The family energy is great here for all ages and 10/10 recommended for families with busy schedules! Master Hong also isnt just a great teacher but a great mentor to everyone and is always encouraging and pushing his students to their best potential!

I have done martial arts for 21. Years. In the beginning of those years, Master Hong guided me, a young punk growing up with nothing surrounded by the wrong crowd, to be a respectable young man. His teachings of respect, diginity, and triumph through struggle allowed me to reach for more. Everyday I find myself reminded of how I can never repay the sacrifice in time and love Master Hong showed that young punk which made me the man i am today. I have taught martial arts for many of those 21 years of practice, trying so hard, to continue his teachings to the next generation of athletes, in hopes I can somehow repay what was done for me for the next person in line.
