They took care of it . We have professionally used Executive Pro-dry for 15 years now. I have yet to meet any other Water mitigation companies that have such high morals and honesty. They play by the book to protect their clients while also trying to educate. They are the only company we send referrals to. I know if they are working on my homes it will be done right the first time. I have always had great experiences with the entire team. You know you are in great hands when working with this company.

They responded to our problem with our bathroom right away. Jay was able to come out and assess the problem within a couple days. He got our estimate done and was able to do the work right away. Everyone we dealt with at Pro dry were professional, courteous and helpful. The fact that they would text with me was very helpful since Im not always able to take calls. They were far more affordable than we expected as well. I hope we dont have need for what they do again but wouldnt hesitate to call them if we ever need to.

I, unfortunately, had flooding in my house due to a hot water heater breaking. It went under the carpet in my office and under the flooring in my hallway that leads to the living room. I did not know this had happened until I went into that area of the house and when I walked on my flooring water started coming out between the slats of my floor! I immediately called a plumber to come and help me so he could stop the water coming from the water heater. There was so much water damage. He highly recommended to me that I call Executive Pro-Dry. He had dealt with them many times and knew they do excellent work and I wouldnt have to worry about anything.Well, he was not wrong! I called Cassie at Executive Pro-Dry and she got me all scheduled right away. She was helpful, if I had any questions, and was also there for me after the project was over to make sure I was completely satisfied!My sub-floor was so wet it took a long time to dry it out. But there were fans under my house crawl apace aimed up to where the water came through there as well. They discovered about 15 feet of soaking wet insulation that they took out. I dont know if another company would have done that, but Joey was very thorough in accessing every place that water damage could have gotten to. I had floor fans in my office as well as in the hallway in front of the door where the water heater is (A new one now), and, also had the water heater moved to get that floor dried as well. Joey, Gary, and Nate were my main guys, all with exceptional character and personalities. They explained everything they were doing and how the processed works, and were more than happy to answer any questions. I never once felt like they thought I was bugging them with anything. They were always happy in their responses. Joey was always available to me by text messaging if I needed anything, and to keep me updated when they would stop by next. Someone was here every single day their equipment was here, usually Joey, to check on the progress. He always was using his meters, etc. to make sure every area passed the test of no longer being moist. I would say the fans were here for approximately 10 days, as I said it was a major flooding. But I had constant attention from Joey to assure the progress was on going. He even moved the fans around when needed. Oh, we also had a a dehumidifier going the whole time, and a machine that takes the impurities out of the air during the process. I dont want to fail to mention Darius, Leavon, and Ryan were also here off and on throughout the process, so I felt that I was a very valued customer to have such a wonderful crew of guys that worked very well together, and made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I told Cassie today that Im almost wishing for more flooding just so I can see the crew again. LOL. Of course I dont want more water damage, but the crew was so pleasant to be around. Great personalities and all were very respectful and very professional!! I WOULD TELL ANY ONE AND EVERY ONE TO CALL EXECTIVE PRO-DRY at the first sign of a problem. You will not regret it!! Sandy W.

The pro dry team came to my house after we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. They used all the same scare tactics and high pressure sales vocabulary a car dealership uses. After quoting me $5100 to remove 35sq ft of laminate flooring in my bathroom I told them no way. They magically reduced their price down to $2400 after the tech called the big boss to make an exception. The only service I did with them was an asbestos test that I was highly pressured into purchasing by the salesman. He told me it would be around $300. Over 2 weeks later I received a bill for $760. This is a complete joke as I priced asbestos tests with other companies anywhere from $99 to $249. I have emailed the company and gotten nasty responses from the salesman. I have called and left several messages for the owner with no luck. In the meantime they have sent me a certified letter saying they will put a lein on my home if I do not remitt the $760. These guys are rip off artists that make a living charging double and triple what a job actually costs to get done. I have offered to pay them the $300 I was quoted by their salesman but they still will not reach out or have a conversation with me to explain their outrageous pricing. Please dont be fooled by their good reviews, we were pressured into leaving a good review for them while they were in our home. P.S. I found a REPUTABLE, FAIR, company that remodeled my whole bathroom for less than the $5100 these guys wanted to charge for basic demo. As of writing this I am still waiting to hear back from someone with authority at Executive Pro Dry that will talk to me about my situation.3/18/2021---Not sure why you can respond to the review but still will not have a conversation with me about my experience? Multiple phone calls and messages with staff have been unanswered. As a business owner how can you disagree with my point of view if you have never taken the time to speak with me?

I dealt with Executive Pro-Dry when I had a sewer loss at my house. They guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and were compassionate to my situation. They made sure my house was properly taken care of and my family was safe.

A crew of 2 came to my house for mildew mold issues in my bathroom. When they left and I went back to inspect I was SERIOUSLY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by how CLEAN it was. They went above and beyond to get all the nooks and crannies. I do believe it was cleaner AFTER they left than it was when we first moved in. Extremely polite and followed all COVID regulations as well. If needed again, This company has earned my GO TO !! WELL DONE !!

TL;DR - Owner of the company showed up without a mask to a disabled veterans house who has respiratory issues documented with the VA.Im scheduled to get my vaccine next week at the VA so theres no way im risking a stranger coming into my house without a mask on before that. We waited weeks for an appointment with this company, the owner is the one that showed up to do our free estimate for mold removal for the bathroom that our kids share. My wife opened the door and asked him if he was going to wear a mask? He responded with as a matter of fact, no i do not have a mask. My wife a bit puzzled stated I cant let you in without a mask (we have some new masks to offer to guests even) and he promptly said Ok, bye! and walked off and drove away.Proving a point just to lose out on some business is not a good way to run a company.

Rich and his team responded very quickly after we called them for wood floor damage linked to a leaking sink faucet. They only removed the wood flooring that was necessary to minimize overall damage, installed their drying equipment, and left us with detailed instructions that were easy to follow. Rich followed up with us every day until the job was finished, and ensured there was no remaining moisture under the flooring. They finished by applying an anti-mold finish, and ensured we were satisfied before closing the job.

Excellent, in fact almost unbelievable, response time. Very polite and realistic assessment of damage. They let me know what needed done and the charge for the amount of work was very reasonable. Would definitely refer to anyone looking for competent folks to fix water damage.

When four of my healthy cats all started having respiratory issues, I knew something was up. Ever since the summer of 2019 I was removing irritants, changing food, changing litter, removing any scents, changing cleaning products, investing in air purifiers, but nothing was working. Something in me told me to have my crawl space investigated for mold, and I read that it could be a factor and by spring of 2020, my husband was complaining of constant stuffy noses in the house, which was another sign.Before purchasing this home, there was a leak, I assumed maybe if you could not see the mold on the outside, theyd find it between the floor boards; however, they saw it almost immediately when investigating the crawlspace. Jay was quick to show me photos, give me ideas of what to look forward to, and all the pricing I needed. Trust me, I asked a million questions as this all happened during the pandemic, so I am out of work while my cats health bills are wracking up, on top of that now we have mold!! It is frustrating beyond belief.Jay was able to help me get everything situated. We treated the crawlspace, and also tested in the house and attic for any mold sneaking in. Attic had to be treated as well, but we took care of it as soon as we could. Whenever Jay and the other gentlemen would arrived they were always so pleasant and ready to work. When there was a discrepancy in payment I had already paid for, they jumped on fixing it and sending out a check, which definitely helps towards those health bills!I truly appreciate the hardwork gentlemen!-T

Had water damage from an upstairs master bath. Won’t go into the dirty details of what caused it but came from toilet seal leak. We just had a water emergency in our newly built home that affected all 3 floors. Within one hour of the water flooding our home, Executive Pro-Dry was here and immediately started setting up fans and dehumidifiers on all 3 floors. They were very thorough and found where the water had spread further into another room. After 3 days of drying, our wood floors did not have any water damage.

After identifying and talking about mitigation they got right to cleaning. Everything was out and treated by the end of the day. Valentines Day 2017, we woke up to a busted water heater flooding our basement. We tried to mitigate as much as we could, called a few companies including Jays team at Executive Pro Dry. As soon as they were here, we knew that these were the guys to get the job done. They checked everything and made sure that all of our damaged areas were dried appropriately, even the places we never thought to check. When all was said and done, Jay and his crew completely surpassed our expectations and turned a bad situation into a positive outcome, and we cannot recommend this company enough!!

Honest and very professional. They were wearing booties to keep my floors from getting dirty. They were very honest that my water damage was minimal and told me that a space heater aiming at the water damage would dry it out in a week or two. They didnt charge me hundreds of dollars for water restoration work that I didnt need. These guys will be my first call for any future water damage.
