Spoke with I assume the owner 6 days ago about possible printer repair, he told me he is in and out of the store a lot until closing and to call before coming, I called, he wasnt there and left a message for him to call back, still havent heard anything, thats okay because I went with someone else more responsive. You lost a future customer.
