He patiently explained all of the cost savings for everything and and provided me with multiple options to choose from.Installation was a breeze and his team was extremely professional And explained everything they were doing while they were doing it and answered all of my questions when the job was finished.

Our furnace was not working when we woke up. It had just been serviced by another company this past week. We called them but they dont work on weekends. Interstate 25 has hours listed every day of the week. Ramsey, our technician, told us they have 24/7 service available. Ramsey called and asked if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He quickly identified the problem and gave us options, including going back to the previous company to see if the (exact same) repair is under warranty. Since we expect low temperatures in single digits before Monday, we asked Ramsey to replace the (brand new) burned-out igniter. Ramsey was knowledgeable, polite and gave us advice about what to look for concerning our furnace. He was probably only at our house about 30 minutes. We think the price was more than fair. Our furnace is heating again and were very happy with the service we received from Interstate 25. Although we have used the other company for furnace maintenance and repair for years, we will likely switch to Interstate 25.

I highly recommend This company. My realtor recommended the company when I started having trouble with my brand new house. She had actually just had a whole new AC replaced and I was lucky that she had someone’s number handy.First, they made an appointment super quick. I think next day it was. I got text message reminders and they kept me up to date on when they were on their way… which was a problem… our guy actually drove an hour in the wrong direction because our street is so new it didn’t show up in his gps. Taking him into after hours time frame but he turned right around and came anyway! Instead of rescheduling. Any other company would have, probably.Then once he got here he was really nice to my young child who kept wanting to see his fancy toys and my animals that were literally walking all around him.He was explained everything to me in a way I understood and answered all my questions and then told me who to contact because my problems are something under builders warranty. He even dug thru the blue prints on the county’s website to get me all the info I needed so I could just read it off to the person I needed to contact. This saved me literally thousands of dollars.All in all, I highly recommend Ramsay and his team.

Theyve been very helpful, the first time I called to ask about the problem of our system with the pool of water under it..They helped us to fix it first on our end first even though we havent used their service yet..theyre not just there for the money. Now our house is really cold even upstairs having 3 floors..its always hot upstairs..I highly recommend them. Nice people..

I had a leaking air handler - every year same problem and every year same thing with many OTHER HVAC companies; they stop by, puc around for 30 minutes and tell me its nothing or they cant fix it or even better, this year 2 of them said they didnt have a ladder or didnt bother to come back with one - I just couldnt believe it! Two reputable companies (or so they claim to be online and with their reviews) and no ladder!In any case, I-25 Mechanical stopped by today (on a side note, I didnt have to wait a whole week to get scheduled) and amazingly, they got the job done. Hats off to Mr. Mark for uncovering that the solution to the problem had to deal with physics - now thats true professionalism and skills I have not seen in a long time anywhere else. So very impressed with the Quilty an explanation on what was wrong w my AC . Had a company come out a day before quoting me 6,000 plus an not even knowing if that be the problem to my AC not working. Got Ramsey number from my realtor called him an he was out here next day an he was able find the problem with out charging me what the other company quoted me . He contacted 2 parts supplier right away got my blower motor in overnight at a great price. Arrived early. Impressive! When does that ever happen for a service call? Thorough, courteous service. Left our old furnace looking like new. It had rust stains on it from the whole house humidifier and now theyre gone! Will call them if we have heating/air issues in the future.

So after Ramsey can by my house a week earlier to fix my A/C unit, my water heater started leaking so I called back. Ramsey showed up the very next day and helped me figure out what was wrong with my system. Turns out my water temperature was too high. Also, the best thing was that he didn’t even charge me for the visit, because he was just here a week earlier! Great service, I’m definitely a lifetime customer for sure!

We called I-25 Mechanical because our A/C went out on a hot summer day. Ramsey came out promptly to help. Unfortunately, the blower motor was out on our furnace. He ordered the part we needed and fought with the manufacturer on our behalf to get the parts we needed, and even managed to get a $600 part for free for us. He kept us updated through the process and got the repair done promptly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and I appreciate those qualities! Hopefully we wont need any more repairs anytime soon 🙃 but if we do, I-25 Mechanical will be our go-to HVAC company from now on!

Late last night I received a red tag on my furnace due to high levels of natural gas and carbon monoxide coming from my vent. I immediately called Interstate 25 Mechanical (at midnight) and Ramsey was at my house in under 30 minutes diagnosing the problem. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue with my furnace which ended up being rust. He then discussed the options I had and had me set up with a brand new furnace in under 20 hours. His team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I cannot recommend I25 Mechanical enough.

My furnace died in the middle of the night, and Ramsey came to look at it at 1:30 in the morning. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, and very kindly lent me a small space heater to use until he could get the part and fix the furnace later that morning. He also returned to fix a wiring issue he noticed at the time with my humidifier at no additional charge saying he considered it part of the same job. I am so very grateful for the quick and quality service!

Interstate 25 Mechanical was absolutely amazing. Ramsey came to my home at around 10pm when my heat wasn’t working. He was thorough and gave me all my options and all the information I needed in order to make a decision on which repair I needed. They replaced my furnace within 2 days and his team was equally as great. I will continue to use them!

Ramsey at I-25 Mechanical showed up exactly when he said he would which is sometimes a challenge for tradesmen. He was very thorough in assessing my air conditioning problem and spent quite a bit of time verifying what the problem is since it is a very costly part to replace. Ramsey was able to get the needed part and scheduled a return call to install it within the week. I am very satisfied with I-25s service to date.

Afterwards, Ramsey personally tested the system to ensure it was working correctly. It wasnt, so Ramsey ensured that a new thermostat was provided that worked with the new heat pump.Ramsey also did my furnace for a previous dwelling.To me, the mark of a good contractor is would you refer him to a friend? They provided a diagnosis, ordered replacement part, called when they said they would call, showed up when they said they would show up (no waiting all day). Before installing the new part, they rewired the unit how they thought it should be wired. The furnace worked. No charge for the part and labor was covered under the diagnostic fee.Something you dont see in todays work ethic and revenue targets. I highly recommend Interstate 25 Mechanical for reliability, price and work ethic.

Ramsey and his company are by far the cream of the crop. I am an absolute novice when it comes to HVAC. He came over to fix a simple sensor on my furnace (at like 9:30 PM), and then after payment, proceeded to teach me about my filters, my previously installed humidifier, my water heater, energy star equipment, and the date of my furnace and when I would need to honestly replace all of the above. The amount of honesty and tact this company showed with a complete beginner is something you just dont get with companies these days.
