This car wash was great for the price. Did a decent job, however dinged one star bcs the wash left alot more bugs on the fender than I thought it would. No biggie but, will try again and see how that goes lol.

Went for a deluxe car wash. It didn’t clean my car at all, there was still stains on the glass. Wasted $10.

This is a brush and chamois-type washing outfit. This location doesnt have touchless wash the University Drive location. There is a preliminary manual wash by an attendant, and the quality of the overall experience depends on the performance of that attendant, removing bugs and cleaning areas the brushes dont reach, like the very back.After the semi-automated wash, you may pull into one of several stalls to finish the process with the provided vacuums, rags, and mat cleaning machines. If the attendant is diligent, and you take your time, you can closely approximate detailing.My experience has been pretty positive, overall.

Really like the soft material wash at this place. Better than the nylon brushes they use at some others. The guys up front do a really good job w extra scrub on bugs on front of car.Very good bargain w the unlimited washes monthly fee

This location is a getting rundown. Go to the one on University, its much better run. The blower has a curtain that is supposed to hover right over your vehicle to force the air flow down, it hasnt worked in months, they have it fastened up out of the way.

I paid for the double soak and I got the barely scrubbed.In fairness, I didnt have any cash to tip them and should have warned it had been sitting under a sap tree for 8 months.

I have a new truck and bought an ultimate carwash. The wash was great. I paid for the ultimate mostly for the towel dry. They never came to dry my truck. Even after the manager called it in twice. After vacuuming and wiping down the inside, I dried it myself. Still a good wash.

I signed up for the ULTIMATE monthly package $39.99. The manager on duty. She was very polite and informative both times I came that day.I compared monthly prices from local competition $49.99. So far Drews offers the best price for the most services.The guy who help dry off my truck was also really cool and down to earth. Didnt get his name either.Ultimately. Between the great consistent customer service, prices, multiple locations, 24 hrs touch less wash available. Drews just couldnt be beat.

Honestly, I kept telling myself I wouldn’t come back to this Drew’s location after the minor scruffs on my other vehicle but needed a wash and put convenience as priority on the way to work. I left with this scratch and others like it on the right side bed of my truck.I took it back and the employee said that there was no way it was from the wash.It’s a brand new truck & I’m extremely observant. Their machines did this. Will never return here and will make warn family and friends to never stop at this location unless they improve their quality and their staff. Absolutely horrible but they can take advantage of college kids, unfortunately.

I’ve been going here for 4 years and have always liked it. Today, I wasn’t able to catch the name, but I was serviced by one guy with red hair and glasses who was utterly nasty. Rude, he seemed impatient, and overall ruined my stay here. I’ll probably take this as a sign to try out other car washes in college station.

The brushes hit the car very hard. Does a good job of cleaning the car. Vacuum systems are great.

Basic wash got my car cleaner than most places do, solid vacuums, complimentary towels and spray bottles for touch up. My only complaint is it seems a bit steeper than other similar car washes. Basic was $8

Im from out of town (Kennesaw Georgia) and I have a monthly pass for a carwash in my town.I go through about 3X a week, I love my truck to be clean!!!!I was in Bryan for a life celebration and the 14 hour drive put quite a few bugs on my truck.A gotta say your carwash did a great job but honestly my favorite part was that you were open at 7:30am!!!I was able to get my truck cleaned and wasnt late for the ride!!!The vacuums kicked butt and even though I have my own shammy towel, the fact you had extra towels was awesome!!!When we come back to visit, I will be back to see you guys!!!#JORDANSTRONG#💙💪

Great service. Very helpful. Brushes missed a couple of spots on the hatch, but towels by the super vacuums let you clean whats was missed. Compressed air is a super bonus for the crevices and hard to reach spot inside👍👍

I went to Drews Car wash yesterday and got the ultimate wash the young man named Ty did a fantastic job of drying my car and doing the tire shine. 10/10 quality, I highly recommend Drews Carwash.

So I recently went to drew car wash never having an issue till recently ..  My car tail light lens came off from their drive-thru brushes instantly thought it would be an easy fix but unfortunately, the car coming behind me had then ran over my tail light lens .. Since their camera was not up to date it made it a little difficult for the staff to see what was actually done  ( So I decided to contact Paris and he kept it very professional on step by step what I needed to do ) fill out their damage form and they will contact you which they did about 2-3 days later on how they can handle the damages.They stated that since my car is not a 2014 and up they couldnt cover the damages which I thought was odd .. So they insisted on giving me plenty coupons to cover the cost which I was very much appreciated .

Does a good job getting most of the dirt off at the $10 price point. There is one lower and a couple higher as well as an unlimited washes club type thing. The vacuums and rags complimentary are really nice to have right there as you exit the wash.

Bought the deluxe car wash, which ended up being $10 for some soap stains. No more clean than when I entered.

I went here for the first time today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently this place was run. After paying, a gentleman wiped the front and back of my car (and actually got all of the bugs off since I had gone months without a wash). The vacuums had a lot of power, and the towels were provided to wipe the little water left over after the wash. When I was drying, I noticed that the first employee placed a plastic guard over my back wiper which was appreciated. There was a woman who helped a customer finish drying his car without him even asking, and she seemed super friendly. I went with a basic wash, and the car was sparkling. Next time, I will be joining the Monthly Wash Club. Thank you!

We have a monthly pass and go almost every day and wash our car. we pay about $20 a month and can wash our car up to twice a day if we wanted to. its a great deal, and we get to vacuum the car out and keep her clean. Its great!

Definitely a presence in the area with multiple easy to access car washes in town. Good service and friendly staff at this one. I use their service regularly and didnt have any big issues so far. Occasionally the presoak is subpar, but on other times its more than I payed for.Overall solid performance.

The place is pretty good, 10$ wash is greatI got two complaints though- It is hard to get my truck into a booth to vacuum. Because the property is narrow once you leave the blow dryers, I have to be careful when turning into a vacuum spot. I know you cannot fix this problem since you already laid the concrete but, it is worth noting- The staff has been mediocre to say at best. Everytime I go I see employees sitting around, not paying attention that sometimes the towels need to be replaced for us, and their fowl language is unprofessional. They think we cant hear them but we can. Just be more proactive and professional employees.

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted a leopard print pattern on my truck, but was incredibly discouraged when I saw that putting leopard print patterns on a truck can be a very expensive endeavor. Thankfully, I discovered Drews Car Wash. For just a measly $10, not only do they wash your car, but the spot-free soap leaves a very distinctive leopard print design all over the vehicle - even the windows! What a bargain! I recommend anyone who wants a leopard print on their vehicles make their way to Drews Car Wash.Only giving it 4 stars because my girlfriend says the leopard print looks ridiculous.

This is a good car wash, my car always comes out clean. This last time I ended up locking my keys in my car while I was vacuuming. The manager Angel opened up for me, he did great! I didnt have to call out a locksmith.

This is the first time I’ve ever been let down by Google reviews. Simply put, this establishment does not deliver on the one service it is built upon: cleaning a car.I paid $20 for their “best” wash. My car (hatchback) came out of that wash with untouched, layered dirt all over it’s back, as well as dirt on the very front of the car. It was all dirt I could draw on or wipe away with my fingers. Point being, it was as if the back of my car was skipped during the wash cycle, and the wash just wasn’t aggressive enough for the front portion.It was too quick to “feel” like a decent car wash, and I don’t know what I paid the higher price for ($20 vs $12). My tires were basically untouched and around 65% of my car was actually cleaned.

Best car wash in town. I’ve definitely payed much more at other places only for my car to still be dirty afterwards. I’ll never go anywhere else now.

Nice do it yourself car wash. Okay, you have to sweat for a few minutes but its worth it for the time saved from visiting a full service car wash. Overall, the car came out clean and needed a light drying from the excess water. Using the air hose to blow out the surfaces of the center console and dashboard along with a extremely powerful vacuum, I was ready to go in under 10 minutes.

Service has improved immensely since I posted my review so Im amending it. The staff works incredibly hard to make sure all aspects of the customer experience are top-notch and the car wash is excellent.

I like this car wash. For the money its hard to beat. The automated washer does a good job. And and they provide you with free self-serve vacuums after the wash. And also provide you with cleaning cloths so you can dry your vehicle or wipe the interior down.

It was awful. I had to dry my windows, and the car itself. I visited one in Fort Worth for 5 dollars last week and didnt have to do anything. It washed, rinsed and dried. Never had to get out of my car....will not be back. 😕

Paid for the $10 wash. Car was still dripping wet when I got to the vacuums as they really failed to dry it. When I got home I got a better look...I think they managed to get it about 50% clean, and maybe some of that is because the water droplets dried and made it look dirty again. Defeated the whole purpose. There was also just a layer of dust/dirt on the front and back, and multiple dead bugs left on the front end. But maybe I’m too picky. If I go again I may try one of the more expensive ones to see if it actually cleans my car, because I’ve yet to find a quality car wash place in this town.

I recently visited Drews Car Wash in order to have my car cleaned up prior to returning home to Austin. In a general sense, I do not leave negative reviews for businesses due to one poor experience there; doing so negatively impacts the business for what may have been a one time fault. I do, however, feel compelled to write a poor review for Drews to save others from potentially incurring the same problem I had. After leaving Drews Car Wash there was a very notable tear / scratch in the paint of my car near the bumper. I do not use my car frequently; and I am absolutely sure this scratch was caused by the car wash. I tried to contact Drews regarding this problem and never managed to get through on the phone; I was constantly redirected to a voicemail which was at max capacity; so, I instead decided to return in-person to have the damage inspected and to see if anything could be done about it. I was told that there was no way the damage could have been caused by the car wash; word for word the same excuse stated in older one-star reviews regarding damaged caused by this car wash. I was offered a free $20 wash; however I did not want to go through the car wash that originally caused this damage a second time. No accommodation was offered for the tear in the paint. For this reason; and for the poor experience I had here, I cannot recommend this car wash.

Drew’s has a great car wash, with fair pricing. Their vacuum cleaners will suck anything out of your car, so be aware! Best to have the children strapped down😗. Lots of rrags available for drying, or cleaning the interior. And after 10 washes, you get one free-bingo! Highly recommend

Ive been a monthly pass customer at this location since about a week after it opened, and they keep my car very clean and shiny.If you need a car wash in College Station, Drews is the place to go.Location #1 on University is excellent as well!If you get the premium wash with hot wax, Ive noticed that the equipment at location #1 seems to do a better job with the wax. The hot wax at location #2 seems to get blown around more by the dryers, so the front left side of your car may miss out.

Had a monthly pass for my truck and loved it. Took my girlfriends 2004 Tahoe up to Drews and the attendant snapped off the antenna trying to muscle it off for the young lady standing there. The owner of the wash refused to fix the antenna because the car was too old. I would be fine with it happening in the wash, but snapping it off, handing it through my window and then not fixing it is ridiculous. I canceled my monthly subscription and will not be returning.

Good place to machine wash your car if you want to put your hands on it and save some money. Guys are awesome and prices excellent. They have vacuum for free.

The best thing about them is the quick service and the reasonable price. There are 3 or 4 different kinds of wash that they offer and there are self service vacuum terminals at the end. My car was not cleaned satisfactorily in the first drive through, so they voluntarily offered me one more complimentary wash and I drove off very happy with their service. Will surely return in the future.

They were great, after a trip to the snow and salt covered roads of KS, I wanted to make sure everything got off my car! After seeing the front of my car dodnt get cleaned, there was no hesitation to send me back through and make sure the front got brushed by hand before sending through!!!

DONT USE THEM! I asked the attendant if they wiped down the vehicles inside and out and was told yes. Then after I paid, they said they only do the outside. I tried to get the owner, Drew, to help me with the miscommunication with his staff. He offered me a coupon for another carwash and after three reminders to him I never received it. With no results I gave up. Thats a poor way to treat your customers and I will never recommend your service to anyone. Thanks for nothing. HelenDrew, you replied for me to give your business another chance. Well, you have never sent me the $20 gift certificate that you promised for me to do that. You obviously dont care what people think about your business. I have shared this with all my Brazos County co-workers, family and friends and told them to use Shammy Carwash or Duckys.

I have been to the Texas Ave location several times and loved it. I actually work right across the street and have raved to co workers about how friendly the staff is and how clean my car was afterwards. I went there last Thursday and while paying for the car wash, the cashier guy goes behind my car and tried unscrewing the antenna, breaking it off in the process. I was told a MGR would call us the next day because he was not in the office, not surprising but he never called. I called 2 days later and spoke to the MGR whom informed me that their policy is they are not responsible for any damages to cars older than 2009. He also claims that my antenna was already broken and fell off during the wash. We reminded him that we were told that they have cameras and if he would watch the video- he would see that our antenna was not broken and his employee broke it off. He said he would see what he could do, then Drew calls us back. He claims he watched the video and our antenna was bent up, refused for us to look at it and said their is nothing they will do. So disappointed, not only that they will not offer anything but that they are passing the blame on the customer. I will never go back and make sure my family and friends will not either.

I used to work at a car wash so I understand not every car will be 100% but after two years of going here (because of convenience only) I am just about sick of it. The blowers never get the car more than 50% dry and the guys in the front never put an effort In to prep the car effectively. Just put effort in and it will be a fine car wash

Went for the first time as a surprise to my mom. Got the Deluxe package and overall happy. Love that the vacuums reach the whole car and clothes for getting the spots off are provided.

Its just great! In Houston I pay two dollars less. Here I paid $8 bucks but its a Huge difference. The complimentary vacuum and towels is just perfect. The only bad thing is that I dont live hereGreat place!

I had trouble get one of the washers to work. I told one of the employees and they kindly sent me through the bigger car wash with a more expensive wash. Great customer service.

The first time I went I got the $20 car wash and it was probably the best car wash I have ever received. Today I went for the second time and got the same car wash and was not satisfied at all. I had to wipe my car down again because there were still marks and my tires werent even shined when they were supposed to be. When I was vacuuming, I went to vacuum my trunk and the vacuum hose rubbed against the side of my car and left an awful scratch that I cant get rid of.

Went here and got the 12 dollar wash, did a nice job besides the goin threw the dryer way to fast. Thought the prices were good. Disappointed tho with having some decent scuffs on my front and rear bumper and a scratch on the same side and they were not there before the wash. Nice place, decent price, great vacuums, but the scuffs and scratch wont have me goin back.

I was told this is the place to wash off bugs. And i bought delux. Went throught twice. Person with the bug spray and scrubber didnt do a thing. Same as just $5 drive through at gas stations it turned out..

Drove through a few billion love bugs and Drews has the soft bristle brooms out and ready. No high pressure sales to upgrade, got all the bugs off with the basic wash.
