I’m very disappointed. I bought a Groupon for upholstery cleaning over a month ago. I have called many times, left messages, tried to schedule an appointment online ( if you click on the appointment tab it directs you to a page that says call). I have no idea how to get ahold of these people!

MD Restoration and Cleaning Specialists did an amazing job cleaning my upholstered sectional couch! They took their time to make sure that it was done properly and did not rush the job. The 2 employees that did the job were professional and courteous. They explained the process well and also walked me through the pricing. The price was very fair for an excellent cleaning job. I will definitely call them again next time!

I had would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. They sent text to not only remind me of my appointment but also let me know when they were heading to my house. The cleaner Nate was very nice and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable. He walked me through what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a great job and got out some really bad spots in my carpet. I will definitely have them back out when its time to get them cleaned again.

I had them clean two wool area rugs.They did an excellent job of getting stains out and brightening the colors. The rugs are very high quality, so having them cleaned professionally is a must. They were taken to their shop and returned after the cleaning protected in paper after I was able to inspect them. Would totally use them again.

Great service! Showed up on time. Were very thorough cleaning my large sectional. They even cleaned my living room and hallway carpet for free. Communication was professional and helpful. They were also able to fit the cleaning in only a couple of days after I called for an appointment. Will be using their service again.

This company is great! They always seem to go the extra mile. I know that sounds corny but they spent extra time getting the white fringe clean on my area rugs, got the urine smell out of the carpet in one of my rentals, and did a great job cleaning the carpet on another rental. They have become my go-to carpet cleaners in the last year.

I was amazed at how thorough a job Nate and the other man with him did. My sofa and loveseat look great! You can tell they take pride in their work, and they were both very friendly. I will definuitely be using MD Cleaning Specialists again!

This is the second time we have used MD Cleaning Specialist. The first time was because of red and blue dye on the floor and the second was to remove a dog urine stain. Both times Allen was able to completely remove the stains I was certain would permanently damage our carpet. Its always easy to schedule an appointment and they come out quickly. Allen is prompt, friendly, and professional. They provide a great value for a good price. We will definitely use this company again.

We had boxer puppies born and needed our basement cleaned so it would be presentable for our new fur babies environment. And theyre potential new families to feel comfortable meeting their new fur babies and to pick them for their forever homes. Big shout out to AJ he listened to my concerns and addressed them in a very professional manner making me feel comfortable with a companys guarantee on my pet stains and odors. The company guarantees that if they come out the first time and the job is not done to your satisfaction they will come out again and redo the job at no additional cost. AJ made sure that I understood this guarantee. Ill request AJ each and every time.

The technicians were extremely friendly and cleaned up after they were done. There was an issue with the quote but they honored the price I was told which is a quality hard to find in these days. They wore booties over their shoes to keep my house clean. They were very nice.

These guys are fantastic Ive been here for 5 years having carpet cleaned at least once a year being a pet owner a nice guys did steps that no other service had ever done before making the quality of work outstanding. I definitely will be using their service again and highly recommend that everyone try these guys out they will exceed your expectations.

My carpet technician, Allen, was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be using him again! He spent over two hours deep cleaning steaming and putting a protective layer on my sectional. I think I’m going to have them come back into my living room carpet. The second time that he came to our house, he cleaned carpets for us. He did a fantastic job and was in an out so quickly! I will def be hiring him again. Fantastic.

Amazing customer service. Great explanation of everything needed and done. Allowed us time to move things and let us save our bedroom for last since this was a 3.5 hr job and we wanted to group in one place. Had us check areas already done. We could see the difference immediately and it only got better as it dried! Highly recommended!

Tech got done with previous job and called to offer early arrival. So happy to get everything cleaned. Super polite and pleasant to talk to. Carpets look amazing compared to pre-cleaning and I cannot wait to use them again. I would highly recommend!

I purchased coupon from radio shopping station for $25.00 .for a $325.00 discount.i have 15 vents and 10 return vents. The two young men did a great through job, with suction hose. .I could hear all the dirt tumbling through hose. All vent covers were taken out side to clean &dry. Vents were then sprayed with sterilizer,and vent covers replaced. Dryer vent suctioned out. Im sure the drying time will decrease now that all that lint was removed. I am extremely pleased with the service these men provided. They were both very kind and respectful. And I will use them in future. Unfortunately, I do not recall their names.Sorry guys.

The cost ended up being more than anticipated, but you get what you pay for. I once paid someone else far less and the result were also far less desirable. MD was professional, on time and the results were better than expected. I loved it.

Allen and his partner were absolutely amazing. I bought a special on Groupon from MD cleaning specialists which consisted of one room for $25. First of all making the appointment was seamless. They were kind, and eager to set an appointment. The day of my appointment they even called 3 hours early to let me know they had a cancellation and wanted to know if they should come by and get the job done early. Once they arrived they were polite, they worked dilligently, and they finished the job within 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend people to book an appointment with MD cleaning specialists.

Very upset that my floor took almost a whole day to dry. I understand my husband purchased a certificate but I paid $49.00 in cash on top of the certificate which is not what is advertised on them so read small print because they are collecting money but I paid extra to have my lower step landing area done to. I noticed dirt spots before the 2 men left and the older one went over what I pointed out in room and got up but they didnt get front room cleaned and more. I allowed everyone see before, during drying, and after before I cleaned myself which the next day my water looked like it was not ever touched but its now all clean.I do appreciate the friendliness in the 2 gentlemen but the cleaning could of been way better. Also, I could smell the beer on the one man but hey thats none of my business. Also, I really want to think the young one for helping with heavy air conditioning I was moving and thats why I paid him for helping because he didnt have to.Long story short my husband was offered another cleaning or money back and I want my money back and again I paid cash.

Had this company out to clean my carpet. They started the job when soon after, their truck mounted machine broke down.The problem began when the cleaning tech decided to “service” his machine in my driveway spilling oil in not 1 but 6 spots, not small spots either. He wasn’t able to get the machine working properly, so another truck was dispatched to finish the job. After they left was when I realized what they had left behind in my driveway. I reached out about the stains just after they left. The individual I spoke with informed me that they would “return to power wash and clean them up”. Well here it is several weeks later and no one has “returned”. I paid these people $500 to clean my carpet and wreck my driveway. Honestly I’d have rather kept the carpet the way it was, then have my driveway look the way it does now.

Had my carpets cleaned today. They did an awesome job! A.J and the other man (sorry I did not catch his name) were prompt, fast, and very professional. I would definitely reccomend this company. Thanks guys.

Worst company ever. Came in, started the job and then led us to believe that we had to have a lot more than was necessary done. They tried to scam us out of 50k on money and when I had my other 2 bids done they were 25k less than his. When we asked for our bill after 3 days and then firing them, they tried to scam us out of 6500.00 dollars! For what! Putting some fans down and moving everything out of my house into a unit (which they tried to keep us from knowing about the location). They also informed us that there were no containers in Colorado springs to put into our driveway, and that was the reason for getting the storage unit, but we called 4 companies and every single company had a container available for delivery that same day. Suspicious??They also make you believe that the testing they have done through their companies are about double what they actually are. We physically called and found put prices from the two companies they used for mold testing and asbestos and they gave us affordable prices. So MD restoration is charging us, the public, double to pick up the phone and have them come out...wow. They have lost there damn minds. The day that started moving our stuff out of the basement, when they returned from lunch, I noticed that several of the men that were moving our belongings smelt highly of alcohol. We have a small child in our home, not something you want to have to explain tour child. They are a horrible company and I would never reccomend them.

Worst company ever. Wish I could give 0 stars.I had bought a coupon from Radio Shopping Show for a carpet cleaning from MD. Called and called to make an appointment. They didnt answer,and didnt respond to my messages.I finally caught them in, and explained that I needed to schedule before the coupon expired.They said not to worry, theyd honor it. They didnt honor it, because they never showed up.Three times. I moved my furniture and waited. They didnt show up,and didnt call to let me know. When I called them they made excuses, claimed they had called, and rescheduled.Three times.Finally I said I just wanted a refund. They said Id have to get it from Radio Shopping Show, who refused because MD had screwed around so long it was past the expiration date. So I got shafted by both of them.I live on a fixed income, and definitely couldnt afford it.Dont hire this dishonest unreliable company.

Im still trying to get ahold of them. I had to cancel as an emergency came up and havent been able to reschedule again.

Total scam artists. BUYER BEWARE. Terrible work will make your carpets smell like mold and will charge you more than what they quote. If you try to call them about it the lady will hang up on you. STAY AWAY, TOTAL SCAM.
