She got sick all over the carpet from both ends and she not a small dog…it needed immediate attention. All though he had a full schedule he reworked his time to be able to come that afternoon. They were very efficient and quick. Stains removed and no smell at all! I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them to come back and do the rest of my house. The price was very responsible and fair. He offers a military and first responders discount which I thought was great of him. I won’t be using anyone else!

Patrick and his son took care of the pet stains and dirt that have been building up in my carpets. I was amazed by how clean my carpets now look and smell. I called on Good Friday at 9am and explained my dilemma to them. I had a child that was sick the night before and the carpet needed immediate attention. Within 1 hour I had 2 employees that were so good and quick. They actually got out a stain that had been there for a long time that nobody else could remove. I had a carpet cleaner scheduled to come out but due to incoming snow they cancelled last minute. I called Patrick and he has such a kind hard a good work ethic and he stepped in and he does such a wonderful job and he is so reasonable priced. I called to ask for same day cleaning, he seemed very busy so I felt bad, but he made it happen and was able to squeeze me in his crazy schedule to clean my couch. Patrick Bergeson was on time, professional, informed in his craft and he was quick. He was able to get every stain out, even one I didnt mention because I thought it was hopeless. (blue finger polish) While he was in my home, I spilled tomato sauce on a rug I was not having him clean and he got that out for me at no charge. I WILL use his services for as long as he is in business.

Wow! Patrick did an amazing job on our couch! We have an Airbnb and someone had gotten red candy powder on our new couch! Patrick came out and did a carpet clean for one of our customers when another company tried to clean it before and said it was a loss. Not only did he get over to the house within a few days, but he was able to save the carpet from the damage the original company made and get the stains out. He went above and beyond by cleaning the whole floor, not just the stains so that it was even in look throughout the whole area. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in town. He is very knowledgeable about the fibers he is working with and what chemicals to use not to damage the dye in them.

Working with a canine rescue, our carpets get dirty - FAST! We had some pups with parvo & needed our carpets cleaned the same day. Zak came out pretty late, from around 7-10 & made sure everywhere was deep cleaned & looking brand new. He was extremely nice & easy to talk to. He also explained everything he was doing & worked around my crazy toddler. I would 100% recommend them for ANYONE that’s needing their house cleaned.

Pat was awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable about his profession, and is able to give you realistic expectations on what to expect from his services. We asked him to clean 2 rooms and a hallway because of cat pee, and now you cant even tell we have a cat. He even went as far as searching with a black light for urine, treating those areas very thoroughly, and even helping me move furniture around so he can get everything cleaned. I will absolutely be contacting him again in the future

I’ve used believe that carpet cleaning several times now. I’ve had my car detailed by patrick with awful stains from having so many children on the go all the time and he had my all my seats looking brand new! I’ve also had my apartment carpets cleaned several times and well as my sectional and I was highly satisfied with everything he did for me! I even had some red stains in my dining room that were rather large and he was able to get the stains completely out! By far the most responsible and the very best carpet cleaning. He was able to get out stains that had been in the carpet for years and the carpets had been cleaned by many other companies prior to his cleaning. I highly recommend. Plus, he’s a really good guy.

We came back to our house after having been gone a week, to dog and cat urine throughout our main level. The person watching our pets didnt do a good job of taking care of them in our absence. And some of the urine was old that we didnt catch onto ourselves.Anyhow, Patrick did a great job cleaning our carpets. He took his time, pre treating areas of concern, then going over them with the cleaner. He spent about 2.5 hrs at our house, he did not rush through the job at all.
