Had entire house done. Very pleased with Both the quality of the work and the cost. Much more reasonable cost than I had expected. The service guy Billy was top-notch. Professional, friendly and didn’t do any of that tricky upselling that seems to be so common these days.

Both times was very friendly and professional. I had him come back a second time to touch up a few spots I was hoping would come a little cleaner. He did not seem upset to have to come back. Again was very friendly and did a good job.

Ryan was very polite and professional. That being said, I paid for a whole house cleaning ( master bedroom, three other bedrooms, a living room, hall and stairs.) I knew the living room was going to need stain treatment as it’s been about 8 months since it had been cleaned. I had asked when he was here if we could stain treat it and I would pay extra. Which he said he’d just go back over it and the carpet was just worn out. I respectfully disagree as I was able to spot treat it in one spot and that section of the spot lifted. There was also one bedroom that has almost new carpeting and padding that had a few stains and they lifted for me. My concern is, 8 months ago I used a locally owned carpet cleaning company to clean the living room, hall and stairs and they were able to get the carpets clean and were here for well over an hour. Ryan was here an hour start to finish, for the whole house. It felt like he didn’t have the time to really clean and address the areas of concern, that I had. The carpets are cleaner but, I am disappointed. I figured a National company would be worth a try. I don’t want to come across as rude or ungrateful. Moving forward, I will go back to the local company for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Nice people but perhaps too busy to take the time to really clean.Update: They called me and then sent two of their guys back out to address the issues. They just left and the carpets now look good! Worst Experience with cleaning of our home. Carpet is still stained in several areas...I asked what they use to pre-spot, clean stains, etc...they said watered down soap water. Basically, they didnt know. Also, cleaned my runner (figure of speech) looks the same if not darker stains now. Here is the kicker, the left my basement back slider door open after they left and we didnt go done there to look because the carpets were soaked from watered down soap water. So our basement was 50 degrees and we only knew this because the whole house started to get cold. We live up in the mountain side of S. Colorado so we have fire sprinkler system throughout our home. Thankfully it didnt burst a pipe....good news is the owner offered to refund nothing except a room they charged for but didnt end up cleaning anyway because there was too much stuff in the way. Thankfully I am on the HOA for our community and also a part of CAI so they will definitely get the full story! Id give it zero stars if I could...

They charged me for stain guarding, which I didnt want, I wasnt aware until I got the email of my receipt. And they didnt stain guard, they sprayed lightly and NOT thourghly . I thought it was deodorizer. . When I said to the gentleman, there was two of them, that the couch needed to be pre treated, he said they dont like to do that. I mentioned more than once to them when they were cleaning that I was concerned about it not being clean, I was told that it was . He could tell . It wasnt clean and was obvious when it was drying, so when I called regarding the overcharge, I said it wasnt clean . And the lady apologized saying she misunderstood about the stain guarding not wanted . They said they record the calls when I called initially. I told her she could listen to it and she would know I only wanted the couch and chaise cleaned, no mention of me wanting stain guarding. I was told they would have the conversation heard and would know, I said thats fine and told her the time it was that I initially called to set the appointment time . Then the original lady called me back almost immediately and said she would refund a portion of the money for the stain guarding. I told her that wasnt right, but whatever. Because the job was not done right initially they came back. Giving me a 5 hour window ! I questioned that and was told that was their policy, but there was a 3 hour window with the initially appointment. I feel the best or worst type of advertising is word of mouth, so I have let family and friends know of my experience with this company!

Candy is excellent! She is totally responsible for my decision to hire Stanley Steemer! And Billy did an excellent job, and went the extra mile in the clean! Both Candy and Billy highly deserve a pay raise. I own a large commercial janitorial company here and I would love the opportunity to hire them both.. I know work ethic and professionalism when I see it. In my company which Ive owned for 14 years I always look for a reason to give my loyal employees a bonus or a raise in pay. It always comes back to me.

I had an excellent experience with Terrence this morning. He was incredibly efficient, and he worked quickly. After inspecting the house, I am pretty satisfied with everything. He cleaned all of the carpeted areas in the house, which include about 6 to 7 rooms and one set of carpeted stairs. It cost $264 for the whole house. I felt that that was a reasonable price comparable to what other companies were quoting me.

The technicians who came to clean my carpet were very professional and did a wonderful job on my carpet. Would not hesitate to use again and would recommend them to other customers.

The Stanley Steamer representative was very professional and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns and did not make me feel rushed. Which I really appreciate! Also, Dominic G did a fantastic job making my carpets look and smell so much better. When he was getting started he also put corner protectors on my wall corners and he wore covers over his shoes to help protect my carpet even more! Overall I am very happy with the service and I will absolutely use this service again!

They were very friendly and came within an hour when I called for an emergency same day service.. A little steep on the carpet on 13 stairs.. But I got a same day in an hour carpet cleaning and that was worth that for sure!!

Stanley Steemer was used to clean and reseal the grout in two bathrooms and the kitchen. While we have been satisfied with their carpet cleaning services we totally dissatisfied with the grout cleaning and seal service they provided. The tile floors serviced look much worse now then they did prior to the service. The grout lines have dirty streaks, the grout was not cleaned up to cabinet and appliances and the service providers did not use corner protectors which resulted in dirty streaks on on the floor trim. The main office in Colorado Springs was contacted and we were told they will be back next week to correct the very poor job that was done on October 15, 2020.

Mark was the crew chief and he did a fantastic job. He was a young man with great work ethic and was friendly, hard to come by those now a days. The assistant also did a great job and was friendly (Sorry can’t remember his name). The only issue I had and can’t be blamed on the crew, but I don’t feel the management is giving all the tools needed for them to succeed. They didn’t have a stair strap, only 1 blowers (this one might have been because the second blower was broke). They didn’t have odor out or mats. These are great add on products, that in my opinion people want. But you can’t sale what you don’t have. When I asked Mark about the products he was very professional and said he would be happy to order them and bring them to me as soon as he could. Now with all that said I worked for SS many years ago as a young many and it was required of us to have all tools and products on the truck at all times and management made sure of it. Can’t sell what you don’t have,is what he would say. That stuck with me.I chose SS not because of there star rating on google ( because going by that they would suck). I chose them because they have a great system of cleaning carpet. I will be using them again as long as Mark is my tech. Thanks Mark you are a Rock Star. Cleaning was a 5 star but but because the lack of thing I had to drop it one.

Great service as usual. Got here early, and got right to it. Dominic and Billy did a great job.

The family room is the size of 2 rooms (very large). It looks great everywhere except in one small corner where a plant stained it. I saw it get an extra hand-spray of some solution to help get the stain out; however, I noticed when it dried that the stain had spread bigger than it was originally. It is lighter, but it has a definite ring further out than the original spot. I would like that one area re-done sometime in the near future, if possible. Thank you for a job well done, and I am sure you will contact me to remedy the one small area. I will use you again. It is, overall, a very good job.

These guys were awesome! We had them clean our apartment for move-out, and they had awesome availability, communicated with me extremely well, and did a fantastic job on the carpet. They even got out stains I had no idea were going to come out. Their prices were awesome as well. I will continue to work with them in the future, and could not recommend them more.

VERY professional! From the time I called in to set up an appointment, they were on it. That day, I received an email explaining what was to be done, they emailed a notice a couple of days before arrival that they were coming, they even called a couple of days before, to tell me they were coming and asked if I needed anything. They called about 10 minutes before they arrived and were on time. The two gentlemen...Mark and Colby came in, checked it all out and went to work. Everything looks great, we couldnt be happier!

We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Trevor and Brenden and wonderful attitude they had regarding all the little extra carpets they cleaned and took outside to dry on the deck. Every nook and empty space was cleaned, stairs done well, appropriate care with furniture put up on plastic blocks and work done on four levels in 2 hours! This to us was amazing use of their time. Trevor took time to explain safety features of slippery carpet in a charming way, Brenden dried the wet areas around carpets on wood floors, managed to clean under tables, move heavy rockers and sofa to do a thorough cleaning. Cleaning the extra small carpets was more than we expected and so appreciated. The carpets were all dry enough to enjoy a fresh new old house by 9 p.m. 12 hours after the cleaning. Well done and we know who to call and brag over to the neighbors! Thanks much.

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. We have not had our couches cleaned in years so it is hard to judge the value of the service. We didn’t feel as though the job was rushed. We were given instructions about how long to let things dry and what we should and should not do while waiting for them to dry. The service tech seemed knowledgeable.

GREAT COMPANY!!!!! Stanley Steamer came to my house and did a superb job! They called first to let me know they were coming. When they did arrive as they said they would be, they were very professional and kind! You do not get this kind of service anymore and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the 2 young men that came out. They were very consider it. They wanted to make sure I was very satisfied with the work they performed and could go over anything I thought may need it. There was one spot but it was just excess water. I cant say enough about those 2 young men that came to my home! I am telling everyone about how wonderful they were! Wish I had a before and after because with my 3 dogs, they sure can make your carpet dirty and Stanley Steemer took all the dirt away.Thank you!!!!!

I had a flooded basement and the team from Stanley made everything so easy. From talking to the adjuster to taking heavy blankets to be cleaned. Great experience, would call them again.

Stanley Steemer was available on the weekends when other businesses were not. They did a thorough job cleaning our carpets, and I was pleased with their work. The gentlemen who came to clean were courteous and professional.I did have an issue with the booking service, though. Apparently, they didnt have my e-mail address correct, so after I booked I didnt receive any confirmation by e-mail or telephone of my appointment. I wrote down the information while I was talking on the phone so I had it, but the morning of the service, I had to call to confirm the details. Maybe one extra confirmation step to allow better communication would have been better.
