I bought a glass top for my 120 gallon aquarium from Pidaz Blue through Amazon. I received a call from the company telling me the item was back ordered and they wanted to know if I wanted to wait or cancel my order. When the woman from their Customer Service department called, out of courtesy, she inquired about my aquarium to ensure I had measured correctly and had a cross beam across the middle. Unfortunately, the glass top wasn’t going to fit my aquarium. The woman, Charlotte was so polite, so knowledgeable and so much fun to talk with. I ended up calling her back the next day to confirm that I needed to return the glass top. We talked about my other aquariums and I bought another top for one of my other aquariums. Charlotte was awesome. Super friendly and smart. It was a nice change from some of the robotic customer service people you talk with these days. It sounds like Pidaz Blue treats their employees very well and they are a close nit group. Their products are Superior and their Customer Service is Excellent!

I wrote a negative review in the past but do not know how to update it. Since I wrote my review, the issue was resolved. The company accidentally sent me two of the same item, but only charged me once. Never had that happen before but again, the issue was resolved.

Unable to get in contact with company in regards to shipping. Under the product description it says to call for shipping estimate but, it is impossible to contact them. I have tried calling, email, even the Google chat option. I would say stay away if theyre not answering for a purchase, imagine if there is an issue once you receive your product.Finally heard back, come to find out they dont ship anymore when their website clearly states otherwise. Stay away from these people.

Total scammers. After ordering one item, the company charged me again for something I didn’t order and shipped it!!

No response to calls. I live nearby gonna check if it really is at the location.

Scammers. Stay away.
