I brought in an older PC that wouldnt boot properly, he took care of it for me plus an upgrade to Win 10 and an extra hard drive to make it good for another few years. Every time we have brought a computer with a problem, he explains the nature of the problem, the time scheduled for the computers return, and the cost, which is exceptionally reasonable. This shop is a gem.

I planned on going to a couple places to have my laptop looked at and possibly purchasing a new one. Luckily I went to Compu-Marc first where I met Marc and explained to him the issue I was having that I didnt think could be fixed. Marc said it can be fixed and not only did so but now my laptop is running better than it did originally. I couldnt be happier with his professionalism, knowledge and reasonable pricing. I cant even begin to express how thankful I am for Marc. Hands down this is the best Colorado Springs computer repair store. I called before hours and left a message about my broken laptop and the panic I was having because of the work I needed to do. He texted me right back and came in early to take a look at my laptop. Not only did he find the part I needed but was able to have it soldered in place AND in the meantime removed my hard drive and turned it into an external hard drive for me to work off of an old laptop. Marks great, we got a good laptop on a budget, then, when an electrical storm fried the drive, I rode my bike to him and he was able to diagnose it before I even got home on my trip back from his shop. He swapped the drives for the cost of parts, you cant beat that level of honest service.
