Johnny was really cool and shared insight about the AC system, as well as his experiences. I enjoyed talking to him and he went above and beyond. Had a great experience with Philip, Mason and the third fella (sorry I’m forgetting his name but I do remember it was his first day). They were all very professional and the job was done in a day; they arrived in the morning and were done by late afternoon. I normally work from home but they were not a disturbance at all. They accommodated my requests for the wiring placements and kept me updated throughout the day. 10/10 will be recommended to my friends.

Phillip and Masson were great. They were kind, explained everything to me, respected me and my home, and worked very hard. Alan the manager is phenomenal as well. I got 4 AC quotes from different companies over a year period and did my research so as not to jump in to this. Some of the companies just had the technician walk in to my house, look around and then write me up a quote. A&A looked at my furnaces, measured my windows, measured my rooms, kept tedious notes on what direction my windows were facing and more so that they could get an accurate quote on what tonnage I needed for my AC unit. Getting the right size and having it installed correctly is critical so I appreciated their extra effort to make sure I got the size I needed. Alans company is based on good values and integrity. They are about mid range priced which I decided was the best because you get what you pay for and there was only 1 company out of the 4 that was cheaper but they were a terrible company and you really need to trust who is in stalling your AC. Most problems with AC are because poor installation, so really A&A has good prices as well. They also sale very reliable brands and have good warrantys. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Recently had a diagnosis done. Johnny came out and figured out the problem within minutes. Of all departments of service technicians I have dealt with, id have to say Johnny is by far the best one. We had been referred to A&A through another homeowner who had exceptional service and they certainly did not disappoint! From start to finish each employee we had contact with were polite, cleanly, informative and professional! Will continue to recommend this company as well as utilize them should we have any future needs.

This company gave me an estimate of $899.00 to add 3 pounds of (r410a)refrigerant to my home air conditioner with no guarantee that it wouldnt leak out tomorrow and quit working. Wholesale price for r410a is $15.00 per pound. The technician said he could not find a leak in the system. I would guess this companies ethics are questionable at best. I was charged $49.00 for this information. The technician bragged about just charging another customer $1,400.00 to add refrigerant to their system.

Paid for a complete A/C unit condenser and coil. The unit would never work and my home was alway warm to hot. The company came to my home constantly to try and fix, now after three years of failing they now wanted me to pay $2200 for a new coil unit and this would be at lease the 2nd or 3rd time that it was replaced. I told them I was not going to pay them again. I found another company to find the issue and they found a leak and replaced the part and now my home feels like an home with a working unit.In the beginning after the unit was installed, I recommended them to my daughters for a repair, they sent the same tech that I dealt with most of the time, he said she needed this expensive replacement part. She got a second opinion and it some $40 dollar part and a total of around 140 job, A&A wanted over $1000. This was the longest and worst experience ever, USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

A&A was outstanding, from the first experience with the Estimator, Evan Rose, to the great installers that came to do the work, Masson and Johnny. They arrived in a timely fashion, protected my floors by putting down a a runway of cloths to my basement, and got right to work. Because of some errors made when my furnace was installed in relationship to the coils, Masson immediately resolved the challenges and did expert work in getting the new coil assembly installed correctly, making appropriate adjustments to the installation to get everything properly done. Masson even had to move my Furnace whole-house humidifier to accomodate the installation and the reworking of my ductwork went well too. Johnny did excellent work outside with the removal of my old Condenser and mounting pad and fitting the new one perfectly. He tested the system, made some slight adjustments, and all was good. This was a job well done! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any HVAC work, whether for heating or air conditioning needs.

Use somebody else !!!!!I just wanted a routine cleaning of my furnace nothing else, the gentleman tried to upcharge me $500 to replace a furnace pipe. He kept saying it was out of code over and over again and I was getting very irritated about the whole situation. Because he couldnt show me anywhere or any laws that say my FLUE pipe was out of regulations in the state of Colorado. So how do I know if he is even telling the truth?? He didnt understand I just wanted a routine cleaning nothing else. He then became a smart mouth and said to the paying customer I dont know what you do for a living sir and All the years I have been doing this i have never had anyone questioning my integrity. My response then is it should be easy to show me where you you think my flute pipe was out of regulation.I just want to know where it say that about my furnace pipe being out of regulation, I am not your average person who just shells out my hard earned money to a stranger just because they say it is out of code. Also after our little debate he said he would send me the invoice on where it said that and i still have yet to get the invoice or the regulation!!!

Technicians Phillip and Ana of A&A Pro just left our house after completing a Humidifier installation. Had a super positive experience! The previous owners of our house bought a humidifier, but never installed it--- so we had this brand new, still in the box Honeywell product. I called and they explained my options, got me on the schedule a week from that point. Phillip and Ana showed up within the window I was given, and respectfully stood a few feet from the door when I answered, with masks ready to go (this means a lot to me during COVID. Im grateful for their professionalism and decency!) They were quick and efficient, and answered the myriad questions I had patiently--- Ive never had a humidifier before and didnt want to use it incorrectly. I highly recommend this company for their thoughtfulness, honesty (getting me the best price and option for our situation), and quality work. Johnny came out and replaced the hot surface igniter in my furnace. He is super nice and very knowledgeable. He had my system up in running in no time. I highly recommend him!

We called Anthony to service our furnace. At some point after his visit, we noticed it was getting cold in the house and the thermostat wasn’t turning on. Anthony came back out and diagnosed a bad thermostat and showed it that it was blowing fuses.In ten minutes, he had the fuse fixed and the thermostat replaced. He was on route to answer other calls but stopped by and took care of us without a charge. Definitely the kind of business that’ll get our money in the future.Thanks, Anthony!

Excellent Experience From Start to Finish! Everyone from A&A were great in replacing in a 50 year old cast iron boiler with a new Noble Lochinvar Combi System. John was great in helping determine the right system for our needs and Phillip was always up front with what they were doing and any timeline changes. First visit was great. All seemed well. I had to call after several days to find out the work status. We didnt know if you wanted the repair or a new unit. They replaced both my furnace and added my air conditioner, as well as install a chimney liner. I was really impressed that even though it took them a long time to get the liner in due to some unforseen thick concrete, it was just included in the cost. When it came to the inspection, it turned out that my hot water heater (attached to the chimney liner) was never permitted. They were gracious enough to include me in on the permit, and the Phil just took a bit of time when he was out making sure everything was ready for re-inspection to replace the gas hose. Would highly recommend these guys; Kyle was super nice, and the estimator Evan was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of getting me the properly-sized equipment as well as being really patient with my questions. You can tell that customer service is really important to this company - Id recommend them any time!

We had waited several years before deciding to install an air conditioning unit for our whole house. We decide to go with A&A professional because of the way they treated us from the very beginning. I used this service for installation of my A/C.They came and completed an estimate to have it installed and they mentioned I would need a new furnace. Making the A/C install go from $4,000 to $9,000. Which was fine. So, we spent the $9,000 to have both the A/C and Furnace installed.For the most part, the system has been working. We ran into an issue with replacing the filter (way early). It ended up freezing the system, so we needed to let it thaw and replace the filter.Now, that the temp has dropped down to 30 degrees. Well, I have had my furnace set to well over 80 for 4 hours and my house is still sitting at 64 degrees.Problems like these arise and you have to deal with them. It is challenging with the system being so new, you expect that you wouldnt be running into these issues. This is not a small purchase. $9,000 is a bit of money for running into poor customer service and system issues.I appreciate the response from A&A, I just wish we didn’t have these problems. They were really prompt this morning with coming out and fixing it, since we had these problems and the house was cold. I appreciate this type of response!Thanks Alan and team. Recommend.

We’ve used A&A for heating issues a few months ago and today for A/C issues. After we had such a positive experience with them for the heat they were our first choice for A/C and did not disappoint. Both times the techs were on time, friendly and so helpful. They had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. No one hopes to have heating/cooling problems but they’ll be my first choice for any future ones.

I cant say enough about how wonderful these guys are!! I have been with A&A for almost two years now. It started with a simple seasonal inspection and cleaning and from there I have replaced my furnace (a couple more seasonal cleanings) and intend to replace my A/C unit with them as well. Anthony has been simply amazing (the best) the couple of times that we have had a problem. They are fast, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome job from the day I bought from them. Recently had Phillip come by and troubleshoot an issue, this was my first time using my A/C since buying it in Oct. Phillip was on time, professional and just an overall cool guy. If you use A&A and get him, you know you are in good hands!

I had a technician from A&A come out to give me a quote on installing a tankless water heating system. He said he could do it but wanted to check on the specifications for running a gas pipe. He asked me to give him a week and I did. I had to call him back and he said he had gotten busy and didnt find the information he wanted yet. I gave him two more weeks, which resulted in no action and finally, he just dropped the project altogether without another word. I left a message since then but I have not heard from that office since. Very disheartening, and very unprofessional results.

Our air conditioner unit was severely damaged by a large falling branch during a late spring snow storm. We chose A&A Professional to replace the unit. Kyle and Hakeem were the two techs that came out to replace the damaged A/C unit. A supervisor named Philip was on site for a short period. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being a retired Army aviation mechanic myself I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and courtesy. The replacement unit was installed and worked perfectly. However, in their haste to leave we were left with a large oil spill and a small oil spill on our driveway. It had just started raining as I took the pictures. In the 2 pictures I posted I have already absorbed as much of the oil I could but we are left with a large and a small stain on our driveway. The more distant picture was taken from our front door. UPDATE: I was contacted by John very soon after I posted the initial review above and he told me that someone would be out as soon as possible to attempt to clean up the oil spill. Three days later on the following Monday, 17 June Philip showed up mid-afternoon to clean up the spill. By then I had already cleaned it up myself before it could soak deeper into the concrete. Fortunately it was a light oil and I was able to get 95+ percent of it up without too much effort. Philip offered me a years supply of HVAC filters for our trouble. I am updating my star rating from 4 to 5 stars and I am happy to do so. A & A Professional Cooling and Heating is an honorable company which deserves 5 stars for their Professionalism, Integrity, Honor, and the technical abilities of their technicians. We now have a Go To company for all of our HVAC needs.

Phillip and Ana showed up and fixed the problem promptly. They really saved the day, the heat had cut out and I called that morning and they were able to squeeze us into the schedule.

Johnny, The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and gave me advice on what I needed to do. I will use them again and I will recommend them to my son and whoever else needs heating and cooling work.

If I have issues which I doubt because of the product A&A has which is Trane. If so I want Johnny to be my Technician.

Your driver on hwy 85 87 heading south on Friday Oct 23rd at 140pm needs a lesson on how to merge after the lane theyre driving in ends after a mile of signs.After they attempt to cut someone off when their lane ends and are made of aware if it by frantic honking, they need to know going faster and trying to bully another car into oncoming traffic while laying on their horn is not only unprofessional its super dangerous. If this is how your drivers act on the road, I cant imagine what theyd be like in someones home.
