No complaints. Ive had the pleasure of having Courtney as my agent. A very welcoming atmosphere, she always had a smile and was always willing to listen to your concerns. She suggested a facility based on my experience and trusted her expertise. Im now over 3 months in and about to be hired on into an interesting job and enjoy working with everyone thanks to her.Weekly paychecks is what I will miss though.
Absolutely love working for them. They really care about you.
This was my experience... I went into an interview on 4/20/21. I was interviewed by the owner Leona Willener. I would just like to say that the employment opportunities she had available were very low paying for being admin and she said I wouldn’t be able to get a job making over 15 and hour. I proved that wrong and found a job making way more without the staffing agency and I was also hired that day. She set up an interview and told me the hours were going to be 07:30am to 3:00pm. When I got to the interview I was told otherwise. The employer told me it would be from 11:00am-7:00pm. When I got done with the interview I called Leona and told her I wasn’t interested in that job. She replied, well why would I set you up an appointment if you’re not going to go to the interview. I responded that I did in fact go to the interview and she was fair warned that I had a job interview before the job she set me up for. She was a bit upset about me not taking that job and was very crude over the phone. I was very respectful and professional and I didn’t get into it with her because I’m sure she was mad she missed out on some money which I understand the hustle. Also, Going through this staff agency you would be employed by the front range staffing for 480 days and even then you wouldn’t be looking at a promotion from said job until probably 3 years in.. also you wouldn’t be getting the company you got hired for benefits until after the 480days. This was my experience you may have a different one but I would just like to get this experience off my chest and have integrity and respect for others who are looking for a job. Thanks for reading!
Dont recommend this facility for employment. They stole my equipment and then refused to give it back, and now want to testify my unemployment claim after telling me they refused to work with me any longer.Dont work with them, they will NOT support you what so ever! 0 stars if I could. 2 years later and this is still continuing.Edit: I left 1 review prior. You are also posting private information about me I will be reporting. Screenshotting this for proof!
Front Range Staffing is a private company that helps job seekers connect to employers in a fairly quick and effective way.Front range was quick to get in touch with me and offer me a position. I accepted the position. The position was really good, I got to learn new skills and meet new people. The job was fun and kept me active, just what I asked for! I loved the company and the work I was doing, but an issue quickly came to my attention, the employees would be an issue. I left my previous job to escape sitting so much and get back into some dirty hard work. This was the place right? Until the staff showed how little they cared. For me it was a goal to complete as many orders as possible as effectively and safely as possible. For them it was just an hourly wage cage with no end in sight.(Majority of the mentioned staff are employees and not from Front Range.)The job started a little slow but the feeling arose very quickly that the people I would be working with are complacent. The first indication was the constant complaining. Every employee of any position I met had complaints. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt but through out my first week I observed negligence and an-unusual ammount of complacency. People would purposely slow down operations because it was a production facility that had a chain of orders, meaning order after order, breaks are 2x15 1x30. You do a product change and continue with the next order. I believe people intentionally slowed operations to leave them for the next shift. One of the primary complaints was about left over work. A shift would start an order for 1280 Killograms and only go through 200-300 in 8 hours whereas myself and my trainer cleared the remaining 800K, mixed, cleaned and started another order in 6 hours. We setup and finished 1/3 steps for the next order before leaving. My final day came much sooner than I had hoped for. On my final day I was working while my trainer just kept leaving to talk to people. So i went ahead and began cleaning, when he came back he got mad and said he would probably send me upstairs. He then asked me to help remove a peice of equipment, when I was helping him he appeared to grin at me before jabbing the door to the mixer causing approximately 4Killogramms or 9 pounds of product to pour out on to my face. He proceeded to laugh hysterically then went to the hall to tell his friends about it before sending me upstairs. More happened that day and I reported the events.Later Front Range let me resign without issue and took what I had to say about the job seriously, professionally and promptly. I wouldnt say this was Front Ranges fault at all, the one disappointment I had was that Front Range could not place me a second time. Again, I understand and they were professional about it and thankfully prompt.(Edit: added positive feedback about the actual job)
Couldnt have worked out better. I went in to see if they could find me something and they had me interviewing the next day. I love my new job and how easy Front Range Staffing makes submitting a timecard. Great people to work with.
The Best Temp Agency EVER!! I am giving this review 5 stars because everyone here at Front Range Staffing were very professional and prompt with me. Courtney is Amazing she went way far beyond than anyone. I called looking for anything in a medical field considering that is where alot of my knowledge professionally has been. Back to my roots as you would say even though its been awhile. Sent Courtney my Resume and she called me the next day!!! I am overwelmed and so excited for my new beginnings in an Audiology atmosphere that is a PERFECT fit for Me. Thanks again so much Coutney and taking your time for this position.
I came across Front Range Staffing through a Facebook post I saw and immediately applied for a position. Having been recently laid off, I was scared and uncertain about how I would pay my bills and have a steady income. After my interview with Leona, I was very excited to start my new job and have enjoyed working there ever since! I have a consistent schedule everyday and my coworkers are super friendly! I love the hours and the fact that you get paid once a week. I have recommended this agency already to friends as well as my sister and will continue to recommend to others down the road.
I have been extremely pleased working with Front Range Staffing and with the placement opportunities they have provided me over the last year and a half. Leona and her staff have been very friendly and attentive whenever I have contacted them or stopped by the office. They also pay on a weekly basis, which is a real plus. Ive recommended them to other friends and will continue to do so. Thumbs up all the way!
I moved to Colorado in June of 2019, I was having trouble finding a good job. Front Range Staffing helped me do just that in a matter of 1 day. They were professional, courteous and forthright. Leona was an absolute pleasure walked me through, step by step, everything I would need to know about my new workplace. If it wasnt for Front Range I wouldnt have such a bright future in Colorado.
Front Range Staffing is a very professional company that treats its employees well. They are always on top of things and very flexible. Leona has helped me multiple times, even outside of work hours on the weekends. It really shows they care and I really appreciate it.
I worked for front range from January to August before becoming full time. They were a lot faster on getting me a good job with great people. She understood I have a 1 year old and was unemployed for almost 4 months!!! The process was super easy and i also got a gift card for perfect attendance!!! Those things make working for them wonderful!!! I recommend them for all your staffing needs and they are very caring!!!! Thanks Leona for helping me and my family!!!!!!
Front Range Staffing is a highly reliable and consistently professional organization. Clearly focused on both client and employee satisfaction, the staff is results-driven, responsive, and efficient.
The staff were amazing at helping me get a job! They were quick, helpful and kind. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
I, personally, had an amazing experience with Front Range Staffing . When I first was hired, I was working with a former employee of the company. Once she left, Leona worked with me directly and she was amazing. I always made sure that the agency and I communicated effectively to ensure that there weren’t any issues. Leona and her associates were always professional and very courteous & I am still so appreciative for the opportunity I received to work with them. I was so sad when I had to leave & move (pcs) out of state. If I ever moved back, they would be my first choice.
Our company has relied on the great services of Front Range Staffing since they started. We have hired many employees through them. Also Front Range Staffing has found us some great employees. Their service is reliable and professional. We will continue to use Front Range Staffing and we highly recommend them to all employers and employees.Thank You to Leona and all her team.
The girls in the office are the most unprofessional and snobby. I will never recommend them to anyone. I sent a follow up email Friday night to advise them I did not receive information for a interview Monday a.m. the email I received back was sooo rude. When I advised them of what I wanted to be paid and that I did have a medical condition I was told that it was unprofessional I was so shocked I apologized until I realized that this was information that they needed to know. Then when I decided the job they set me up for was not for me, I left. Then they refused to pay me until I phoned them even though I sent the explanation in email. ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO NOT PAY SOMEONE FOR SERVICES. WORST PLACE EVER.You can respond all you want front range but looking at the reviews I believe you all need a lesson on how to treat people.Of course you responded, but apparently you didnt fully read my review. You advised me I would not get paid until I phoned you. I e-mailed you instead of calling to advise you why I left the position. No matter what you put down in response you and the staff are RUDE AND NASTY.
Very friendly and found me employment immediately
Great group of staff, and helped me locate a job very quickly. Process was super easy, and I recommend this agency to anyone!
Very profecional and fast process. Awesome people, they will take care of you. Recommend Front Range Staffing to anyone looking for a job.
I started working at Front Range in April 2018 until I was recently hired by one of the companies I was assigned to work for.My experience working for Front Range Staffing has been extremely pleasant, if youre looking for temporary or long term work assignments look to Front Range Staffing as this is the best Staffing agency I ever worked for, the staff are awesome and highly motivated . I truly recommend this company
Very professional and quick with employment opportunities, really enjoyed meeting the staff!
The staff is so friendly and helping during hard times, they placed me with a job so quickly, definitely would recommend to everyone looking for a job.
It was a pleasure working for Front Range!
Geez I wanted to maybe try and apply but all these reviews are not good, Trojan was the same way. I have them a shot despite what I heard and read and it was all true sadly
BEWARE...This company is unethical and does not care about some of its clients whatsoever. Leona has treated me worse than any other employer I have EVER worked for in Colorado Springs. She would like to think she is professional, BUT does not act in that manor especially when she makes a mistake. The managers at companie she put me at did not even like her. If youre willing to work temporary work please find another employer.**I am now VERY blessed to currently have a REAL career, front range was a trashy company and could never in a million years offer me what I have now. They did not contribute to my career and any way whatsoever!
There is no reason this place shouldnt have TEN stars. Leona is absolutely wonderful; if you invest in YOURSELF her, and her employees will invest in you. Thank you front range staffing!
Amys the worst contact Ive ever met for a staffing agency. Was fired due to a roll over car accident. Even took photos to prove it. Go to Aroetech or any other staffing agency thats around. And if you read there reply apparently they like to spout off lies about former employees.
Were do we start applied with front range for a job opening they had posted on indeed went in filled out paperwork and they said they would be in contact within a week to let me know if they hot me the job 2 weeks past and I call my contact they informed me that the employer filled the position on his own witch is fine, then comes the second employment oppertunity they said they would send me an email with address etc. Waited a week still no email received a call from them the day of my interview 20 minutes before I had to be there needless to say they still havent provided employment its like you have to watch over them to make sure their doing their job
This place is a lousy place to find you a job! I did my interview and they make you do a drug test in the office! I had said I wanted a first shift job and I get called for a second shift. Also, it seems like they only work for only 1 company unlike other agencies. Also, not very gay friendly while on my interview I was listening to the manager telling her co worker not to consider a candidate for the position because he was gay! Im so glad I found employment elswhere!Dont waste your time!
Amy was very helpful with job placement.... I also enjoy my place of employment!!!!
Not well staffed, some were rather short and had attitude over simple questions. I didnt feel welcomed at all. Returning calls/messages appeared to be an issue. Plus their job selection wasnt great to begin with. I wont be going back.
Front Range Staffing helped me land the job Im at today! Staff is great to work with and very professional.
Front Range Staffing placed me in a high paying temporary position shortly after my interview. Other staffing agencies never called. The temporary job enhanced my resume and helped me land a permanent job!
This place is so drama filled. Leona is rude as they come and unethical. I was let go for missing time that was excused by a dr and per their policy I WAS ALLOWED TO MISS 3 DAYS. Apparently that doesnt matter. On a day I missed cause of heavy meds given to me, they kept calling. My boyfriend answered and asked who it was cause he wouldnt just wake me up if Im not feeling well. She was extremely rude to him on the phone Were her employer! Not excuse to be rude to him, he doesnt answer to you.Theres a big long list at this point. Again, my time doesnt matter We will see if it matters to the LABOR BOARD OF COLORADO. Save yourself some time and just go elsewhere.
Jipped me in $36 might not be much but its money i needed.Sent me to the boradmore. The guy who was gunna meet me there was 3 hours late rude as hell to me so i left. Had proof i was there and guy at FR told me id get paid for being there. Never happened.Dont go here, reporting to BBB.
If I could give this horrendous place negative rating I would, but since the lowest I can put is a one. I’ll go with that.My husband, whom is a disabled veteran has been job searching for close to 5 months, due to his disabilities some jobs are limited.Front range staffing, and Specifically McCauley Kraker, interviews my husband for a Male Drug Screening tech position at Colorado Health Services. He was called and told by BOTH McCauley and Colorado Health Services he had the job!We were OVER THE MOON & extremely thankful he had been offered a job where he could apply his enthusiasm to work.He was told by BOTH parties to show up Thursday, December 28th at 12PM!My husband, showed up, on time 30 minuets early, like the very punctual person he is.He was so excited and ready for this new journey, once he arrived, he was told that the Amzing Company Front Range Staffing Hired someone else, without notifying my husband.I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of Moral Values front range staffing has, I am even more distraught at the lack of sympathy McCauley Kraker and the company have for THEIR COUNTRIES veterans.I will never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Really great place to work for staff is excited and care.
Was told they would help me get a job it’s been 1.5 months and they haven’t followed up.staffing agencies aren’t what they use for be.
Incredibly unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone, steer very clear of this place!
STAY AWAY! Horrible owner and staff. Reported to BBB.
Rude staff
