Chris and his team are amazing! My VW started making an awful sound, thinking maybe its a belt I called and Chris said to come right then at closing and he would take a look... well it ended up being my radiator fan and Chris said to come back Wednesday afternoon and he would try to have it ready Friday, it was ready Thursday and was the same price quoted! Excellent service, fast and friendly. Oh and the shop was the cleanest Ive seen, no huge oil stains or weird smells!

These guys are life savers. I was traveling from out of state when the alternator in my Volkswagen GTI went out. They were able to get me in, get the part, and back on the road that same day! The owner Chris and crew were super friendly and helpful and I am so thankful that I found them. If I lived in the area they would be my new garage, hands down. Thanks Chris!

Kirk the owner is very knowledgable and trustworthy. He managed to diagnose an issue with the o2 sensors on my Porsche 911 and replace the faulty sensors the same day. I wanted to replace all four sensors but he convinced me to let him test and it turned out I only needed two, which ended up saving me quite a bit of $. Id highly recommend Kirk and his business for expertise, honesty, and reliability.

Brought my car in for an oil leak and a couple of other things. $800 later the car leaks more oil and none of the things I asked about are fixed. The AC was bled and charged, but seems to be undercharged as system still is weak. Asked them to check continuity on my clutch safety switch to help diagnose my inoperable cruise control. They said the clutch switch was good (for free) but after replacing the control unit and that not fixing the problem I pulled the dash apart myself and found that it was the switch.I asked them to replace bushings on my shifter to tighten it up. They said that the parts I need to replace are NLA. Every single part of my shifter is still available.They offered to discount the shop rate to fix my oil leak the second time (10% off of an $800 repair). I chose not to exercise that option and instead fixed it myself by tightening my oil pan bolts.I also had issues with the professionalism of the people answering the phone. I will be looking for another shop in town and I hope that I will have better luck.

These guys are amazing. They do amazing work, have beyond fair prices and are extremely knowledgeable. I have been to many Indies around the country and these guys are among the best. I will be returning for all my car needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

This place is horrible. I reported them to BBB and they have an F rating and I see why. They are losing their business because of their service and because of the extremely rude chick that answers the phone! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Not only do they charge half more than what they said but they cant even explain why the price went from $400 to $1200. They charge so much so they can keep your car and charge storage fees then eventually keep your car all together.

The Owner, Kirk, Thinks Outside the box ! He is knowledgeable and an experienced mechanic. He is a kind man ! My Lexus was having issues with a draw, pulling, power out. Thus, leaving me with a car that wasnt dependable to start. Kirk, in his expertise, thought outside the box and fixed the problem...with minimal damage to my pocket book !!!! I have personally sent over 4 dozen import cars to these guys and I have no complaints and no unresolved issues. They are the best work for the money against any dealer I have worked with and really know imports. They make sure you get what you need and I have had a few times where I thought I was undercharged!! A+

I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. We took in our VW to have multiple things done on it. They didnt fix half the things we asked them to, didnt have the car done when they said it was going to be done. WE had to call THEM to see what was going on with the car, the receptionist was incredibly rude and put my husband on hold without asking if he wouldnt mind if she put him on hold, and told us the car was all the sudden done. They told us the car was going to cost $520, then when my husband went to pick it up, they charged us $730 that involved a few things that we didnt agree they should do. They took it upon themselves to fix things before even talking to us about it. They said that they worked so hard on the car and if we didnt pay then they were going to confiscate the vehicle. Everything we asked them to do, they quoted us $520, but like I said, they didnt do half of what was agreed upon, and did work on things before talking to us about them first. As we speak, my husband is in denver right now with a smoking vehicle that is not running correctly and the locks on the door are broken, headlights are still broken. All of this should have been prevented when we took it into the shop the very first time! They wanted to treat us like we were just some dumb customers, and my husband works at a diesel mechanic shop and knows how the process of taking care of customers work. They obviously dont care about valuable repeat customers. Integrity is a big deal for us and it is very disappointing that this shop was dishonest and treats customers in such a manner, on top of not fulfilling the job that was asked of them. What a waste of time and money! We will take our business elsewhere, and are willing to pay someone twice as much to do the job we asked of them, who treats customers with a lot more respect than these guys!

The worst business in Colorado Springs!! It takes them forever to get to your vehicle. They quote you a price then up charge by $400 when you pick up!! The customer service is awful also! I highly advise to not go to them. They do things to the vehicle without asking first!!!!

Do not go here!!!! The old lady that works at the front desk is extremely rude. She hung up on me 4 times just because I was calling to see why the price went from $700 to $1100 because the old lady told me $1100 then come to find out it was $997. So I think she was going to pocket the money. Even after all that she could not explain to me why the price went up. Then they were supposed to have my car for 1 day and 1 day turned into 4 with no phone calls back or keeping me updated on my car. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! This place is absolutely horrible...

I urge anyone thinking about going here to reconsider. This is easily THE worst experience Ive ever had at any kind of auto body shop. Took my VW Jetta TDI in to have a simple oil change performed. After I left the shop, my oil light came on so I turned back to the shop. Upon investigation it turned out that the mechanic working on it broke a crucial piece in the seal of the oil chamber letting the pressure out of the system. So they had to keep my car until they were able to special order that piece, which put me out, but it happens. They said they would drive up to Denver to pick it up and that it wasnt a big deal because they go there twice a week to pick up parts anyway. So the next day after they addressed that issue I went to pick up my car and they charged me for the piece and the labor which is ridiculous because they broke the piece in the first place. They claim that because it was an accident and that the piece was old that the customer is responsible but if I spilled coffee on their office computer I would be responsible. Not only did they make me pay but when I disputed the charge, the owner Kirk, jumped down my throat and was super unprofessional about the whole thing and said something like dont come at me with that bull****. In addition to that he tried to make it as though he had done me a solid by driving up to Denver to get the part but as I said, he admitted that they do that trip twice a week anyway. Also Ive always had a miserable experience with the receptionist which happens to be Kirks wife as shes rude and doesnt offer any kind of help in scheduling appointments but now I was forced to pay for something I didnt do. The whole practice is shady, they are ethically and morally devoid, and I would hate for anyone else to go through this experience.

Sadly this is not a positive review. We took our Audi A4 to this business in February for extensive work and the day we picked up the car, we witnessed the owner trying to take parts off someone elses Audi to put on ours because we noticed certain parts missing. On the drive home to Cañon City, our fixed car broke down only 10 miles into the drive. We had to be towed back to the mechanic. They kept the vehicle another 3 weeks or so and upon our 2nd attempt to pick it up, different parts went missing. We still are having to call or go by German Motorsports to see if our parts are available for pick up. Its now close to the end of August and the owner keeps giving excuses. I am absolutely frustrated with how a customer who pays a well rated place of business good money can continue to be handed excuses for theft!

If Zero Stars were an option, Id choose it. They installed a battery in my Mercedes ML 350 and were rude, condescending and p* poor in their customer relations at the point of honoring the Warranty. After getting into an argument with the Lady on the phone (Id previously had a discussion with a guy that told me I could pay $50 for them to tell me what may or could be causing the problem - and he wasnt going to do that over the phone. BTW, I didnt ask him to speculate over the telephone), I finally got the information to Centennial which promptly told me to bring the truck in and theyd replace the battery. IF these losers wouldve done that - this review would look a whole lot different.

I took my Audi A4 to these guys yesterday to diagnose a misfire. For most shops, a simple diagnosis would be low priority, but they really took care of me! I was 30 minutes late for my appointment and instead of kicking me to the end of the line Kirk, the owner did the work himself to make sure it got done while I waited. He solved the problem and really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Automotive technicians do not work here. Youll be lucky if you pull 20 hrs a week. Kirk is a liar and will not pay you if he doesnt feel like it.

I will never go anywhere else for automotive repair. This family owned shop is by far the most honest and hardworking automotive business Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

This place totally destroyed my 1991 5 speed V8Q.I had it in the shop for a new timing belt and it just never ran right afterwards. It took 3 visits to get the car idling normally but it was still running weak and difficult to start. To top that off I got my car back with greasy fingerprints all over the interior.About 300 miles after a jacked up timing belt job I had catastrophic top end damage and a busted distributor. Kirk insisted the two issues were totally unrelated!!! Really???In the end this shops incompetence cost me a over $3700 and my car was never the same.

I would not reccomend this shop at all. I received terrible customer service when I brought my porsche in for a diagnostic. One day later it was ready to be picked up. I went to get it and they had already replaced the part on it which I did not authorize. I was ready to pay the 50$ for the diagnostic, instead I was hit with a charge of over 400$ just to replace a fuel valve that was located in the wheel well. I then said that I do not want it installed. Their reply was that if I didnt pay for the part replacement that I would have to wait another day to get my Porsche back. When I got home I opened my front truck where the spare tire is located and I was appalled to find my spare tire off of the rack and out if its case with my tools strewn all about. I would not reccomend anyone goes here.New update, when they put my tire back on they crossthreaded a bolt so I lost a lot more than my 400$ by going to this place.AgainStay Away

NO STARS is truly what they deserve! The lady who answers the phone (owners wife) is with out a doubt, one of the RUDEST people I have ever dealt with in my life!!! NO matter when you call her or what you ask her about, she comes across like you are bothering her and you get the same rude response and condescending tone every time you call this business when she answers the phone!!We bought a used car from them just shy of a year ago and when I just called today to ask a question about a part they said they replaced on the car right before we bought it (I was thinking it still might be under warranty).She rudely said that I was mistaken because they dont sell cars...then I said but I bought this car from your husband Kirk, then she said...Well that must have been many moons ago and I said, no it was March of 2016. Then she put me on hold and came back with some ridiculous excuse asbout how they dont know what they replaced on the car we bought from them. Really?!? They dont keep vehicle repair records...pretty dumb when that is they kind of business they are!! It seems to me more like they just dont want to take responsibility for anything or have you ask questions about their work. I will NEVER go there again...I am happily taking my business ELSEWHERE!

It is not worth the experience and even higher prices. I brought my car in for a fuel sending unit and an o2 sensor in my A4. I came out with a not fixed sending unit which i had to bring back for a second time for. After fixing the sending unit the car doesnt start with out excessively long cranking and then having to turn off the key and start again and eventually it starts. I took it back to get it fixed and was told that I was a rude person for wanting my car corrected. and he kicked me out, with out fixing the car. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy and Kirk the owner is the worst of them all.

Horrible experience. Took my Jetta in to get fixed they kept my car a week and when I got it back it drove the same and still had a check engine light on. Thats after I paid 800.00+. Then took it back and had them fix more through my warrenty. I told him to fix everything!!! Another 800.00+ and a 250.00 deductible and a week of having my car I got it back and still has a check engine light on and airbag fault light is on. I called and they said bring it back in but I cant afford for them to keep my car for another week. In the week they had my car last time he only did 8 hours of labor. And instead of calling me to say its ready I had to continuously call them and deal with their RUDE assistant. I will not go back. I have taken my buisness elsewhere and I would never recommend them. I actually tell people to stay away!!

Mike sold me a 2000 Audi A6 and when it broke EXACTLY ONE WEEK LATER ignored me and didnt even care that he sold a SINGLE MOTHER a lemon. Let me be clear- I do not blame him for the car breaking. I am pretty sure it is a CPU problem. I am blaming him because when I called/texted/emailed to ask to BORROW the VAG COM he ignored me and to this day has not responded at all. Btw.USING a VAG Com costs him $0. It would just take his time to drive over here. He obviously has no respect for the quality of the work he does therfore cannot be trusted. Mechanics gave to have pride in their work or, I promise you, it will not be quality (or even standard ) work. DO NOT take your vehicle here!!!! They do not care if they actually do good work... all they care about is money and people like that cannot be trusted with your property!
