I just wanted to give a big thank you to the team that was working last night (8/24) as I had just gotten my car out the shop for brake repairs and I had issues with it. They were able to help me get it out of the bay and let me use some cones to put in front of it as it was in an awkward place just out of the exit of the wash. They allowed me to stay in the office while I waited for my ride and the tow truck and even offered to stay with me after close. I really appreciate you all and thank you again! That is true customer service right there. Well done!

This place got my car mostly clean...washed most of the bugs off the front, all of the dust on the sides, and barely any dirt off the undercarriage. Paid for the spray wax but couldnt tell any was sprayed on. I will give them another try, hopefully will be better.

Good spot to clean your car. Automatic wash was effective and the available vacuums after had good suction with a tool that was capable of pulling crud from deep crevices.

Paid for the Ultimate brushless wash and years ago someone used to scrub your tires for you when it finished, guess thats not a thing anymore?

They never tell you that they have brush free options. They expect you to make decision about which option to opt for in a hurry so that you just buy the pricey one. And even after paying for the best three car came out dirty on the front grill and bumper side. The best part was the hand dry service and the guy who did it, he did a good job and trying to wipe whatever he could from the front grill but that wasnt enough.And their vacuum self service was free which was good as well, with good high power suction.

This is the most unprofessional business location I have ever used. I have attempted to utilize this location twice and both times I have received rude treatment from the staff. My wife and I pay monthly to have access to their services for both our vehicles. My wife attempted to contact them by phone today to discuss the situation and first she was hung up on after the phone was answered with no greeting other than hello so she inquired if it was Drews and was hung up on. The second time she called, the same female employee who claimed to be the Manger answered the phone the same way again so she asked a second time if it was Drews and the employee confirmed it was. My wife told her she should be answering the phone with the business name. When she inquired about what had occurred earlier, it was basically blown off. Beware of this location, as this has now become a pattern of poor service.

Blue ticket for hand dried was placed in my car at University Drive site. The operator walked near my cat two times and never did contact or an intention to dry my car.I was there for more than 30 minutes, the operator cross the service road to service two different cars that arrived after me, they were driven by young and mid age ladies.I did my car interiors and self dry my car for almost 30 minutes and at last minute the operator came asking why I was doing hand drying if I got a blue ticket. Well at that moment I know he was not color blind.Any way I will continue using Drews but not the University site. It is a supervisory issue.

I paid for the $20 wash. Which includes a tire shine and dry towel. The tire shine machine was not working so the gentleman that towel dried my truck, did it for me! He also blew out the water in the cracks. I was impressed by his level of detail!

Place is amazing 😃 Best $20.00 I ever spent. The vacuums are amazing! The hand dry is a nice touch. Everyone was nice and helpful, even though it took a while to get the cheerios out of their hiding places! Definitely my go to spot in B/CS for a quick truck cleanup.

After signing up for a monthly membership and using Drew’s automated touchless car wash for two or three months, I went through it this past weekend and it ripped my mirror off. (See pics). I didn’t do anything differently and then on the last pass, all the sudden the metal rod grabs the mirror, and just pulls and pulls until it pulls it off. You would think there’d be a safety mechanism to stop this car wash when something goes wrong.I told the general manager of Drew’s CarWash, Chase Congleton, who just happens to be the owner’s son, what had happened, and he refused to make things right. He said if I paid everybody who came through here for something that happened to their car I wouldn’t be able to... at that point I cut him off, and said “so you mean this happens all the time?” He responded “no”. I said, “so this is an anomaly?” And he replied, he was not liable for anyone’s vehicle that went through the car wash.My friend the moral of the story, enter at your own risk. I will not be returning, I value my vehicle too much, $400 dollars is a hard lesson to learn.

We have a monthly wash plan at Drew’s to keep our vehicle clean. Washing it just a couple of times a month more than pays for it, and I enjoy my vehicle looking clean and new. The staff there is always friendly and helpful, and I can go through the automated side if I want a clean car outside of regular business hours.

We were disappointed with the lack of service this week and last. We go every Friday to get out cars cleaned basically we got ignored by the employees and supervisor unlike in the past the employees were out going and go getters. People will soon realize you can pay $5 more down the road and get better service by people that really want to work.

The young lady who took my money was very professional and courteous. The wash was good but my issue was with the young man in the black polo. I dropped some money out of my pocket when I went to towels to wipe off my vehicle. He asked the lady two cars down if it was hers and not me who was right by it. I know why he did.

First time here. Paid for the ultimate wash...assume I received basic wash, since there was no tire wash or a curtain of soap that the truck in front of me received. Could be because they were busy, maybe go during less busy times. All the spray bottles were empty, fortunately I had stopped at Walmart before coming so I had spray cleaner. The wash was poor quality, ended up washing my car with their towels and my spray! They do have nice drying towels!!

Short tunnel. Good staff. Didnt get a clean as i like. Hand touch up stations need a better leaning agent. Vacuums are good. Compressed air is very strong.

Really love this place. I live in San Antonio but signing up was easy. You have access to the car wash 24hrs with the side three units. When I moved I was able to cancel online. Very streamlined process. Recommended for the creepy part of the year when birds plot to take over the world and congregate to consider in College Station.

Best car wash experience in the area, bar none. Supplies are always filled, help is always close and theres never an issue with the equipment.

I like being able to use their vacuum services and I have a membership for 2 of my family vehicles. Dont try to use this location 10-15 minutes before they close. They will turn off the vacuums while you are using them even when they arent supposed to have closed till 7.

This is probably my favorite location (though I havent been to the newest one in South College Station yet). The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. I always see them smiling. Theyre very polite!LOVE that the vacuum is free to use.

Ok car wash for both the brushless and traditional washes. Neither clean a vehicle well, but theyre passable and better than most of the other places in town.The traditional wash does like most do, and scratches up paint pretty quickly (swirl marks), but on a vehicle with already dull paint it does well.The touchless has gotten better over the last year as they upgraded, it used to be very unreliable.Dont waste the extra money paying for washes that offer a hand dry or tire shine - youll be hard pressed to get anyone to assist.

This is one of my personal favorite car washes in town. The pre wash brushes help cover the tires and front end effectively and are free to use. The prices are reasonably set, especially for all the additional amenities you are given access to. After the wash, you park in a lane with easily accessible vacuum tube systems and tire filling air pumps on both sides of the car. There are also rug beaters to clean that lumped in dirt. The workers are friendly and helpful in wiping down the car with the complimentary microfiber towels. They also have more detailed level packages for those so inclined.All around great experience and business model, I recommend checking them out and if you need to fill up your gas tank you can receive a very generous discount at the Exxon nearby if you purchase your wash at the pump.

Only place I know you can get a carwash at a gas station where theyll dry you off afterwards by hand and armor all your tires for no extra charge. Staff is super.

Not a very good wash for $20

The wash itself is an 8 out of 10. Didnt get all the dirt off the truck. The vacuum and wipe down area is a 10. They provide the wipe down towels. You do that part. Will use them again. $8 minimum.

Went for the first time today because it looked pretty nice. Paid for the $15 wash and my car came out the same. It said it included wheels and tires and they still had dust on them when I got out. Vacuums barely clean interior and when I was trying to vacuum they were turned off. Employees don’t care and just ignore you. Disappointed

So, most of these people need to learn the difference between a car DETAIL and a CAR WASH..... detailing costs up to $200 and makes your car look like it is brand new. This is a CAR WASH, not a detailing service. If you want the mud, dirt, and most of the bugs off the front of your car, Drews car wash is a good choice. If you want your car to look PERFECT, go back to where you bought the car and pay 10x as much money. Common sense is so hard to come by nowadays... Drews Car Wash is just as good as any wash Ive been to before.

First time Ive ever been there. I cant get out and wash my cars like I used to. But it wasnt bad, they use water in stead of brushes. And it cleaned my ol truck pretty good.

Great car wash. Love the monthly plan setup they have. They get your car clean and help it to stay clean. The drying areas are great with the free vaccuums and air nozzles to blow the water out of the body lines of your vehicle.

Got 2 stars because they have good equipment and are convienent. Lost all the others because they spent more time on high pressure chip repair sales that providing what was paid for.Bought the premium and got the basic. People go there to get their car clean. Let’s get back to the basics guys.

Paid for the ultimate wash which is supposed to include a towel dry. After 5min of vacuuming with no one coming over, I grabbed some towels and started it myself, only to observe 4-5 employees walk by as I was working and not one stepped up to help or inquired.

Great places to get a car wash if you are a do it yourself person. They can powerwash your mats and you can put them in a dust scrubber for free. Just ask. Very economical.

Convenient and nice discount on gas. Used the middle bay and one arm was broken. I called to let then know, then got it of my truck and saw how dirty my truck still was. Paid for the wash, wax, and tire, but it doesnt look like I got anything but wet. Maybe just a bad first experience. Ill give it another try... someday

Staff is super friendly and prompt. Im not sure what everyone else is saying about ruined paint jobs and scratches but Ive never had anything like that happen to my car. However the only wash that has my car looking factory new is the $20 wash. I love you free use of the vacuums and towels. I drive for uber so I go through at least once a week.

Decent autowash the main unit has scrubbers the two touchless bays do an okay job not the best definitely worth to go to the primary scrubber bay. The free vacuums make up for any short comings, an excellent value overall.

Spent $16 on a car wash and all it did was knock the dust off! It still had bugs on the front because the guy who was supposed to scrub the front was too busy chatting with his co-workers to do his job! Definitely not worth it!
