Davis Construction remodeled our shower from an ugly tube to a beautiful glass pony wall 4x4 shower with 2 showerheads tiled enclosure that is making us feel like we are in a fancy hotel. We had a structural issue caused by improperly installed floor joists from a project years ago. Eric came out and looked at the problem and gave us a couple of options to repair it. When the crew came out they fixed the problem quickly, and now my floor is flat! Great work from real professionals!

The crew was great and they had the cover up in 3 days but as always the things I had planned in my head werent quite what I expected. Tim, the crew chief, came out and was great and supportive as I went through the changes I wanted to make. They made the changes and we couldnt be happier with the finished product. Thanks.Update: After trying to have Davis Construction come by to fix a few minor things, it became an absolute hassle to get someone here for weeks. Was filled with promises of “be there tomorrow”, only to get excuse after excuse for a no-show. Finally got Mike over to fix the pergola, he left with some of my stuff that I’ve been trying to get back for over a week now. More promises to return it, and more excuses for not. “Someone else has it now.”We will not be calling Davis Construction for our next project.

David Construction did a great job on our roof. After various cost estimates and calls not returned from other companies, Davis was prompt in returning our calls and giving us a clear and detailed estimate for our roof. We have a flat roof so not many are willing to work on it. They gave us a fair estimate and everything was done to very high standards. It was actually completed in less time that we thought it would take - a bonus! Though we hope we will not need another roof done for a long time, we would highly recommend this company! PS Since we have a flat roof and a stucco sided home, the finish trim work that was done looks especially nice.

I contracted with Davis Construction for a new roof and exterior paint at a home I inherited in mid-2019. The work was professionally completed on-time with a high level of quality and within budget. I was so impressed with Daniel Davis exemplary customer service and attention to detail that I contracted him to perform a complete interior remodel of the home that was in dire need of attention. While I reside out of state and could only get to the property a few times during the renovation, he provided above and beyond hands-on attention, was in daily contact with me advising of progress activities, and provided photos every step of the way. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality and my vision for the home made this enormous project a breeze. Even when an small issue arose, he was quick to advise and offer the best sensible approach. He always made himself available for whatever I needed (i.e., appliance delivery, landscaper coordination, etc.). Daniel Davis and the entire crew at Davis Construction (Mandi, Red, etc.) are top-notch and stand out in an industry that lacks overall customer service and quality. Dealing with contractors and roofers can be a very scary thing; in fact I was being taken advantage of by another roofing company which is why I reached out to Davis in the first place.Davis came out to my property and fixed a piece of my fascia for under his original quote. Yes that was great.But what was above and beyond was that he helped me evaluate the situation that the other roofing company put me in. Davis was able to answer all of the questions I had about the other roofing company and was even able to offer me some suggestions on how to deal with it; none of this he made a dime doing. Instead he did it out of the kindness of his heart because he is an honest business man with integrity.
