I am beyond impressed and satisfied with the work I had done at Dent HQ, Jay went above and beyond to pick my vehicle up and drop her off without affecting my work schedule and gave me constant updates on the work being done and what was happening with the insurance. I didnt have to lift a finger, and he just made the experience so easy and wonderful. My car came back looking better than the day I bought it! JAY AND HIS worker Miguel did an amazing and awesome job on my car, it looks as good if not better than it did when I first got it, they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time, but they did excellent quality. Wow! Unbelievable results. This company goes above and beyond whats expected. Not only did they fix our hail with pinpoint precision, they also did things the insurance company didnt pay for them to do. They detailed our GMC Acadia to perfection, changed out our defective wiper blades, replaced our cracked windshield and replaced a missing trim panel on our back bumper. They really take pride in their work and it shows. All companies should strive to do business like these guys do. Theres a reason why their National Headquarters location in Plano, TX has the most 5-star reviews in the PDR industry. Great job guys!
