45 min late and rude on the phone.

Bad first time experience!!Never have had to use this type of service before, and God willing never will again!!Left my very sick 70+ ur old Aunt waiting hours to be picked up from her doctors appointment. Which by the way the service took her too!!Not happy clients and will not be recommending!

The mobility van was not clean, and touch screen pad had finger prints on it. I had the driver clean touch pad before signing my name for credit card information. Driver was wearing a mask. I would of felt safer if the mobility van was clean and disinfected.

My sister was left stranded at airport since 6 am the company that had her reservation driver got sick and didnt bother to replace them told my sister she would have to find another ride on her own poor excuse for a business. We called other places and were told sorry were understaffed we cant pick up disabled people with wheelchair or scooters smh I called the company back who left her stranded after 11 plus hours and they give Beo number they were there to get her within 20 min and price was cheap. I want to thank this company with my whole heart. You will have her travel needs from this day on. I dont know why yall information didnt come up with the search on Google but I did give it to the airport information desk for further references.

Normally I’d give a better review as I utilized their services in the past. Never had a complaint in transporting a patient in a wheel chair. Today however was a different story. Our driver was Shawn. He was rude and nasty and shouldn’t be working with people overall. I’m surprised he didn’t make me wheel my husband in the van and strap him in myself. I brought my husband down to the van- he didn’t even offer.Redemption was on our trip back and our driver was Josh. Pleasant and sociable young man with manners and respect.

These professionals are amazing. They took very good care of my elderly mother, transporting from the hospital to our home and getting her up the stairs and in her room. Wont hesitate to call them again. Thanks guys.
