I am posting a review as a person looking for a job. They advertise a job listing for a residential apprentice, but then in order to apply for the job, you have to have 3 years experience??>??????/?!@#!#!@Seriously do people not realize 3 years experience is a journeyman, someone who can competently perform the job?An apprentice is someone who needs to learn the trade doesnt know anything.Get it right people, if you require 3 years experience, its not an apprenticeship.The entitled sense of business owners these days, demanding people having years of experience to be considered for an entry level job that pays next to nothing.The nerve.
