I can’t say enough good things about creative carpet care! Angela responded so quickly and got out to do my estimate the next day! Also recommended someone to stretch our carpets and he was very quick to respond and come out to give me an estimate as well! Brad and Peter came early and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. They look practically brand new! Everyone with creative carpet care was so professional and nice! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

I was recommended Creative Carpet Care by a friend after she had used them in their own house. It was an amazing experience working with CCC from the beginning to the end. Angela especially made the estimate process very straight forward as well as very comfortable choosing them to work with. She went above and beyond when it came to explaining everything to us including pricing and what sets their company apart from others in the industry. It was a much more pleasurable experience versus the carpet company we used prior. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. Angela even followed up the very next day to see how everything went and to see what we thought of how they did There were a few spots that showed back up a few days after the job; however, as soon as I called again asking them about the spots, they had another appointment made within just a few days. I will absolutely use CCC again in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Creative Carpet was awesome from start to end! We are so happy with the results. We were going to have our white carpets replaced because they were so stained by dogs and teenagers. We thought we would try cleaning first with the thought we would still end up replacing. Peter and Brad did such an amazing job!! The carpet looks new again. We are so pleasantly surprised!! We will not be replacing them they look so good. We will use them again no doubt. Angela who worked with us was very nice and the customer service from her was awesome. The techs that came out...Peter and Brad were beyond friendly, very professional, worked very hard. I did not feel as if they were rushing at any time. They took time and care in working on problem spots.Very prompt service, they got us in as quickly as they possibly could, and followed up to make sure we were happy. They will even be out in a month for a refresh clean and check for any spots that did not come out. I will use this company in the future for sure. Highly recommend!

I have 3800sq ft, my husband was afraid they would rush through...Uh no they took their time, arrived 10 in early for an 8:30am appt, started packing to leave at 1pm. Ben spot treated a crayon stain on my stairs until he was satisfied and then asked for my approval. MY CARPET LOOKS NEW AGAIN if that says anything.

I learned about Creative Carpet Care through my co-worker. She said they did a phenomenal job on her home so we called them to clean the carpets at our office. Was not disappointed!A couple weeks later I had to move out of my apartment. My dog was very sick before I had to put her down so the carpet, which was brand new when we moved in, was not in the best of shape. After flood damage to out walls and ceilings they sent a tech out do do moisture readings for an insurance claim. The tech assured us that the report would be sent in a few days. It is now almost a month later and no report. We have called repeatedly and are always promised a call back but have yet to get one. We have been given numerous conflicting answers ranging from why they cant find the report or that it is being typed up and will be completed today . We have 3 small children and cant fix the water damage and possible mold contamination until we can submit the report to our insurance company. If you dont want a lost insurance claim or mold in your home do not use them. However if you enjoy being lied to and jerked around these are your guys!

The most amazing cleaners, ever. They charged me less than the last guys charged to do just my carpets and a rug, But these guys threw in my furniture, steam cleaned my tile floors, baseboards and cleaned off all the counters, etc. in my kitchen. This is the best my house has looked in two years. They are friendly and professional, and they even rescheduled twice when my family was sick. Nicest guys, ever. I am a customer for life! AMAZING!

Creative Carpet & Care cleaned a wool rug for my mother that was sitting in a closet unused due to being soiled. As she doesnt drive, they came to her home, picked up the rug, explained their service options, gave an estimate, and brought the rug back to her on the promised date, at the quoted price. Good, friendly service, and now mother can use the rug again!

Ben (principal partner) first comes out and assesses the job and provides a quote for the three different level of services. I would strongly recommend anyone at least select the Deluxe (middle) level; at this level they vaccum, use their fast dry equipment, and clean the ducts a few inches down from all vents. The professionalism, timliness, quality of work, concern for the customer experience and reasonable price for the level of work performed were all outstanding. They will not be the least expensive alternative, but you will not get a better value for the quality of work performed.

We had a very large sewage issue at our commercial building and they came in and did a great job of handling the situation. We would highly recommend them!

We had a part on our refrigerator and ice maker break and water was seeping in the back of the unit and into the wood flooring. It took many days to notice, but by then the real damage to the wood had been done. The Creative Carpet Care & Restoration team came in and assessed the damaged, took measurements regarding water content and humidity and started to dry out the flooring. They also got down into the floor chase to extract any water. Their De-humidifiers and fans worked around the clock, and the wood starting to dry out and settle back into place. While some boards needed to be replaced, they certainly minimized the possible damage in a hurry. They came immediately and were very professional. I strongly recommend Ben and Brad and their team. They were excellent.
