large home and I feel more should of and could of been done.

I found this company on Yelp and I am very happy with their service. A couple of days ago we found an entrance and exit burrow hole under our breakfast nook. This is the only room in the house that doesnt have a basement under it, as it was added to the house in the 1980s. The holes were large enough that they could have been made by almost anything, with rabbits to foxes being a possibility. I called Scott and he arranged an appointment the next day, after checking out the burrow, he gave me several options.We decided to have a trap set over night to see if anything could be caught overnight and released, as he was reasonably sure there was nothing in the burrow when he checked it. Nothing was caught and Scott came out again today to fill the hole, put up chicken wire and lattice-work; to prevent the animal from redigging. Im happy with the outcome and they were great to work with, with a fast response time. Scott did say that if it was rabbits, its hard to ever really get rid of them. However, all other areas around the house have a basement and I am in the process of getting our fence repaired/replaced, so that animals cant get in our yard. I plan on telling my neighbors about Complete Pest Control, in case they also need them. Thanks.

We found a live bed bug in our apartment late on a Sunday night, and I called Complete Pest Control at noon the next day. They got someone out to our apartment to do the first treatment within about 3 hours of my call - and its their busy season!Weve only found dead bed bugs since they started treating, and they havent at all tried to up-sell us on additional treatments. Theyve been extremely helpful with all of our questions, professional to work with, and easy to contact. 5 stars earned.

I am SO happy I went with Complete Pest Control. I called at 7am and Jeff was able to come at 10am the same day! He did a great job explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and doing a thorough inspection of my house - inside, outside, and crawlspace. He didnt minimize my fear of the mice that were in my house, but let me know that we caught things early on and it could be much worse. He helped seal up all areas they were coming in, as well as supply bait traps so that we can remove them from the property. If you have a mouse problem, call these guys. I fought (unsuccessfully) for a year with store-bought poison and traps all over the house and property. I called Complete a few weeks ago. They came out and now there is no sign of mice in the house. They are very professional and effective. No contract, but well have them out quarterly.

I had a mice problem and decided to call Complete Pest Control based on all the great reviews. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He came within a timely manner and did a thorough inspection. I highly recommend this business!

I called at 10am one morning and Jeff was at my house before noon to take care of our mouse problem. He took time to explain everything and was very thorough in checking the entire house, inside and out, to make sure he identified all possible entry points for the mice. He came back the following week to check the traps and make sure everything was working. I had a very pleasant experience with this company and will be calling them back if any future pest problems arise.

Shotty work for $345.00. No proof that the nest was removed: no pictures, no nest, no birds. They took less than 5 to complete the work, so no fumigation...maybe with Lysol? They didnt wear any gear that those who are spraying for mites, etc. wear. The guy rushed me to buy paint for the fascia (which he used a reused piece: the piece they bought from Home Depot was painted with the incorrect color and they just reused that piece with the correct paint, so the color is still off) because he lives an hour and a half away. BTW, I was charged $79.99 for his driving time. So, why was his driving time my concern??? Me buying paint...why? At first, I was okay, however, the guy gave me the wrong piece of colored-metal (not from the fascia), so $50 and my driving time wasted. I learned from other companies that these pieces, fascia, come prepainted and should have been ordered before doing the work. Additionally, the piece wasnt installed correctly. I wish I could attach a pic, so people and the owners could see that the job was not done correctly.

I called Jeff at 8:00am for a possible termite infestation. He answered and promptly came to my house by 10:00am. He gave me several options over the phone which allowed me to manage my expectations. He arrived, told me what the issue was, gave me a few more options and handled business by 10:30am. He was incredibly professional, pleasant and knew what he was doing. I know the company may not always have this amount of availability because circumstances change based on the situation, but I couldnt have been happier about my service in this instance. I called Complete Pest Control to get some squirrels out of my attic. They got in after the last big wind storm. One of their techs (Jeff) arrived that same afternoon and not only set traps and explained the process, but he also put a temporary repair on the house to ensure no new entries. Very thorough, very friendly, and very professional.I highly recommend this company. And they will definitely be the team I call for future problems.I will also point out that they use top of the line, humane equipment with proper 1+ mile relocation as their default method.

Not sure about all the 5 star ratings, this work was less than professional so much so that I had to have it all redone. Im disappointed in the lazy workmanship but I guess you get what you pay for. Rodent barrier wasnt even level with the ground (I just found this after moving some rocks that I didnt place there) and the concrete they said they couldnt drill into doesnt exist because I was able to dig down 8 to place the wire. Get a very specific quote is all I can say. They were great when we met but the work we requested was not as expected at all.

During a kitchen remodel, we found traces of where mice were getting in behind the cabinets. The crew came by within hours of our call, and gave us a whole house solution quickly and for a great price. I wont hesitate to call them in again should the need arise.

Recently had an unwanted guest in the house in the form of a big black rat, I thought I was going crazy because Ive never seen a rat that size in Colorado. I called Complete Pest Control, phone was answered and appointment booked immediately. Jeff and Scott showed up promptly the next day. Firstly they confirmed that I was not crazy, and that there had been a rat present, to me that alone was worth the visit. They made sure to bait our house in such a way so as not to threaten our dogs, and were very patient with all our questions and concerns. The service call was short for them so they made sure there was nothing else we needed, we told them we love our spiders, but hate our ants and they sprayed a bit for the ants without threatening the spiders.These two are the best, polite, on time, professional, courteous, relaxed, confident, knowledgeable, exactly what you want in a pest control company.They didnt try to upsell me, or pressure me into services I didnt want, they were kind to our dogs, and to us and quickly dealt with our problem guest.Would highly recommend.
