After moving too far from my previous mechanic, the discovery of Christian Brothers at this location has been a blessing. Professional and always courteous, theyre also friendly, welcoming, and understanding of my quite restricted budget — up front with estimates, as well as forthright in explaining my cars hierarchy of needs — so that nothing is neglected or overlooked, nor is any repair frivolously undertaken. And their courtesy shuttle is in actuality courteous — a rare blessing, these days.I would highly recommend this location, particularly given their sincerity and honesty — more so, even, as you can count on feeling your concerns and finances indeed matter.[Edited to add:] I neglected to mention their care of my car has been top-notch — no lingering doubts or concerns for quality.

I cant say enough positive things about the service I have received at this Christian Brothers. I have taken each of our 3 cars there for things ranging from an oil change to the installation of a brake controller. Each time they have completed the job quickly, inspected my car(s) thoroughly, and even taken the time to show me how to check different things on the cars myself. I have been taking my RAM truck here ever since they opened. I have never had a better experience with any shop ever in my experience. Brandon and his staff have always been professional, courteous and have displayed integrity in every transaction I have had with them. Guys are great and so are the techs. Frustrated though, because I specifically asked and made sure their oil filter brand had the Anti Drain Back Valve which is required on this turbocharged vehicle. (FL500S Ford Filter) Premium oil change price with a not so premium filter

Charged me $140 to tell me I needed a sparkplug. Wanted $700 more to replace plugs and wires, so $840 total. Big O did the job for $400 with no diagonostic charges. Nice people at Christian Brothers and this case may have just been an outlier, but this simple job was more than double the cost.

I have always done my own work on my truck. But I heard very good things about Brandon and his guys. Its been very hard for me to trust someone else to work on my truck, but I have not had the time to do what needs to be done and be at work at the same time. Brandon, Seth and the techs understand me and how specific I am with my truck. I am over the top pleased with how they have treated me and my truck.I am probably the most anxious person around to let someone touxh my truck, but I feel taken care of putting it in there hands when I dont have the time. This was literally the best experience with a mechanic that I’ve ever had with a mechanic - and I’m old.I called in Wednesday night and they had me in Thursday morning. They fixed a problem that had plagued me for months and had cost me hundreds in parts.The team at Christian Bros found the root cause (melted electrical harness wires) and had me back on the road the same day. I immediately had to leave to drive to South Florida. 5,000 miles later the van is still running great. Thanks guys!

If we could give this business 10 stars, I would. We were in from out of town and had a blow out and walked in unannounced; they put the spare on, checked the air and all around took care of us. The customer service was unparalleled!!

Seth was very professional. I actually had my car checked at the dealer and they told me that I needed an axle replacement and seal my oil pump. CB diagnosed my car and sealed my oil pump for free. They told me it only needed some adjustment and it was not leaking anymore. They replaced my needed axle and found out that I had a broken motor mount. The great thing about CB is that they send you photos of what needs to be repaired, so you feel confident that they are being honest. Aaron is super courteous too and kindly provided me transportation home too. I have no issues with my car and I am completely satisfied.

I took my vehicle to two different place but Christian Brothers actually fixed it. My only real complaint is they didn’t tell me about $135 diagnosis charge up front but was worth it because it’s fixed. Will definitely go back.

I had a check engine lite come on and rattling on startup. They did thorough diagnostics and provided pictures with descriptions. Very courteous guys. They even have a shuttle that took me to work and back.

Back in April my car started making a very high pitch metal grinding noise on my front left tire and it took me forever to be able to get into an auto shop because they were so busy and booked out. Well earlier this week I was finally able to get my car into Christian brothers and I couldnt be more grateful for the service that I received. For starters I was supposed to be at Christian Brothers at 7 AM when they open and I overslept by an hour and got there almost at nine and they were still able to look at my car. The guys at the front office were so sweet and so caring that they wanted to make sure that my car was absolutely 100% safe to drive. They even offered me a ride back to my apartment since I had to leave my car with them and they picked me up after they finished with my car at the end of the day. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive on Republic drive. They even left a cute little card in my car when I went to go and pick it up saying how appreciative they are to of had the opportunity to work on my vehicle which is so sweet.

Couldnt be happier with my experience at their shop. Both the owner (Brandon) and the gentleman working the front counter exceeded my expectations. The oil change was fairly priced and service was efficient. Customer service was top-notch and I felt they treated my vehicle the same as they would their own. While I was waiting in the comfortable and impeccably maintained waiting area, I had the opportunity to observe their interactions with other customers that came in. Overall great experience. My 2010 Nissan Frontier stalled on me in the morning. I was able to get a noon appointment the same day. The diagnosis was a sensor was out and I was quoted reasonable price to replace the part. By 4:40pm the Truck was fixed and the courtesy shuttle driver picked me up and took me back to the store. All employees were professional and courteous. I will use them again if another mechanical issue occurs.

Wonderful customer service! This is my first time visiting CBA, and took a long shot trying to get an oil change super last minute this week. Brandon found a spot for me early this morning, promised prompt service, and they finished my oil change under an hour! They also left a kind, hand-written note in my car thanking me for choosing their small business and a complimentary ice scraper. This was unexpected and above + beyond for an auto repair shop! The oil change was also competitively lower in price compared to other places for a full synthetic.

Wow! This was by far the best auto repair experience Ive had. Everyone here is super professional, friendly, and truly cares about you and your car. Aaron knew exactly what service needed to be done for the 60k maintenance for my car and was very transparent and honest while walking me through each item and why it needed to be done. The technician who worked on my car inspected the engine thoroughly and found other issues which needed to be fixed right away such as a very worn and cracked drive belt. They sent me pictures so I was able to see what they were looking at so I felt like I was a part of the repair and wasnt being sold additional service I didnt need.The free shuttle service is also amazing! I was able to drive in, drop off my car, then get driven the rest of the way to work. The man who drove me was a very safe driver and very friendly and we had a great conversation. He even went above and beyond when I accidently left my phone in the shuttle and drove back to my workplace to bring it to me! When my car was ready, he came back at the time I requested and drove me back to CBA to pick up my car.I am really blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work done on my car. I would highly recommend and without a doubt, if I need any work done on my car, this will be where I go!

I have never used christian brothers but called them when I needed a front brake job. I dont know if I have the correct location or not but I dealt with aaron. They were professional, go us in and out and the price was much better than going to Porsche. They used aftermarket parts, which I was pleased with. We will be going back from now on

I had a coolant issue with my Jeep. I called this location to get a price estimate on what I thought I needed done. Aaron was processional and offered me a same day appointment. I had my Jeep towed to the shop at 2:30 in the afternoon. I was immediately greeted by Aaron and Brandon the owner. Yeah I know the owner of the auto shop works on site I was surprised to say the least. The owner didnt just hide in a back office he came out and greeted me and asked if I needed anything.Within ten minutes of being at the shop, they pulled my Jeep into a bay, and shortly after, they showed me a video of my jeep and where it was leaking fluid. My leak was coming out of the thermostat housing and also the water pump weep hole. I then received a text on my phone showing a break down of the estimate. Aaron answered all of my questions and they began to work on my Jeep. The part I havent mentioned on this story is my Jeep is almost 15 years old (2006) and needless to say the cooling system hadnt been maintained properly. I wasnt surprised that I had a couple of issues with it since I started noticing fluid leaking.While performing a flush of my cooling system It became real obvious that my Radiator (Which the top is plastic) was beginning to fail. This is a common problem with jeeps. The radiator top hose intake will break at around the ten year mark. The fact mine when 15 years is a bonus. I am so thankful that the issues were discovered in the shop instead of having a catastrophic failure on a Jeep trail. Aaron kept me informed through out the repair and I was amazed at the level of customer service by Aaron and Brandon.Now in my lifetime I have been to many auto shops and the service has been lack luster sure my car gets fixed eventually if you are not at the shop by 6am you will not see your car for at least two full days.So the best part is I had my jeep towed there late in the afternoon and still it was all fixed and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. This is unheard of in the auto repair business.I will definitely trust the care of my vehicles with Christian Brothers Automotive Interquest, I plan on having all of my services completed there. There pricing is fair and their service is amazing, the words I would use to describe my experience is professional, fair, clean and best of all NICE! These guys are top notch! They are very kind, patient, and understanding! Their prices are much better than the dealer and they do great work. I went in for a tire rotation, transmission flush, oil change, and vehicle condition inspection. Found that my rear brakes and parking needed adjusting, which actually fixed a problem I dint realize... the car was braking hard or too soft. I figured it was just because I have a 2012 Toyota Prius C, so I figured thats just how Toyota brakes in this car is as they are touchier than other brands. However, now that the rear drums are clean and adjusted, the car brakes better and more smoothly. Not as much forward lurching or hard braking! They informed me before making any changes and their detailed invoice was awesome by email! Highly recommend!

My 2006 Nissan Frontier developed a pretty obnoxious rattle somewhere in the engine compartment. I had a fantastic experience with another Christian Brothers shop in the past and this one was a closer option so I didnt think twice about setting up an appointment. They were quick to get me in, very responsive, professional, and courteous. Truth be told, I bought the truck very used, as a second vehicle when I needed a truck, to keep some miles off my car, and give the kid something to drive when he visits from college - so I wasnt sure what to expect (it was creaky before this new rattle). My rattle turned out to be related to the timing chain. And most of that creaky was related to control arms and ball joints (front suspension) - all backed with lots of pictures. We quickly got into the math of fix it vs junk it - nothing heavy handed either way. In the end, I decided to move forward with the repair. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. The repair was completed on time (in fact, a day early) and without any surprises. My truck runs and drives like it should again - lots of miles left in her. Historically, Ive been skeptical of shops and try to do as much as I can myself but my experience with Christian Brothers has been nothing but top notch. Next time I need even the basic oil change youll find me enjoying a coffee and cookie in the Christian Brothers lobby.

My Elantras starter broke down all of a sudden. I called Christian Brothers, and they were very receptive and attended to me promptly. I towed my car there, and they fixed the problem. The place is clean, the service was good, and there is a 3-year warranty. I also highlight the customer service provided by Brandon. In a nutshell, Im very satisfied with their service, although the store is not the least expensive in the market.

Went Went there with the problem front tire was leaning out words they fix the truck and it appeared the tie rod end was not in alignment they replaced it did a good job everything appeared to be good the next day I noticed the tire still looked out of alignment I brought it back they looked at it took a few measurements and determine that the spring on one side was very compressed and the truck was leaning to the passenger side which was making the tire appear on an angle but in fact due to the spring being so compressed the tire wrote up into the wheel well further than it should and made it look that way they got me the parts I needed and they’re working on it today but what I have experience with this company so far they seem to be on the ball Going to get my truck later this afternoon I won’t have to worry about my tire flying off anymore thank you very much for your help and service I will do business with this company again I have some other repairs I need on the truck I will go to them for it they do offer a military discount which is great thank you for your time you have a good day

This was the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but you could tell they truly cared and appreciated my business. I thought I may need brakes on my Jeep Wrangler before an upcoming drive to the Grand Canyon and they did a full inspection. Unlike other places that would have sold me brakes I didn’t need, they showed me photos that my brakes were still in good shape. They found other serious issues (tie rods) and sent photos of everything while explaining why it was important to get it fixed. I loved the email communication with photos, pricing, and the staff who understood the importance of fixing what I needed to and waiting on what could safely wait. After a timely repair, there was a personalized thank you card in my car when I picked it up. I will 100% be going back here for all my auto repair needs. Cannot recommend them more!

I received an oil change on my 2020 Audi Q5 Premium Plus at this location. I was highly impressed! The customer service was personalized and they went above and beyond. This location provides first class service. They did a great job with my car as well. As a resident of Northgate, driving down south to the Audi dealership does not fit into my busy schedule. New to the area, and looking for a go-to, trusted, Auto Care shop. Glad I found Christian Brothers @ Interquest. Learned that they are a big franchise, but with local, engaged, invested ownership. Im ok with that. Service on my truck was fast & reliable. Diagnostic information was thorough, and front office verbal explanations were helpful. Communication, overall, was excellent. Planning to make this my primary local partner for vehicle maintenance and repair. Its all about Trust.

I took my vehicle there because I heard metal to metal grinding.They diagnosed it as needing the front break pads and rotors.Then when I picked up my vehicle they said that I might hear the same noise just a little less coming from the rear rotors.Apparently the outside of the breaks were hitting the rust on the edge of the rotors and the noise still persists.Not the job I would have expected for paying $774 on front break pads, rotors and an air filter.

Called for an oil change ASAP and they took me in immediately! The oil change took about 45min which is a little longer than expected but the customer service is unmatched as they also looked over the car and told me everything is fine so there is no bad intentions here. Will stick with them in the future and recommend them to others. Not pushy for money at all, overall about a 4.5 to 5 star experience!

Brought my BMW X5 here for a quick oil change and inspection. The team was fast, responsive and did a good job. They quickly fixed a problem with my windshield washer fluid pump as well. Pricing was fair for the work done and they were not pushy for other services. I appreciated the work and also the text updates. They even went above and beyond and did some extra work for no cost. I have used a different shop in the Springs for many years and now I have 2 shops which gives me some flexibility. Thanks guys!

We had great service, my son needed a complete front strut replacement and alignment. They had it diagnosed and work completed within the same day!!! They also have a courtesy shuttle!!! They do not do any work until they call you and confirm what you want to have done and they were willing to explain and answer any questions and concerns that we had.

While en route to pick up my daughter from the airport today, the skid plate fell off my minivan--likely due to the huge snow drifts and ice blocks everywhere from our recent storm. I pulled into Christian Brothers in a panic having no idea what just happened, just knowing my car was making a terrible noise.They took me in quickly, identified the problem, removed the skid plate since Ill have to order a new one, and I was on my way in no time. I was in a bind. My A/C had completely stopped working and my car was to be involved transporting people at a wedding this coming weekend, which promises to be unseasonably hot. Hyundai told me their nearest appointment was ten days out. I had driven past CBA on Interquest Parkway and thought on a fluke I’d give them a call to see if they could fit me in. To my good fortune, they had a cancelation. Immediately upon speaking with Aaron I started to get the sense that not only did he know what he was speaking about, but he genuinely wanted to help me. The service section diagnosed the problem quickly: I was correct, my compressor had burnt out. They did not have one in stock, but had one driven down from Denver, completing my repair before the end of the day. I was thrilled. As I waited the last bit in their lovely lobby I was asked no less than three times if I wanted something to drink and there were cookies and snacks available. When I got my Elantra back (with icy cold A/C!) a lovely handwritten thank you note was in my front seat. And a follow up call came in the next day to ensure my repair was to my satisfaction. I have found my new go-to for auto repair.

Great service. Came to my rescue: My battery had died at a trailhead the day before, and I had successfully jumped it. I took it to an autocrats store to have it checked, and they had told me the battery was good. The next morning (a Saturday) I went to start it and it was dead again. I couldnt get it to jump with my neighbors car, so I called Christian Brothers. Brandon said hed come over with his portable jumper, and it started right up. i followed him to the shop where the tester showed it no only bad, but we could watch the power draining from the battery. Because of the day before I was worried about the possibility of a parasitic drain, so Brandon and the guys checked for that before I left. Then today they called me to check to see if I was having any issues with the car. Thank you Brandon, Robert and the rest of you guys. Its so nice to have someone who feels like a neighbor to do business with.

During an oil change the tech located a rodents nest the air intake box of my daughters car. Not only did he remove it he actually vacuumed out the entire box. The owner went out and cleaned out the leaves from the hood. Going above and beyond like that will keep me coming back and referring others. Very professional staff all the way around. I will be bringing all my cars back there.

In early January, I hit a curb due to some black ice. We initially took my car to Ford at Chapel Hills for an estimate of the damage. They spent more time trying to over sell me on services I didn’t actually need rather than diagnosing what was really wrong with my vehicle! Times are difficult for us all right now, and I was so frustrated with my experience and what Ford expected me to pay. I tried Christian Brothers instead for a second opinion, all of their staff were so professional and polite from the start. Aaron is the service manager I worked with, and I will be coming to him in the future for my car needs. He went above and beyond to not only get my car fixed quickly at the best price but in a timely fashion. If you’re having car troubles, definitely go to Christian Brothers!!

I have nothing but good to say about this new Christian Brothers location. Ive never really driven in snow before, so when I wasnt able to slow at an intersection, jumped a curb, and wrecked my alignment, my husband picked the closest location to us that had an opening that Monday to fix the car, and it happened to be the first day this location was open!The honest truth, it took us about 2 weeks to get our car back, but for the most part, this was due to reasons beyond the locations control. Im very patient when it comes to auto repairs, working in the transportation industry myself, and in addition to this diagnosis and repair, we also had them do a routine maintenance that was due on the car, plus outfit it with all weather tires. It was great being able to get all this done at one location - the biggest holdup was a part needed that was specific to my make and model of vehicle that wasnt found in state, but the tech was very communicative and called frequently with updates (plus there were holidays in that time frame, making things even more drawn out). In the end, they only charged me the actual price for the part - no markup or shipping - due to the delay.The location not only handled all diagnosis, orders, repairs, and extra requests of maintenance and tires, they also took the initiative to work with my insurance agent on the claim and split invoices between accident charges and our separate needs. When the car was finished, they offered to pick me up to come get it, but since I was working, they went the extra mile to deliver the car to my house (even as it started snowing again!).This location has stellar customer service and communication, as well as reasonable pricing, a must-go for your car maintenance needs.
