I was very impressed with everyone at the office. They worked with me to fit within my budget for 25% of the costs from a previous free hearing test place. Best of all, I could understand every work people were saying for the first time in years!

This is the cleanest, nicest spot for ear wax removal. The doctor is really compassionate and nice. The removal was easy and high-tech. I can hear perfectly, and it was cool to see it all on the big screen. I had a lot of wax to remove.

Audiology staff worked with me for the first time. I saw Sarah a Doctoral student who fitted me for new ear molds for hearing aids No pain and very gentle hands. Very capable and customer serving staff.

The best! Was highly recommended by my audiologist, and I do not regret any of it. Getting my Cochlear Implant was a blessing and well worth the 5 plus hour drive each time I had an appointment. One ear done, One more to possible do in the future and will only go back to Dr. Hagerty and his fabulous staff!

I had taken my mom who is 93 in due to a couple of issues with her hearing aides. I was afraid that due to these issues we would possibly have to purchase a new aide since the warranty had expired. However, they were able to remove the piece that had been damaged and filled with wax. Every time we have gone to the Colorado Springs Ear Associates, everyone there from the scheduler and receptionist to the doctors have always been very patient with my mom. Also theyve treated her with the utmost care, concerns, and ultimately respect which is very important to me as her son, as well as, guardian and protector. I want to say Thank you!!!!

I thought I found a place that cared about their clients. I set up an appointment to have them connect my hearing aids to my phone as I got a new phone. I received a call in the morning telling me I just needed to call tech support as they couldnt help me. I was very disappointed they couldnt take the time to check to see if they could help me. I canceled all appointments I had with them and will look for another hearing aid company that might take the time to assist their clients.

Very clean office with professional care and timely appointment-Dr and nurses listened attentively to my issues and quickly able to diagnose the problem- so kind and gentle thank you Dr Hegarty and staff- my only concern is that I had to wait 10 days to be seen and this was tough to get through- wish there was a way to expedite the process when I felt so awful- but everyone in the medical field is seeing long wait times so I don’t think it was too far out of the ordinary

I am incredibly thankful for the care that I have received from Dr. Haggerty and his team. Their testing was thorough and personable. I never felt rushed during my conversations with their care specialists and while the diagnosis was not the best, Dr. Haggerty was understanding and was able to answer all my questions while talking through a treatment plan.

I cant say enough about the professionals at Colorado Springs Ear Associates! Dr. Hegarty was the ONLY ENT who properly diagnosed my Patulous Eustacian Tube disorder, after seeing 4 other doctors before him. I recently visited with him again and he shared his knowledge on a new medication, which I have since purchased and it works amazingly well! He also referred me to his audiologist, Dr. Iliff, who is an absolute rock star in her field. Thanks to her and my new hearing aids, I have a whole new life! In addition to their tremendous knowledge and professionalism, they are both such incredibly likable people. I feel very fortunate to have met them.

The care at Co Sprg Association was great. They clearly explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The procedure went exactly as they said and I felt very supported during and after the procedure. You can’t go wrong in choosing them for any ear problems you might have.

The staff was professional, thorough and friendly. Dr. Hegarty explained technical terms in a way that a lay person could understand. He takes the time to listen to your issues and thoroughly explains the treatment options. All in all it was a very positive medical treatment experience.

Ive been to a few audiologists trying to find the right fit and these guys are awesome. Very professional, very caring and make a point to ensure you understand whats going on and what options are available to you. They arent close to where I live, but Id rather make the trip than be seen at any other office or clinic.

Dr Hegerty and staff are awesome and very efficient. Called with an ear problem got in pretty quickly and hopefully we can get my left ear resolved. I like that the team and dr does not jump to the extreme right away and we work on some easier solutions first.

With each visit I find Colorado Springs Ear wonderful on on the edge in technology courtesy and helpful. Its been 2 months since my Cochlear implant was turned on an when I accidentally but dialed a friend I found myself talking and more impressively hearing over the phone. Up to now phones were just for texting and other apps for I could not hear. But now I can and it’s amazing.Recently had a Cochlear implant and I am at time in awe as I am learning to distinguish sounds I have never heard. With a severe to profound hearing loss, I have had a lot of dealings with ear doctors and audiologists. From my 1st visit with them, the testing and surgery and now adjustment my experience with them continues to be outstanding -over the top from their friendly greetings to their clear explanations and careful care during needed procedures. Had a great experience. My first impression was that the price seemed high, but after my visit I feel like it was worth every penny. He accurately diagnosed my Tinnitus which was not directly ear related! I was impressed that he looked inside my mouth, examined my jaw and neck. With his advice my tinnitus gone gone from about an 8 to a 3 in a few days. That’s just with lifestyle changes, still have to see the dentist for my TMJ issues. Very happy overall, I was presented with solutions and educated ideas by a doctor who cared. Staff was very friendly, facility was clean and very impressive.

Possibly the best ear doctor I have ever been treated by. Smart, sensitive, very caring and attentive to my specific case. I had gone to urgent care for a plugged up left ear. They were not able to help me. But Dr. Hegarty instantly diagnosed and solved the problem within minutes of my appointment. It did require removing some antibiotic drops that had dried up against the eardrum. It required a very skilled hand which he performed perfectly with virtually zero discomfort during the process. He was kind enough to explain everything beforehand and answered every single one of my dozen questions before beginning. As I said he was very kind and smart and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Never thought I would get my husband to have his hearing evaluated, let alone actually agree to try a pair for a week. The goal was to see if he could hear significantly better and if so purchase a pair. I am thrilled to report, he loves them and wears them from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed. OH, how this has changed OUR life. No more shouting to be heard, actually having a conversation, TV volume at a normal level and being able to socialize with him in attendance and participating! Excellent!!!! My daughter has had a traumatic brain injury weve been dealing with for the last 4 years. The last 5 weeks shes been in a flare up feeling dizzy, sick to her stomach, and her ears were really hurting which was not a normal issue....we decided to book an appointment with this Dr. who is an ear specialist. When my husband and daughter went they were so impressed! He took so much time and asked a lot of questions to see what the issues were, and he was able to identify a lot of bacteria in her ears he vacuumed out and he prescribed antibiotic ear drops for her. Her inner ears were really inflamed. He also did an exercise to reset the crystals in her inner ears which was contributing to a lot of excessive dizziness! She looks so much better an already feels so much better. Highly recommend this amazing Doctor. We were very lucky to get in within a day to see him. SO thankful!

Dr. Hegarty has been great to work with. I had 3 separate surgeries 20 years ago that only resulted in worse hearing each time. Very definitely high technology procedures -- running tests and the results are fed into a computer program. My left ear processor has been modified automatically for better hearing in my left ear. Clear instructions given as to how I need to begin using my right ear hearing aid. The right ear hearing aid was given to me by the VA for a service connected disability WW II.

I have ear devices configured for a condition related to tinnitus. Once in a while they need an adjustment. Dr. Cassie Iliff always fits me in for an appointment soon after I call, usually the same day or soon after. She proves how knowledgeable she is with quick, accurate solutions. Also, during these stressful times during the pandemic, in which its not possible to stick to the normal therapy plan, she has creative ideas to modify the therapy plan in order to still receive benefit.

They did absolutely nothing for me. Only ear test. And didnt prescribe anything. And Im pretty sure I have some type of war infection... No effort and a healthy bill... Thumbs down.
