Incredible customer service! Doug came out to repair my refrigerator that was not keeping its cool. He was very polite and respectful. He spent 30 minutes looking over every part of the refrigerator, and found a problem in the freezer coils. I paid him for his work, and on his way out I asked him if he knew anything about vacuum cleaners. He said no, but took a look at it anyway. He fixed the belt, no extra charge, and thanked me! I highly recommend Doug if you want to be treated right by a repair company.
