Don called to see if it was OK to arrive ahead of scheduled appointment. He found the problem with my dryer right away and had it up and running in no time. He only charged me a very reasonable service charge for coming to the house. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had good advice for me along with getting my dryer up and running. Thanks Don! Don was right on time and worked very quickly to address a problem with our dishwasher. His years of experience clearly show in his knowledge and ability to explain what he was doing in a way I could understand. He had the necessary part on hand to restore power to our dishwashers circuit board, and was then able to conclude that the circuit board was malfunctioning and while its possible to repair, we agreed the better option would be to replace our ten year old unit. His service fee was fair and he was in and out in under an hour and a half. Hell be our go-to appliance repair technician for years to come!

First, I would let to thank and point out Don for getting us in his schedule right away. I was also okay with the $65 service charge even if he couldnt fix it. My frustration is that he asked for the error code and the model number a day before his arrival. When he got there for the day of the appt he didnt remember most of the special instructions for accessing the unit. Second, he had to know the brand name of the part wasnt available anymore and we would have to use an off brand. If he didnt then why ask for all the info before and not come prepared? Also, a disclosure that he doesnt do off label parts would have been helpful before hand. With as many appliances we have, we would have liked to have a reliable source to call.

Replaced the Felt assembly in under 15 minutes. Had the part already on his truck. Im delighted with the service and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Don.

Top load versus front load etc. I called on a Sunday and had a nice conversation with a gentleman who didn’t act inconvenienced at all. Thank you for the advice. We have used Don Tellez’s services at Appliance Repair Center for the past 20 years. He is honest, knowledgeable, does excellent work, and his prices are reasonable.Today (9/3/2019) I called to ask him to install our new dishwasher that the delivery/installation company was unable to do after three visits to our home. I called Don at 8:30 a.m., he was here by 12:30 p.m., completed a rather complicated install by 3:30, including travel time for additional parts, and charged less than the “installation” company had quoted to do the job. He is the only appliance service company I trust to do our work.

Don was professional, courteous, and prompt! He was very quick to respond to my call and showed up that day to diagnose my washing machine. Very thankful for his knowledge and service to get my washing machine working again.

Don was recommended by a friend to call for a refrigerator check. Our fridge was making some strange noises and seemed to run almost constantly. Don arrived on time, did a thorough checkup, researched the issue, and gave us options for repair. Basically, he identified the evaporator motor wearing out and can repair now to alleviate noise or wait until it gets intolerable or stops working-- we chose to wait. Point being, he was fair and honest in his assessment and provided a reasonable estimate for potential repairs. He also charged a fair price for the service call. Don appears to be a true professional, out to make a living but not by ripping off customers-- a rare find these days.

Although my dryer was fixed and is working now (which was the goal)... he had to tape it back together and didn’t bother to tell me til after the payment was made... so now my dryer is an eye sore and is located in a place that is visable to guest... disappointed considering it was in mint condition prior.. not false statement you did work on my dryer before
