I rarely had any questions as the team kept sending me updates on what was happening, what was needed, and what to expect next, but on the couple of occasions when I did have a question they were very patient and informative and seemed only to eager to help out. All in all my wife and I were extremely pleased with just how easy they made the entire process, and would highly recommend them

This place left us waiting for two hours after our appointment on a refinance closing. They apologized and we tried to be understanding. We gave them a second chance when we sold our home and 4 months later they still have unfinished business they have failed to act on. We are still waiting on a check. Go with a company who is more invested in their clients.

Our escrow officer Patricia Madone was a rock star and very knowledgable about her profession (she has been in the business for many years)! She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence, she was kind and welcoming and very professional! She was efficient and timely with getting our docs completed, we had a terrific experience! Patti is a Rock star thanks again! We highly recommend using her!
