My recruiter is Christopher Stokes and he is the best recruiter I’ve ever had. He’s very professional. I recommend anyone looking for a GREAT job FAST, ASK FOR CHRIS. He helped find me the a job in a week and I love it so much. My job pays well and and Chris checks in with me very often, at least every 2 weeks. Before working with Chris I worked with another recruiter named Alison Wheeler, she was terrible. She took 2 1/2 months to find me a job, and when I needed her she was never there. I used to have to call her supervisor just get ahold of her when I needed her.Chris is truly a breath of fresh air. I am so great full he helped me!

Ive been a contractor with Aerotek since March 2018 and they have always treated me well. I am on my second contract during this time and the only issue Ive had was when the first contract was ending, it took almost my last day to get the next contract. But in the end, I didnt miss any work and ended up getting a nice pay increase when the new contract started.

Aerotek has been great to me. My Recruiter provided a job that I absolutely love. Its so nice to work with people who are genuinely nice and caring like Marissa my Recruiter. I definitely recommend Aerotek if youre looking for a great job.

I’ve worked with a number of staffing agencies over the years and I must say that Marissa Robson is the recruiter whom I credit for being able to name Aerotek as my favorite. I worked with a different recruiter when I first began with the company, but am glad to now be working with Marissa.I was working a seasonal position and after it ended, I discovered that my original recruiter had left the company. Marissa quickly contacted me to inform me that she would be my contact going forward and within days, made me aware of a new opportunity that had come up.Furthermore, she reached out to me after I was placed in the new role just to check in and make sure all was well. I have never experienced this; typically, once an employee is placed, the recruiter understandably moves on to the next placement, but this action proved Marissa’s willingness to go above and beyond and she has more than exceeded my expectations with this world-class service.Aerotek should count itself lucky to have Marissa on its team and should be sure to do what it takes to retain her. I look forward to a continued successful relationship with her.

Great if you wanna get a job, but super irresponsible when it comes to their employees. If you need your W2 good luck cause theyre not going to give it to you, need to ask a question youll not receive a response.

Ive had a wonderful experience with Aerotek. They got me an interview right away and after I got the job, they followed up often to see how it was going. My recruiter Nikolai is wonderful! I get paid every week which is nice.

My experience with Aerotek was spectacular! I first went into their office for a job interview on a manual labor job; I hadnt been working for a couple months. After Jason, my interviewer, saw my resume he offered to pass it on to someone in their office would could help me find some business-professional work which was right up my alley. I received a call that same day from Nikolai about some contract work, and after about a week and a half, I was back to work! Nikolai and his manager, Matt, have been amazing during this process; they both fought hard to get me a pay rate that was more than I expected, and also have been dedicated in trying to get me on permanently with this same company I now work for. Throughout this whole process, they all have been very professional and encouraging and never once forgot to call me back with an answer if I had a question. My first check came in within a day of the actual pay date (first check is always mailed) and everything on the check as correct. I couldnt ask for a better group of people to be in my corner and doing what they can to ensure my success. I would highly recommend anyone looking for work to seek this crew out!

They put me on assignment and told me they could work with me in the future once I wasnt on the assignment. Then they would never call me back or consider me for other work.

Great hiring agency with great recruiters! They got me an offer for 40% more than I was making at my old job within a couple weeks of first talking to them. They set up a meeting with someone else who they had placed at the company I was interviewing with to prepare me for the interview. This was for a highly technical engineering job, so the interview prep was priceless. They also helped me reword my resume to get it through the companys automated screening system. Overall couldnt be more satisfied with their services.

Gave them 2 stars because Shaquille Cooks is a good person, But anything beyond that is 1 star. They were able to get me a interview and it went very well. I was told the client would like to move forward. I had a few questions and Mr.Cooks was working on getting that information. The benefits package details were important to my decision. Mr. Cooks and I spoke and he was waiting to hear back from their client. Thats the last I heard. I guess I will never know what happened since I called Mr. Cooks and left voicemails and sent emails. Today I called another Aerotek rep and he was just rude. Made false statements of several missed meetings/orientations on my end, I AM NEVER LATE AND NEVER MISS SCHEDULED MEETINGS and then told me their client does not have a HR dept to provide the information I was asking about. Thats understandable, why not pass that detail along to me Mr. Cooks.... So if your ready to take any job right away, well then Aerotek may be the place for you. Just not the place for me I know!

Called the office and never received a phone call back. Was told that information was going to be retrieved and never heard back.

If I could give no stars I would. I was repeatedly ignored by my personal recruiter & other attempts at communication over a two year period to try & get my w2 for the year I worked.They treat clients/customers/applicants (as was myself) like a criminal if the assignment is not finished & new assignments held back from me, even though I had perfect attendance & work performance.They recently have ignored my many applications to positions I qualify for. In search of justice, I emailed a high ranking Aerotek executive explaining my experience & asking why a company thats dedicated to helping people find work would behave this way toward a customer? I received no apology or aknowledgement Aerotek did wrong. A complete glaze over of everything I said & told me to apply for more positions! I replied & mentioned all of this & have received only silence! What is wrong with Aerotek? Very strange behavior. Ive moved on to other endeavors & will not recommended the use of this company to people looking for work.

If I could give a negative star I would. Emily Whitfield a Areotex recruiter cheated me out of my hour multiple times. I lost a job because of her at Ace hardware. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Horrible horrible company if you get hurt on the job they pretty much give you a number to call and said good luck!!! Tyler refused to Corparate with me about my injury! He told me well we have no good fit for you at this point maybe in the future and hung up on me!!! Very unprofessional I’d suggest test your luck with another temp agency oh yeah and my checks were AWLAYS late and late means late fees on rent and bills! Stay away from this company!

Had an interview with them, had a bad first impression after having to wait for nearly thirty minutes after the scheduled time even with their recommendation of being up to thirty minutes early. Was told I would hear back within 24 hours and never heard back at all. Never had a very welcoming friendly atmosphere at all!

First applied close to end of 2016. People seemed nice and helpful. Since then, Ive had a few follow up interviews/ phone calls intermittently with various recruiters and nothing has happened. I also attempted to apply for several gigs online as most of the recruiters wait about a week to bother calling you back about a maybe job possibility. I even had a shot in the dark job offer awhile back for a position i felt was obviously not anywhere in my skill set. Overall, I wasted my time applying with this company as they dont appear to care unless you have a high qualifying collage degree. I wont be back, very unprofessional. Id of given them 0 stars, but it doesnt register that way.

I received a phone call from this unprofessional staffing agency that was trying to set me up with a job. I went to the interview and for me at least it went well. The lady contacts me the next day to say I didnt get the job (pretty sure cause I wanted an extra dollar since I am bilingual and have experience) Okay thats fine I didnt get it. But why will she tell me that she will keep working with me cause I have a good resume and she never called me back. Waste of my time. This is the 2nd agency that does this to me. Beyond unprofessional.

Super unprofessional. I worked with them in August 18 & i was let go from my project because i felt like i needed a better seat close to everybody so i wouldn’t fail, i wanted to be successful. I like Amy bless her heart she seriously so sweet, as far as Matt & Caitlin super unprofessional. I had got in contact with them today 12/20 to ask about some other positions. I received a call back from Amy & she informed me that because Matt didn’t want me back on another assignment, they don’t wanna work with me ever again. I’m sorry but because you mess up the first time doesn’t mean you can’t get a second chance. Please people before you go with them take a second guess & move along you will be disappointed

My 5 star rating goes basically to Tijae Stevens. He went above and beyond finding me a job and followed up with me through the process. He did his job and thats all I can ask for.This place isnt for everyone and you can see that in other reviews but I was surprised there rating was so low.No payed holidays is an issue with me. Aerotek makes alot of money for workers they get per hour. Atleast they can give major holidays payed for workers who deserve it. I didnt work on Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas or New years and didnt get payed. Thats alot of money I couldve had for the holidays.

For starters, Im a mechanical engineer. Ive called this company two times, leaving a voice mail once, and emailed them twice. No word back from them. Instead I contacted SNI Technology and they were quick to get me into contact with potential employers. Aerotek was a waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and dont bother contacting. All theyve thus far is spam my email with irrelevant openings in areas Im not even considering, but theyll never give you the time of day for a phone conversation or anything else.

Worked for Aerotek For just about 6 months decent experience.No Job Offer for the Construction Material Company.Very Dissatisfying now I can’t pay my bills.Ive been a temp and let me tel you that this is all it’s . they get you in the door at some company once you’re contract is up that’s it.And you get no benefits and pto etc.I do give shaq a bit of credit for trying to have them hire me on.But I will never again use a temp agency.
