I recently purchased a Chevy Colorado from Rick at Phil Long. The transaction was easy and Rick was helpful and did his best to make the buying process as easy as he could. He promised a couple things that didnt get delivered, but I guess thats to be expected. The finance manager was really great. Very efficient and professional. Overall, I would say its probably the easiest buying experience Ive had and Im happy with the price I paid for my truck and with what they gave me on my trade. If the couple little details that were promised had been delivered this would have been an enthusiastic 5 star review. Women are all about the details though.
Didn’t get the tint promotional I wanted but aside from that excellent customer service. When we were searching for a car Jeff Overman understood what we needed and moved from one car to another and didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t want nor need. Very impressed with the patience of their team at Phil long. Ended up buying a new Ford bronco sport. 5 star experience and service.

Efficient service. I would recommend finding a good service rep and sticking with them as I’ve had some great interactions and some not so great. Most of the time, service estimates are honest but I would suggest doing some research on what you’re bringing your vehicle in for to ensure you’re receiving an appropriate estimate. I do bring my car in for every oil change and will continue to do so.
Service and customer service was great. we had them check our drivers side tire because it was going slowly low. The car monitor showed a warning. They said that it was OK and they could not find anything. The next morning when we were needing to go to Limon it was showing low and the monitor showed it low. We had to have ti checked again and there was a nail in the tire. It cost us $18 to have it fixed when it could have been fixed under our plan the day before when we brought it in for the routine service. We have been very pleased with the service we have gotten any other time we have been there.

This review is in regards to ANDY in USED car sales. We recently purchased a vehicle from Phil Long Ford with the help of an amazing salesman Andy. Andy cared about US. Of course his job is to get his sales but that was not his first expectation. We are young and he made sure we didnt make a decision that was too big for our pockets. Sales men typically want you to drive off in a car the same day. Andy mentioned multiple times that if we couldnt find something in that moment that he would call us when the right truck comes to the lot. Our experience here was amazing and that is all thanks to Andy! If youre buying a used vehicle definitely ask for him.
If I could give no stars I would. Sure they got our car fixed and didn’t cost us a thing (covered by warranty and recall on the airbag) but it took them 3 weeks to get our car back to us. We dropped it off Thursday and they asked us if we needed it by that weekend and we said no; because we didn’t. They had to order one of the parts for the airbag recall and i was told that they received the part on Tuesday the following week. I had to keep calling them to see where they were with the car and at one point we were told that the tech had to look at other cars that had come in after ours, before they could look at ours. We weren’t even offered a rental and when we asked about one they said they were out. I also asked them to contact me (while they had our car there) to make sure they had the parts then and there to fix our car door and never got a call about that. So car door is still broken. I then got a text message saying our car was going to be ready on a certain day but we didn’t go pick it up because we didn’t get a call, but then my husband gets a phone call the following day saying that they were going to be looking at the car. Just overall frustrating experience and will not be going back to this location.
From start to finish, and beyond really, Leah Jenkins was the best salesperson my wife and I have worked with while buying a new Mustang to replace an older model. She was so patient, attentive, found the exact car we were looking for from the color to options, had the car brought to town, and was simply there during the entire buying process. She also spent time helping my wife set up and learn the new stereo system, and answered our many questions. In my book, buying cars has always been an arduous experience where you just couldnt wait to be given the keys and leave to enjoy the car, but not so with Leah. She made it a pleasant one. From our very first contact via the internet to driving away with our new Ford Ranger Lariat, we had an exceptionally smooth experience from start to finish. Our dedicated sales agent Leah Jenkins, was there to greet us with a focused, professional, non-pressuring, and knowledgeable process. We felt confident in the information she provided, and of her knowledge of all the many features, buttons, and displays in the Lariat. This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of cars! I had been looking for a new car for a while, but with the micro chip shortage going on every dealership I looked at had extremely low inventory and I couldn’t seem to find exactly what I was looking for. Colorado Springs was a little bit of a drive for me so I called ahead of time and they just so happened to have what I was looking for on their lot.I worked with Estella and she was really great! She was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and if she couldn’t answer my question she found someone who could. She was very accommodating making sure that I was comfortable and happy the whole time I was there.This dealership absolutely went above and beyond to make this deal work for me! They worked and reworked and reworked numbers for me and gave me the best deal in the end.I really appreciate the great customer service and experience all around!
It all started when my 2011 F150 needed some work done. The Service department took care of my old faithful f150 and from that great experience I knew I would be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer! The amenities of a cafe and on site parts department was thrilling. Great dealership with great friendlystaff! I am pleased with my new Ford F350!
The worst Service Department I have ever dealt with. My wife to the truck for scheduled service with an appointment. she sat there for three and half hours before Michael the Service Specialist came to relay that the vehicle hadnt been looked at yet. Further more stated if she stayed it wouldnt be completed until 7 PM an additional 3 hours. No vehicle offered for her to leave and come home. the only advice that was offered was for her to leave and come back tomorrow morning in hopes he could get the truck in.
I really appreciate this company that still puts customer service first. Ive dealt with Phil long on several occasions with past vehicles and felt completely taken care of. This time my F150 was under a recall. I live in Pueblo and will continue using Phil long. Quality run company and completely trustworthy. Thanks for all your help to put me in my new ride
Took my car in cause I was having problems with my transmission and the dealership I originally got it from didn’t want to fix it. Took it to Phil Long here in Colorado Springs and Brandon definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed correctly and now my car runs better than ever. It took some time to get my TCM in cause the shortage on parts but they kept me updated and in the loop. Customer Service was definitely satisfaction to the tee. Will definitely be coming back in the future for any work I might need. Thank you Phil Long for treating me like family!
My wife’s dream car is a white Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Phil Long Ford had a beautiful 2018 Rubicon. It was my wife’s dream car! I drove down from Denver to Colorado Springs. I knew I didn’t have the money to buy it when I went to look at it. I would have the money the following Wednesday, and I hoped I’d be able to get them to hold the car for me! Jeff at Phil Long wanted us to have the car and sold it to us anyway! He then offered to follow me down to our home in Littleton so my wife could have her dream car that day! The buying experience was good overall, but they were busy. I have complaints about lack of follow-through. I ordered a cargo mat for my Explorer...they never ordered it (it was with points, so no loss since they were never used), and I purchased an extended warranty which they didnt register (its been 4 mos) and now have to follow-up on. Nice people, but YOU have to be sure to follow-up on everything.
Brought my truck in for an appointment at 9:30 to get the oil changed and tires rotated. My service representing Jeremy told me it would be done by noon. Never heard anything until I called at 1 and was told it would not be done at 2. Heard nothing again at 2 and went to the shop to find out Jeremy left and nobody had any idea where my truck was at or how long until it was done. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked again at 3. Could not give an honest answer of when it would be done and was very disrespectful. I will never return to a Phil Long shop.
I want to give a big thanks and recommendation to Neil Baldwin of Phil Long Ford Motor City. I purchased a truck form him this week and was a great experience. I felt I was purchasing from a friend and not from a salesperson looking for the biggest commission possible. If you need a car stop by and ask for Neil he will take great care of you and give you a very fair deal.
Brought in my truck for a rear main seal repair under warranty. Got it replaced and got the truck back. Left to get gas not a mile from the dealership and under the light of the gas station I saw that my hood was damaged, brought it straight back to the dealer and they said they will repaint it. That’s great but the damage is done and as a car guy I know it devalues the vehicle. Then a few days later I decided to look at the rear main seal area to double check, it was leaking worse than when I dropped it off.. So now I have a truck that is leaking worse than when I brought it in and has hood damage. I hate doing this by publicly putting out a negative review but it needs to be said. The service representative that I worked with was excellent and super polite so far.Pictures are after the “repair”UPDATE 1/09/21So I got the vehicle back after they looked it over again. Service tech said it was the coolant leaking from a hose and the coolant was making its way to the engine/transmission mounting point so he fixed the coolant hose, I was never losing coolant in the time I had it back for a few days after the rear main was fixed so thats interesting and the truck is still leaking from the area that the transmission and engine mount to each other. Very disappointed in the technicians ability to determine where the truck is leaking from.

I always get great service here at Phil Long Lincoln. They always get me in quickly, they take great care of me, they make me feel welcomed, and their service is quick. Their new communication system is great and allows me to communicate with them without having to ply phone tag through the day. They went above and beyond this time and even cleaned out the inside of my car before I picked it up. They do pickups and drop offs as well which is very helpful.
Bought a newer used Nissan Rogue. Not even 2 week later all sorts of check engine lights and the car shutting off while driving. They did 0 inspection to this car. Would never buy from Phil Long again… ever
So I went to ford to buy a new truck every thing was good they asked me if I wanted these add on they were doing I said no I just want the truck well long story short they charged me 8k extra in these fees from rims and tires too others and I called to ask them to remove them its been 3 weeks and I havent heard from anyone am very upset I will no longer shop at this dealer anymore. The only positive part was Terry he has been amazing.

When I found the Ranger XL model specific to my needs, I started a chat. Contacts were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to speak with. I did not want to drive the distance to the dealership so, the sales team brought it to my house. I completed a test drive. And the paperwork was ready for me to sign. After the 3 day evaluation was complete, I wired them the down payment to lock in the deal. Very happy. Great Job!!!

The Perfect Auto Buying Experience!!I saw this Escape Hybrid listed on Phil Long Ford Denver (which is where I live). I called on it and was told it was actually in Colorado Springs. When I asked if there was any reason they would charge me sticker price instead of internet listed price, the fella seemed intent on finding out WHY it was listed at such a great price and NOT at the higher price! Well I did not feel good about dealing any further with that fella (name excluded) so I called PHCos directly. Lindsay was absolutely fantastic and helped me do everything over the phone. Once approved I raced my trade in down to the Springs and brought my little dog. We were greeted with true enthusiasm and friendliness. Soon we met Eric who handled the rest of the process. I could type paragraphs on how AMAZING and AWESOME he was/is. My new Escape is beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful. The entire process was perfect! 6 out of 5 stars!! Thanks Phil Long Ford of Colorado Springs. That’s how you earn repeat business and referrals.
We made an appointment to have our Ford Fiesta looked at there for factory issues, and not only did they lose the key, they claimed the car never showed up. After our REPEATED calls over a period of days (we were put on hold and sent to voicemail) and multiple unanswered messages, my husband went to the dealership and located the car that “never arrived...” in their parking lot, where it had been for TWO WEEKS! Who DOES this?? The person at the service desk maintained that the car “never showed up,” despite the fact that we had called them multiple times, to make sure they were looking at the car, and had the car key dropped off at the service counter well before our set appointment, and double-checked tomake sure it was OK with the dealership that we brought the car in early. This is messed up. So now we have lost two weeks, one car key, and all trust in this Ford dealership. We are getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau.
I bought a car from them in June and got it in July. Towards the end of the month the engine light came on so I reached out to the sales agent letting him know about the issue. I reached out to him on multiple occasions and he promised to have me come in and get it done. He never did so I called the company and he was the person who picked up and it was at that point he scheduled a date for me to come in and have it looked at. I went in and was told that the Oxygen sensor is bad and it needs to be replaced. He told me that he would call me to give me a date and time to have such replaced which he never did. I reached out again on multiple occasions and he was always checking but never gave me an actual date until this date. I was at my peak so I reached out to his manager who was also blatantly rude after explaining myself that he is not the mechanic. He also let me know that it wont affect the car if I drive it but I am the customer and I dont feel comfortable driving same. After talking to the manager he said I can come in on Monday at 0830. I had to remind him that I am not my own boss and I would need to communicate same with higher authority. He did not ask if I am available to come in on Monday plus the suggestions he made to have the problem fix was not practical nor was they considering myself as the customer. I have the conversation in my phone for reference. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I got and I wouldnt recommend this place. I have evidence to prove same. I hope that higher authority listen the call between myself and the manager and I can show you the conversation between myself and the manager. I hope that you retrain your sales agent and their manager in customer service.Also I didnt get my title # to take to the DMV so I reached out to the sales agent who promised to get back to me which he never did. I shared my concern to the Manager and he gave me the number saying it is easy because the transaction was cash and gave me the number.
A model of inefficiency! Two hours to get vehicle serviced with the works package and that was with an appointment. Who budgets two hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Not only that, but they did not do everything the works says. I watched the tech, from the minute he popped the hood and he never inspected the air filter. Supposed to include checking tire pressure. Even though warning for low pressure was on he didnt fill it or even mention that it was low. After sitting in wait room for two hours, I didnt feel like engaging them... I just wanted to leave. Staff was courteous but thats the only positive thing I can say about this visit. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Waste of time and false advertising!Found a truck I wanted and had email price quote from Phil Long internet team, price even matched window sticker. Arrived for appointment and there was no one assigned for us. No problem so far. Sales man Shane immediately tells us the price is actually $10K more because of the extra features. I show him the quote and we play the let me talk to my manager game for 10 minutes only to hear sorry what you received is an automated response. I guess the internet advertisement and window sticker were automated as well. So after spending two days working with people online PHIL LONG FORD WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN QUOTE.Update, within hours of this post they changed their website and increased the price $17k.Do not trust this dealer with their numbers.
If I could give a half a star I would. They promise and promise and never deliver what they say. Bought a truck from them in January. Still haven’t received items I was told I would and have had nothing but issues.
Had my 2011 Raptor serviced there. Overall had a great experience. Jordan one of the service supervisors was helpful and kept me updated on everything. On The day of my actual Service appointment they weren’t able to attend my truck but the following working day they made sure my truck was taken care of and even did one of the services on the house for my troubles. Overall one of the better service departments I have dealt with.
Eddie was great, Very friendly and got me everything I wanted. The floor manager was also very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys for getting me out of a vehicle I hated into the one I really wanted and quite quickly I might add. Also it smells like fruit loops in there its very inviting.
On 6/3/21 we took our Ford F250 to the Phil Long Motor City service department as after purchasing 2 batteries and an alternator the vehicle still would not start frequently. We were told by the service department that they discovered the issue and would have the warranty cover it. There were some issues with the warranty coverage but they got resolved after a week or so. Our truck had been in Phil Long’s possession this whole time. The week of 6/21/21 my husband went up to the dealer to check the status of the repair. He was told it wasn’t ready yet and it would be a few more days. He still hadn’t heard from the dealer a week later. On 6/29/21 he called the dealer and was told the vehicle was done and ready for pick up. He went to the dealership within hours of this phone call and paid for the repairs. They went to retrieve his vehicle but came back and stated they could not find the vehicle. My husband was at the dealer for a good 2 hours. It appeared that the vehicle had been stolen. The department manager did call and file a police report. A few things to note in speaking with the Phil Long employees: They do not know when the truck was taken as they do not have a daily procedure in place to ensure that all vehicles left in their care are accounted for. I was told they have too many vehicles to account for. They have no cameras or patrol service in the customer parking lot and the lot is left unattended and the gate is open during the day. There is a note on our invoice that states the vehicle left the dealership before recall repairs could be made. We never asked for recall repairs. When we asked the dealership employee about this, he stated the tech went to get the truck to work on the recall issues but couldn’t find the vehicle so he noted the account that the vehicle left the dealership, but didn’t tell anyone the truck was missing. If this note was already in the system and the vehicle had left the dealership, why now are we being told that the repairs are finished and the truck is ready to be picked up? I asked what date this happen but the employee I spoke with didn’t know. Phil Long’s final solution is for us to file a claim with our insurance, as they did their part by filing the police report. He stated since it is a comp claim it shouldn’t affect our rates. However, all claims may affect your rates and at the very least you may lose your claims free discount. I feel there were several missteps by Phil Long, namely not notifying us when it was discovered the truck was missing. This delay severely diminished the possibility of the vehicle being recovered as the truck is equipment with LoJack and could have possibly been located had we been notified that the truck was missing. Please also note that we were charged the $100 deductible for the work they said they did on the vehicle.

He listened to my needs (and wants) then helped me find a truck which fit those needs within my budget. He worked hard to offer a fair price for the vehicle. Before asking me to come to the dealership, he researched the vehicles on the lot so our time was used efficiently. He spent time prepping the truck since it was recently acquired by the dealership. He even offered to drive the truck to me if I couldn’t make it down to the dealership. The finance department worked hard to get me the best financing available and thoroughly explained each step of the process. My wife and I bought a new F-250 this week from the team at Phil Long Ford of Motor City. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Our process began by coordinating with their Internet sales team. They quickly answered our questions, sent us the additional photos we requested, and even made a side-by-side comparison video of the two F-250s we were interested in. Negotiating a purchase price was done at this point too. So, on the day of our purchase we arrived at the dealership without a concern about haggling with a salesperson.The sales staff on site was well prepared. Our review of the trucks features and test drive went smoothly and was enjoyable. Finally, the experience we had in the finance department discussing warranty options and final numbers was just as enjoyable! Seriously, it was.We got a great price on the truck and good rates on the warranty coverages we chose. Absolutely no buyers remorse here. We highly recommend the great team at Phil Long Ford of Motor City.

Should look into training for customer care. Im glad I didnt go through with spending money with this team. Ill drive for an hour just for better care. Phil long ford dealership and the service department should commit to doing and treating all customers with respect not just who they choose and feel worthy of it.
As mentioned JD was our salesman, he was great to work with and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. There was a cosmetic issue with the used vehicle we discovered during the test drive that got missed on the inspection originally. However, they went out of the way to make it right and ordered the parts for it and even offered to drive 2 1/2 hours away to bring us a loaner car while ours was fixed and brought it back to us. Great customer service. I can think of no other dealer that would go out of the way to make it right. Highly recommend!!

Terrible service. I went in for a part recall and I couldnt be less impressed with the service. I asked for the part to be replaced and the oil changed. They didnt do the oil change and told me they didnt know we wanted that. Here is why you didnt know that. Matt didnt write anything down! He collected my number and said he would call when it was ready.Leading up to that I was directed all around the store. When I made it to one department, two guys were standing there whispering about a customer they just disagreed with right there in the store. The customer was a soldier in uniform. After about 7 minutes the two guys finally acknowledged me and then sent me to the wrong department. During that 7 minutes, they were just whispering between themselves. I think their names are Peter and another heavy-set fellow who couldnt be bothered to do something as simple as wear a mask right. The only reason I am giving a two-star review is that there was a gentleman with black hair and a black beard who was kind and walked me over to the right department.Once, I was finally in the right department. The woman behind the counter seemed pretty annoyed that I would interrupt her cell phone time. After waiting for another 10 minutes Matt finally showed up to collect my number and keys.Maybe the company is understaffed and overworked but holy cow it doesnt seem like anyone wants to be there. Glad to hear some people have had some good experiences because mine sucked!
The process of buying a car here was so easy. Keith brooks helped me find the perfect car. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. He even came in on his day off to help me. The paperwork was very simple and they made sure I knew exactly what I was signing before I signed. I would definitely refer friends and family to philong ford.
Phil Long Ford Service Department performed a internal software upgrade for the internal software as a key on my Mach-E Mustang. Took a little longer than expected due to a requirement to disconnect the internal 12v battery but the PH Tech did a great job.
I had a great experience buying with Phil Long, Eric Haynes was super hero on assisting me with the purchase, I sent my special order to 6 six different dealers and all the way to Kansas, only Eric Haynes responded to my order the way that I requested, no games, not going back and forward, just the final price with all of my discounts that I qualified for it. No other questions were necessary I just came over and sign my order. Good job Eric.
Test drove a Mustang Mach E.. Travis our salesman was a real trooper and gave us the grand tour of the vehicle. 5 star customer service all the way..

I had just had some service done before I left on my trip, but they missed a major piece. The service and quality at this dealership are exemplary. I brought in my high mileage Focus ST for suspension noises and issues that were properly diagnosed and efficiently repaired. My service advisor Zak was professional, courteous and friendly. He proved to be more then helpful and effective in gaining approval from my third-party warranty company to cover all parts and labor required to repair my vehicle. Zak and his peers were even able to provide me with a nice, new, reliable loaner during the duration of my vehicles repairs, which were completed on time. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable. The cafe has good food and hot coffee. I highly recommend the service department at Phil Long Ford Motor City.
Their service dept doesnt value their customers time or concerns brought up by their work.Ive come here for service, big and small, and each time the experience has been terrible. This place is consistently poor with customer care.In Fall 2020, I had a check engine light in my 2010 F-150. When I got it checked out, they told me my catalytic converter ($$$$) and a sensor needed replaced. Going through some hardships at the time, it was extremely stressful having such an expensive repair done on my familys only vehicle. I picked up my vehicle after the repairs and noticed an exhaust smell when I started it up and that the A/C fans were blowing full-blast, but it was a warm day so I attributed the heavy airflow to weather. I figured the exhaust smell was because theyd just replaced the part and that it wouldnt do it every time I started it. Wrong. It kept filling the cab with a blast of exhaust at startup, so I called the service dept maybe 5-7 days later. The service rep I worked with said he shouldve mentioned it might be a few days before the smell goes, that it was because it was a new part, and the protective coating needed to burn off. Also, the A/C fans were still blowing full-blast all the time. He told me to call back if the exhaust smell persisted. About 2-3 weeks later, the issues were ongoing so I called back. The rep said to bring it in to have the work inspected free of charge, but if I wanted the A/C looked at, they had to charge me about $140 for a diagnostic. In the 10 years Ive owned my truck theres never been any hint of an A/C issue, so its sketchy that it starts having issues the day they made repairs. Despite explaining the strange circumstances, the rep maintained that they would have to charge to inspect the A/C system, so I declined. Of course, when I brought it in, everything checked out. Terrible service considering the circumstances and that I just gave you about $3K for these repairs. Its now June 2021 and the issues persist.Also, routine oil changes that should be quick take close to half a business day. The times Ive come in for an oil change, its always been much longer than estimated (2-3x what they estimated) despite coming in at the agreed time. If they dont have any close appointments, theyll tell you, bring it in first thing in the AM. Ive done that and not been able to pick it up until close to the end of the day. Thats still somewhat reasonable because youre essentially on standby. However, when Ive had an appointment, theyve told me that itll take an 1-1.5 hours, and it still takes 3.5 hours. That happened to me today, again. I had an 1130 slot and was on-time. The service advisor I scheduled with was not there when I arrived, so another guy said hed pass along my documents. He said it might be a half hour before they can get to it, and that they were averaging 1-1.5 hours. I gave them 2.5 hours with his estimate before deciding to check on it. My service advisor anticipated what I was going to ask and said theyd be finishing up shortly. I remained patient and waited in the lobby. I look up 10 minutes later and my truck is sitting in the parking lot. Not knowing if they were done, I watched it hoping they would tell me its finished. An hour later, the truck was still there. I guess it was finished but the paperwork must have taken a really long time to put together because it literally sat there for an hour (if not longer) with nothing happening to it. Theyll try to assuage your concerns and placate you when you ask for the status, just like their PR people try to sound concerned when they respond to these negative reviews. Its a thinly veiled attempt at making it seem like they care, but its just damage control.Despite having bought one of their maintenance coupon books, its hard to justify continually getting burned by them. Its turned me off to buying a vehicle from any Phil Long dealership. If you value your time/dont want to feel like theyre robbing you with a smile on their face, look elsewhere.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler here with Julio and have been very impressed with his help and communication. The Jeep had a broken part and we didn’t pick up the spare key the day we purchased the car; Julio has checked up multiple times and has been very attentive in making sure the part got fixed and that we got the spare key. The sales department has very good customer service and I would recommend Julio to anyone buying a car.

I’m a very picky person when it came to finding a truck. Leah listened to everything I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. She was very patient and actually located two trucks that peaked my interest. She took us to look and obviously we purchased one. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Leah.
Been waiting almost 3 months for recall work. The vehicle was inspected and determined to qualify. I was told the parts were being ordered and they’d call when they arrived. That never happened. Now I’m being told it will be more than 3 more months to get the parts in and get the work done. Really????

So I contacted them to get a quote with trade -in estimate.Upon arriving in Colorado Springs, 300 miles from home, everything went exactly as quoted even the trade in estimate. The sale person Leah Jenkins was professional and very in tune with my situation concluding the purchase in a speedy fashion.Great experience!

The sales person, Keith, was very personable, a straight shooter and kept me informed throughout the process, which included having to wait for the vehicle to complete a minor repair and detailing.There was initially a misunderstanding about a 2nd set of keys for the vehicle but Keith and the management team promptly cleared up that misunderstanding and made sure that they addressed all my concerns.The dealership seems to care greatly about providing an overall excellent customer experience..

We made an appointment to see it the next day. Keith had the vehicle that and waiting out front for us. We took the vehicle on a test drive while Keith told us about all the features the vehicle had. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle. Keith was low key and never pushy when it came to the sale. My car buying experience at this location has by far been one of the best and smoothest transactions thus far. Andy went above and beyond on all aspects of the sales process and made the experience one to remember. The sales and finance teams offered very fair deals on both a trade and sale. I was initially a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from the dealership as I normally purchase directly from the previous owners. I went to Phil Long just to see their used vehicle selection and a salesman named Jeremy came out in the cold snow to meet my wife and son and I. Jeremy was great. Though Phil Long didnt have the Acura MDX or Toyota 4runner I was looking for, Jeremy encouraged me to test drive a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. I did, and I LOVE my new Explorer. Its the most powerful and fun car Ive ever owned. The twin turbo EcoBoost engine is nuts. I also purchased some add on items, including the clear bra, ceramic coating, and window tinting. Jeremys customer service was outstanding, but once the vehicle went back in for the add on items, Dom Evans took over as my contact with Phil Long. The reason Im even writing this ad is because of my experience in dealing with Dom. I have not experienced customer service like what Ive enjoyed through Dom. There was a hic-up with one of the items I purchased as an add on, which has been successfully taken care of (and my Explorer Sport is absolutely perfect), but the thing that stood out to me was Doms professionalism and his personal interest in making absolutely certain that my vehicle was exactly the way I wanted it. I am a little picky with it, because its the nicest and most fun vehicle Ive owned, and its gorgeous, but the bottom line is that in a situation where I know a lot of other companies would have told me thats what I get and sent me on my way, Dom went above and beyond and really only cared that I was 100% satisfied. Based on my experience dealing with Phil Long and their staff, I will not purchase another vehicle outside of their dealership group. You dont find people like Dom very often in corporate America today. I could not be happier with my vehicle and my experience in dealing with Phil Long Ford and their team. I will always highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.
I ordered a F-250 with Leah and she was great! She helped me navigate an extremely tough decision and I couldn’t be more happy at this point. It was also nice that she memorized the features and differences of next year’s trucks, that helped me a lot. We’ll see how the truck looks whenever it shows up; it’s out of the dealership’s hands and onto Ford to build orders during this shortage.

I go here for parts. This is a wonderful dealership if you maintain a fleet and need parts. Things like brake pads, filters, tires, and any other PM need are usually cheeper here!

II always took my vehicle to Phil Long Ford. I never do review because you need time to if the job they did was good. I had a Cabin filter change in December 2020. They broke the glove department box and they did not tell me. What they did was cover it up. When the glove department box felt off I notice that one side was missing a clip and the other size the hook was broken. The wired that makes it go down slow was cut off. Who ever work on my vehicle did not know what he was doing. Very disappointed the way they try to cover up.
Stella, my dealer, helped me get into my Tesla the other day and made my dreams come true - she also fed me during the process of financing because I was incredibly hungry while at the dealership filling out financial paperwork. She made the process of buying a new car incredibly easy and enjoyable, and was incredibly accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!!Also, Fords service department has always been incredible with handling my previous vehicle - better than any other service department has been in terms of making sure my car is going to operate the correct way, everytime I start the vehicle. Ive had many bad experiences with other dealerships, so I would only take my Kia Stinger to Phil Long Ford when I needed regular scheduled maintenance.Overall, I can say, take your business to Phil Long Ford - you will be pleasantly surprised, greeted with a smile, and get the best bang for your buck!!
