Most outstanding service I have received from a mechanic. The Chevy dealerships wouldnt even work on my wife car and Christian Brothers found and fixed the issue... highly recommend

***UPDATE***After posting a one star review of the absolute headache I went through here over a month ago, the owner of the shop called and asked about what happened. After talking through things, he let me know some changes have been made and they value honest reviews. They also wanted to do anything they could to make this right, so they offered me free oil changes for a year. I was very appreciative of the lengths they went to make things right here and I see the integrity and customer service now, that Ive heard so much about.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and kind. They kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything going on with my car. While other places I called said they didnt have availablity to see my car for 2-4 days out, these guys got my car in first thing in the morning (I dropped it off the night before). They called me within 2 hours of them opening with the issue and sent me an estimate. Reasonable in pricing.

I recently used Christian Brothers Automotive for a replacement of an oil pressure sensor in my vehicle, and I would highly recommend them for any car repair service. They were extremely professional, honest, and their prices are unmatched. They got my business because the price they quoted me over the phone was $300 less than a shop down the street (this shop was even less than another Christian Bros i checked with was a little closer to me. Apparently they’re all independently owned and have different pricing structures.) and I couldn’t be happier with their work! It was quick, they offered a shuttle service while I waited for the work to be done, and there were no surprises that came up while they worked on my car. My car is now running smoothly and I’m very pleased. Thank you so much Christian Brothers!

Great team of people working here. Courtesy ride home was really appreciated. They send you an incredibly detailed map of what theyve found on your vehicle with pictures and commentary below each picture. They will not hold back if they think a repair can wait or is not needed. My pleasure after every Thank you. Definitely give these guys a shot their prices are comparable to Firestone and other places that dont offer this exemplary service and kindness.

I called numerous shops and finally got an appointment with Christian Brothers. I dropped my car off Monday night and received a text Tuesday morning my car was being inspected. The mechanic later called explaining what issues were found, along with a link to video/pictures to physically see what was messed up (which I truly appreciate because I do not feel like I am being played and could see the problem at hand). We discussed pricing and they proceeded to fix everything. They kept in touch with me through text and calls which was awesome. I highly recommend this shop and company!

I had stopped in without an appt. because my car was making a noise. Everyone was so friendly. I had an appt very quickly. After evaluating my car, I was given a full comprehensive report. I could ask questions and felt very comfortable with the work needing to be done. Chris called me and made sure I had no further questions. It is so nice to feel that I have found that small town shop that I can call and know they will take great care.

They warmly greeted my son and I immediately as we walked in the door and they were very professional very kind made us feel very welcome offered us something to drink right away and immediately got our car in very quickly performed an oil change they offered a free inspection it was very detailed it was with a camera so I could actually see what was going on with the car which was really nice and theyre very transparent very honest and open and take the time to explain everything to me in detail and were very patient with me on trying to understand and figure out they went above and beyond their customer service is excellent they made me feel like family I felt right at home I felt safe there that I can depend on their professional advice and guidance on what to do for the vehicle they were very quick to repair my car and its running so much better I am so grateful I came in they took really good care of my family and I and we look forward to seeing them in the future I would highly recommend them I cannot say enough good words can express my gratitude I know that I can rely and depend on them for their expertise professionalism and honesty and to be treated with kindness and compassion!

Ive turned wrenches for about 40 years. All I can say is WOW. I drive a nice car. After taking my Vette to a fast lube store. I was informed that my front seal was leaking and my Is harmonic balancer rubbing on my engine block. Well they LIED plain and simple. I was quoted $140.00 to have everything checked out. They went over my Vette and nothing was wrong. Im handicap from a wreck. So getting on the ground is a big no go. The crew was honest and thats hard to fine. I go to check out and my total was $70. Something. If your reading this. You found the BEST SHOP IN TOWN. They my not always be the cheapest in town. Just remember you get what you pay for. I have 4 vehicles. First I just want to say how amazing their customer service is. I walked in the office on a warm day and the first thing they asked was if I wanted a cold water. The whole staff is super friendly and puts your interests first. Easily the best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. Secondly the program they have emplaced to show you the deficiencies on your vehicle is so easy to use and informative. They never pressure you to make any repairs, only inform you and make recommendations. Great place, will definitely be using this shop again in the future.

Overall great experience! I was looking for a new place to take my vehicles to have serviced and we found it. These guys did a great job and have to give them an A+ rating for communication. A fantastic auto mechanic! I went in because my check engine light was on and was able to get a quick diagnosis and get my car fixed. All information about costs is transparent, and they take the time to answer any questions you have. Im grateful for the fast and friendly service and will definitely be going back!

Clean waiting area, friendly staff, and got my oil change done in a timely manner. Its nice being able to watch the mechanic work on the car from the glass window facing the work area. Courtesy inspection report includes photos and brief description of recommended actions.

All the employees were super nice. I got texts letting me know the status of my car throughout the day. I received texts and email of the inspection report with photos and of the estimate. I was then able to approve or decline what service I wished to have done. I also got a call from the mechanic/service writer who was informed and non pushy answering all my questions. A great experience! I also thought the repair costs were appropriate.

I have been here a couple of times over the last month. I first had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced, which I received a fair quote for.I more recently came in for some heating/ A/C troubles I had. They also did a general inspection on my vehicle and quoted me for front struts and spark plugs, as well as a brake fluid flush and coolant flush.I went to another well known mechanic and was quoted for literally half the cost Christian Brothers gave me, i.e all four struts(instead of just front two), brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and spark plugs.While Christian Brothers is very conveniently located and has very nice staff, I’m disappointed at the cost I would have to pay to go here.

My car died after a night shift. Wouldn’t start. Thought it was an alternator. Had car towed after midnight to CBA. Got a call at 7:54 am and spoke with a service manager. They diagnosed a battery issue. Had my car back up and running 6 hours later. Fast, friendly and professional.

4 stars because they were the only mechanic who could see me quickly and got my truck done in just a few hours. However, I dont even know where they found a $200 thermostat for a Toyota. Expensive but at least it got done.

Went in to check what was going on with my truck due to a check engine being on, I sat in there for hours to hear that my truck had something completely wrong with it that two other body shops couldn’t figure out or didn’t say it was but overall I didn’t have a good first experience due to getting my truck back smoking as if it was about to blowup and oil just coming all out of it wen I went to the dealership to trade and get a new truck, then I came back to get that addressed and that took a few hours as well. It looked as if they only had one guy working on multiple vehicles at once maybe that’s why that error happened with my truck idk… but a nice staff just maybe a one time thing but most likely will never go back I’ll stick to a dealership

Great people and great, clean facility. Starr and Austin took care of me directly, but I know there were also technicians that did excellent work behind-the-scenes. Being able to leave a mechanic and know that your were helped by honest, hard-working people is a great feeling. And a free shuttle to boot! I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

I tried to set up an appointment to get some work re-done, by attempting to taking to the nice owner. I have a problem with work performed a couple months ago, but my message apparently wasnt passed on to the owner. Prior email said, contact me by phone. I guess I should go back to emails.

I used Christian Brothers Automotive for the 1st time and I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. I have been going to the dealer only and truly wanted a mechanic other than the dealer. I only had a synthetic oil change done but I will now go back for all my automotive needs. I brought my car in for a flat tire of all things. I realized I had a flat tire when I was across the street. With my run flats I was able to hobble my way to their shop. I am a handicapped person and they accommodated me in my inability to get out of the car for them to repair the tire. Instead of putting my car on the lift (which they could not do with me in it) they actually used a jack. I have specialty tires on my car and while we originally thought I would have to take it to the dealer for repair, they were able to plug my tire so that I could make it home until my new tire could be ordered. The entire team was very professional and accommodating.

My very first visit to Christian Brothers was a great experience. The very professional and friendly associate took care of my repair need in a matter of minutes, even though they were very busy. The price was reasonable. This is my go-to auto repair shop from now on - no question about it!

Staff was super friendly an helpful. As someone who has anxiety, entering places isnt easy for me. But they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were up front with the problems with my car (with updates along the way) and pricing. Little touches like my seat and mirrors being exactly where I had them (which I know they had to have moved them if they wanted to get in my tiny car)and a thank you note on my passenger seat. Would 100% go back and recommend them for all their vehicle needs!

I had a simple oil change to do and I expected to be there about an hour with my young kids but they considered that and got us out of there quickly considering my hands were full. ( without the inspection) car didnt need it any way) Thank you for noticing great employees. They gave us plenty of hospitality to make sure all of us were comfortable. I needed my diffs serviced and I needed my truck back by a certain time. I was able to get same day. They gave me a ride home in the shuttle. My truck was ready to go in less than two hours. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Im a happy costumer. I look forward to having Christian Brothers work on my vehicles for years to come.

Overall good experience, appreciate the shuttle service and military discount. Would have given 5 stars but I dropped the car off first thing a 0700 for squeeking noise, service manager says we will put down 1600 as time you need it back. I dont here anything from them so I call at 1430 leave voicemail no callback again at 1530 they say theyll call back at 1600 they finally say I need rear brake pads and rotors which make sense with squeeking sound and 80000 miles. Then after I approve they start work and I get car at 1800. Not that big a deal since I was at work anyway but communication could have been better and $550 is from what I could tell for new set of pads and rotors on the more expensive end of the scale.

Austin is the greatest and best person I have had the pleasure to work with. He was very understanding to my situation and did all he could do to help me. I will be going to this place as long as I live here

Wow! Ive never had such an amazing experience from start to finish with an automotive mechanic team before. Every aspect was elevate for the customer experience. From the text updates throughout the time my vehicle was being seen to the little hot wheels car they gifted my son at check out. You think with all the cool things they are doing theyd be more expensive but id say it was the fairest estimate Ive ever had on getting my back breaks done. Very happy customer. Youve got my business for years to come.

I need to replace both the interior and exterior door handles. I had taken my truck to a different repair shop and they were going to charge me almost double what Christian Brothers did. I dropped my truck off as soon as they opened and Austin was kind enough to give me a ride to work. Austin said the truck would ready by the time I got work, and sure enough it was. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They now a customer for life in me.

I needed a new signal light bulb. It needed to be sent from a different location. I ran an errand and went back to the CBA place. Everyone was polite & helpful. The waiting room was clean and presentable. The bulb got delivered and was installed and checked that it worked. I was given a discount because I had to wait for the light bulb to be delivered. Initially I thought texts were unnecessary but after receiving a detailed estimate with photos of my corroded battery, I was blown away.I elected for them to clean up the corrosion. Because the battery was discharged my Toyotas moonroof manged to stop working. I thought it needed a reset but I couldnt figure it out.Christian Brothers came to my house to pick up the car and run a diagnostic free of charge. Luckily they didnt need to take it because the moonroof worked as soon as they got into the car!These guys really care about the customer!
