Ronnie and Mike were absolutely fantastic! They deserve every award Colorado Springs has to offer for them! A retired Sergeant first class helping out another vet, in more ways than one with getting our car parts sponsored to helping us by letting us hang out until the repairs were completed. Excellent service!.I was at Ronnies this week for the first time. My car needed tire rotation and break changes. Mike did all the work in my car, he took the time to explain everything and showed me the parts he recommended to be fixed/replaced. I also met the owner Ronnie and he was awesome too. I has an alternator installed today by these gentlemen. There fast, friendly and inexpensive. I paid $180 for the install and they had to deal with my big 3 0 guage wire upgrade as well. Dont save $20 somewhere cheaper and pay for it in the long run. Pay for quality installs! Will be seeing you guys for anything else I need!

The first time I had any dealing with Ronnie he really helped me from veteran to veteran. The last time I dealt with his shop guy.wanted to find noise in ft.end.plus 2 shocks gkt a tentative price 400.00.i dropped my car off and when i was updated i needed a pitman arm and idler arm price went to 462. I was ok with that until I started asking questions and found out that the 2 shocks were not puy on.so a 30.00 part erased my shocks and they still didnt fix the squeak but couldnt find it. Very let down and will never do anything with him again or recommend either

This shop is phenomenal. Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service— they picked up my car from my work, preformed an oil change, and returned it all while I was in the clock. How cool is that?!? This pick-up/drop-off service is a fantastic benefit that they provide for customers within a 3 mile radius of their shop. I will definitely be using them again!! I cant believe I am just now getting to this review. I love Ronnie and his guys. I decided to give them a try after being burned by two other shops in the springs. Ronnie himself helped me out and proved to me that the shop I had just paid $1000+ to, ripped me off and never replaced the part they claimed to have replaced. Ronnie showed me his work and was delightful guy to talk to. Good job guys.

A friend recommended Ronnies to me, and Im so glad she did! After my dash lit up like a Christmas tree, I took my car to Ronnies. I worked with Mike, and he was very helpful and honest. It turned out that the problem was caused by a mistake made by a shop that replaced a part a year and a half before. The part had to be changed again, and Mike did it for a price that was half of what I had paid at the other shop! I would definitely recommend Ronnies.

After being told by the Dodge dealership that my vehicle had a blown head gasket and it would cost me upwards of $2,000 to fix I then went for a second opinion at another a place where they promise to do the head gasket for less than 1500 however there was no head gasket issue but their bill was still $1,200 I then called Ronnies Automotive they got my car up and running for under $300 and not equipped fix either just honest loyal Dependable mechanic work thank you guys

Ronnies is great! Its rare to find a fair and honest mechanic these days but Ronnies that guy, have used his Services multiple times and have never been disappointed!

BEWARE! I took my Ford Explorer to Ronnies just to have my just to have my brake fluid changed out. He did not have a pressure bleeding machine so he had to do the job with one person pumping the brake pedal and the other person underneath the car bleeding the brakes. I furnished my own Amsoil Brake Fluid and the whole job took them 25 minutes while I waited. He charged me over $125.00 for a 25 minute job yet he told me he only charges labor at $80.00 per hour. Beware of the place!

If Ronnie is not your mechanic then you are getting ripped off. Caters to the public. BEST customer service I have EVER had!!! Highly recommended!!!

As I was waiting to pick up my SUV (which was done in less than 24 hours), I watched him replace taillights for an elderly vet for free and thank him for his service. Found my mechanic.

I have an 2003 Acura TL. I was trowing transmission fluid like crazy. Pikes Peak Acura said I needed a NEW transmission for a mere $5K. uhhh...sorry I really dont. Went to Ronnie. He replaced an axle and a seal for under $500! Problem solved. So, who do you want to do business with!?!?!?
