I have not disappointed. After using Wolf Creek Car Wash multiple times over the last 20 years, I can say without fear, they do a good job, and you get what you pay for.

I went to get my car detailed Wolf Creek Car Wash. I expected it to take sometime and made plans around that.2 hours after I dropped my car off I noticed it was sitting off to the side. I didn’t know if was there because it needed any extra service or whatever. An hour after I first noticed several of the staff were standing behind the desk to watch the Texans game. This was my end point.I asked the manager what the ETA was on my car and why it had been sitting there for an hour. He informed me it was done and didn’t realize it was my car.An hour of my life wasted because he didn’t have the common sense to call out the make and model of my car when it was ready or at least look for the owner after it had been sitting there for a hot minute.I stormed out because I knew I would say something I would regret. The cleaning job as ok at best. Avoid this place like the plague.

Fast and efficient, got an oil change and received an excellent carwash.

I just took the car there and paid for the # 1 The Ultimate package. At home I saw that they did not do a good job. Of course, the car is cleaner than before, but they did not clean properly inside and outside! For $49.99 ($54.99 with tax) I was expecting a better service. Besides that, the cashier and other people are not friendly. I wont be there anymore.

BEWARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE...My wifes car was damaged during washing process, cameras showed the damage, they agreed to pay for it after estimate was provided and small claims was filed.Manager called and said check was ready (for damages) to pickup and upon pickup they had made it out to the body shop that had originally quoted. I explained that I had to have repairs completed by another company due to availability and now the owner is telling me I have to wait until court date and judge makes them change the name on the check!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Wont last long in AGGIELAND!!

BEST OF ALL THEY ASSUMED NO RESPONSIBILITY. WORKER ON VIDEO CLEARLY STOOD ON MY DOOR FRAME. Great Job!!!!!! As you can see by their response below, they clearly assume no responsibility.

Been getting my oil changed here for 15 years. Within the last year, Ive had them change my oil two times. The first time, they got the filter stuck. When I returned for my next oil change, they asked me what business changed my oil last (it was them). This is when they informed me that my oil filter was stuck. I told them they were the last to work on it. They continued with their work and charged me full price. Come to find out when I get home, I still have the same oil filter thats stuck. I am now having issues with my car. Given its an old car with lots of miles, but this just seems irresponsible to me. I have been a loyal customer for years and have regularly recommended this business to friends and acquaintances. I hope this is not a common theme, because I have never had anything but respect for the owner. I have been attempting to reach out with no luck, so Im not sure if they changed hands or what.

Spent plenty of time making sure my dually was perfect! One person was in charge of the whole process. Great wash and experience. Price was very competitive for the hand wash and detail.

WORST CLEANING EVER!!! $54.99 for the interior and they couldnt do some simple vacuuming. I went back to work and did it myself. No one even checks their work after they are done. They just assume its done right but its not. My older truck just got an exterior wash and that recieved a better vacuum for $14.00 than the $54.00 i paid for my other suv. All the manager said was that i had to pay extra.... for vacuuming the vehicle correct the first time??? I fell very taken advantage of and i would not recommend anyone to go there a nice cleaning! I will post pictures of how they left it and then me cleaning it myself... I have a feeling no one knows what they are doing excpet the machines washing the cars and trucks

I took my car to get it detailed and it wasn’t detailed very well. There was dirt still on my car, the tires were not cleaned, the inside was not polished and dust still on the inside of the car, there was streaks on my windows/mirrors. My car was parked in another section of the facility and it was never brought to the front nor was I told my car was ready; about 30 or 40 minutes later I went and asked where my car was, and it was just sitting in a different parking lot. I was not rude, I did not say anything, I do have pictures. I will not go back. 😕 I do not ever spend money to get my car cleaned and the one time I do, it was disappointing. The track broke down and so the cars had to be hand washed which is okay, if the cars actually get cleaned. 🤷‍♀️

I shouldnt have to help detail when I paid for the service. I purchased a $34 dollar wash. I had to walk around the car and point out things they missed. I eventually just asked for a rag and did it myself. Its pretty simple really. Assign someone that is in charge of quality control until yall figure it out. Fortunately, there are several other car washes that do a fantastic job without me having to be the quality control guy.

Very shoddy job was done for a $40 price tag. Interior windshield has areas that were not cleaned and the rest is very streaked which I didnt notice until the evening sun came through. I had to wipe dust from several areas that were missed on the dash. Armoral is heavy in some spots and non-existent in others and a very minimal effort was made to properly vacuum. I have been taking my car there for years and always, prior to the last 2 times my car was beautiful inside and out. I noticed a change in attitude in the guy who takes the order and writes on the window. He used to be so friendly and always made me smile. Makes me wonder what happened. I agree with all other comments about the cashier inside. She also used to be more friendly. This is the second time this has happened and, quite frankly, Im very disappointed and, sadly, wont return.

Car wash was awesome. the price for an oil change was way to high. wont be going back for an oil change. but will be going back for detailing service. my truck does not require full synthetic oil. I told the guy I wanted synthetic blind. which is what it requires. Sorry want be back for an oil change.

I love coming here but everytime I leave it seems like someone is taking my quarters this last time I took pics of my change n when they finished my truck my quarters was all gone but yet I still left the guy a tip this has to stop thats stealing but thanks

This was my 1st time @ Wolf Creek Car Wash. Adrian Salazar took good care of my vehicle today. He did what I thought was impossible. Absolutely spotless, clean & fresh. I have 2 kids so it is hard to keep it looking brand new. Best I have seen my car look since I drove it off the dealer lot. I am so excited I will be requesting him every time I go! Quick and professional. You have to get your oil changed somewhere and it might as well be here, since you get a free car wash as well. They do a great job and dont try to upsell unnecessary things like a lot of quick change places do.

Got the super service without wax today for $130. Took about 2 hours, but its definitely worth it. Feels like an entirely new vehicle!

I just got a new car 3 months ago. Every month I take it there to get it cleaned out and detailed. The first time, they did a great job, so I had no issue. 2nd time, I noticed after I left that I now have 4 places on my car that is peeling the paint off. Since I already left, they couldnt do nothing about it. 3rd time, I now have my passenger floor mat torn apart. I try to report it to the manager before I left and got told theres nothing we can do about it after waiting 2hrs for my car to be finished. I mean the car is immaculately cleaned on the inside, I just keep getting pieces of my car damaged after they do it.

Excellent service, be ready to wait though, a good wash takes time. I wish they had a loyalty program, but I keep coming back anyway. If you are looking for a great wash and detail that won’t break the bank, this is your spot! Also, if you need an oil change I’d give yourself a little extra time and spring for the wash while you’re there.

I went this morning and got the $49.99 detail to the inside in the basic wash for the outside. Ive got to say I am very disappointed for as much money as I spent they did a very poor job on the interior and even a worse job on the exterior. My mother recommended this place is after using it for years and Ive got to say I will never be back again.

They apparently dont have anyone that answers the phone. Ive been trying to call for DAYS and no one answers. I guess they dont need the business.

After going to several different oil change places (take 5, meinke and ford) I have found the best service here. I have been bringing both of my vehicles for the better part of a year now. They have excellent service, friendly staff and they care. I will continue to come here for all of my oil and lube needs. Everyone should really check them out. Staff and managers are awesome.

Got a car wash and an interior detail (the $89 package) and they did an excellent job! Also a good value as the next cheapest place I could find was going to charge $125. I went at 3pm and the wait was not unreasonable, about an hour and half, but they were very busy so no complaints.

The manager of the oil change place talk to his employees like they were trash. It was bad enough that I offered one guy a job. I was not pleased. However, The service the guys did was good.

The oil change service is very good and fast. Just dont count on them doing all the checks they supposedly do. And you get a free car wash! Its their basic, but you can upgrade it if you want. This place helps me keep our cars in decent shape!

It has been years since I used Wolf Creek. But today I took my 2018 f-250 for a quick clean. I was SUPER impressed. The truck looked better than new. Employees are super friendly as well. They just made several new customers.

Cashier lady was so rude to my friend after I told my best friend to go there I said they won’t take care of you we have been going there for many years we highly recommend this place but now I can’t send anyone there the cashier lady was freaking out on my friend today. I’m so sad 😞

They were not detailed, it seemed to be busy and they were more focused on just getting vehicles in and out which caused them to miss alot.

It’s the first sunny Sunday in a while and the car wash limited me to two detailing options. Of course it’s the faster cheaper options because they “don’t have the time to give me the service I needed” as someone who operates a plethora of multimillion dollar projects we never limit our customers options because we are busy. We provide the best service we can and by doing this our customers don’t mind a wait.Lesson to the wise, never take away your best services because you are busy. You have definitely made this weekly customer look for alternative detailing options.

I have been a customer since 2017. My wife has been coming here long before me. I have a Ram 1500 4X4. I have been in maintenance all my life. I never really felt the need to double check the folks servicing my truck, till today. I had the invoice in my hand before any work was done. So I watched. No tire pressure was checked, the receipt says it was, the transmission stick was never pulled, the receipt says it was. So I started checking all my invoices back to 2017. I realized sometimes they would check my front diff, and the next time the receipt would say “not applicable “. I was always under the impression my front axle was still there. They would sometimes check my rear diff, the next time it would say “not applicable “. According to my receipt, my transfer case has never been checked. I am truly disappointed in this because I have been paying in excess of $109.00 each trip for what ? Fresh oil and I would hope a new filter. I just feel I can’t trust them to do what they are being paid to do.One extremely unhappy customer .

Good place to get your oil changed and a car wash. They were very thorough, they check everything from your wiper blades to the air pressure in your tires. They didnt try to sell me any extras that I didnt need. Good knowledgeable techs that knew what they were doing.

Great service! They dont have engine bay cleaning, but Chris helped me with the oil cap that had been ejected and cleaned the oil spill up. He did that for free! I bless him every day for his selfless help. 🤗🤗🤗😀🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

I went on May the 7th, it was not a busy day for them, I got the package #2, the outside seemed fine, very clean, when I got in, and I could see the drops from them spraying the inside of my car, 1st there was still dust everywhere, and 2, I could see where was that they cleaned and where they didnt because of the spray not being wiped away, when I first got there I asked for them to please throw away the bag of trash I had in the floor and they didnt, which didnt bother me much. But I found so many things thrown under the seat that werent there before and it also was not vacuumed.

Why dont you put out signs stating why you are closed. Every one doesnt view your website. Sign says you are open monday thru saturday. nothing about sundays. Maybe you need a new manager. Several people waited today sunday for you to open. Ehat a waste of time

My husband an I both take our cars for synthetic oil changes and a wash with a wax. We are hard on our vehicles and drive on dirt roads. Every 5 months our vehicles go from looking like they belong on a farm, to looking brand new. It may cost a little more, but it is well worth what you pay!

Price is pretty terrible. Roughly $65 for full synthetic oil change and that was before trying to push the more expensive oil first. Car wash looks like it hasnt changed from when the store first opened and the fact that they charge almost $20 for it is a joke. Youre better off getting your oil change somewhere else and going to Drews car wash with the money you saved. The staff were not friendly and talked way to fast. Its obvious that they dont want to be there. Especially the cashier at the register. Would not recommend and will not go back

Great service in the lube station. I knew that my car needed an oil change and a transmission flush and those were the only services that they recommended me. They have all kinds of oil so if you are picky about the oil your car uses you should not worry about they not having it. At the same time, they explain you what they are gonna do and they even show you. Best thing tho, is that in less than 10 minutes you have your oil and your oil filter replaced and ready to do.You get a free car wash with your oil change. Car wash is good and they clean you interior which is nice (is only nice because its free, otherwise I would not pay $18 for it). I did not give 5 stars to this place because the blond lady in the car wash that takes your Oil changes receipts is laking some serious customer service skills.

Today was my first and only visit to this business. As the first visit this was a test run of their service, which was very poor and disappointing. Attendant 1 quickly lost interest when I said no to the packages being offered and lost the smile also. The cashier couldnt be bothered with a good afternoon. Finally the people who dried made a huge show of wiping but the car was still streaked, they didnt wash properly because there was dirt in areas that their drive-thru should have cleaned and the vacuum that was supposed to happen did not pick anything up. The edges of all my windows still show where their wash didnt work and the final step of wiping down was just for show. I get that dog hair is difficult to vacuum but it was obvious they didnt even try.I guess if you dont choose a package you dont receive good service.

Ive used wolf creek several times to get my oil changed and I cant really complain. Some experiences have been great, others just mediocre. The car wash is a real nice extra touch though and as a poor college student Id definitely recommend it!

Ive gotten my oil changed there a few times and twice they found serious issues - totally legit that had nothing to do with them - so I could get it fixed. Everyone there is friendly and explains things in a normal way without being condescending. Definitely recommend them to anybody. Cant rate the car wash, as Ive never used it.

Im not here to share about my carwash experience though Im sure its fine (it has been before). The oil change though... Blake was my tech and was so great and so helpful. Didnt make me get anything crazy. Also he talked to me like I was a human that wanted to know more about cars. He didnt glaze over anything or act like I was a woman and therefore incapable or uninterested in learning more about my car. He picked up that I was curious and really went all out to talk with me about the cars functions, my cars quirks, and what I should consider doing for it and why. So, so great. Five stars. Give that boy (man) a raise!!!

I have been there 3 times . 2 of witch my car has not been washed . I prefer hand washed over the machine due to a new paint job and if they are busy they turn you away . however the one time I did get my car washed it was vary well done .

The people who actually wash cars deserve all the stars for doing a good job. The cashier lady is terrible. She was super rude, she barely addressed me. She was not helpful at all. She said she has 9 years working there, If that is the case I will suggest she gets at least some training in customer service to reflect she actually knows how to treat customers with respect. Anyhow, overall this strikes me as a race bias place as they do not seem to treat the service guys with much respect either. Definitely not coming back.

Lady at counter was extremely rude to me : she became mentally unstable after I asked her the price of a cleaning. Started freaking out and left to smoke while giving me dirty looks .Another person called and she answeredThe phone and was very rude to the person like they were bothering her. Then she practically threw a paper price sheet at a customer when they asked for one.

Well where to start... my car gets serviced regularly, the last time I decided to get my oil change done here and so how does my car ends up RUNNING OUT OF OIL?! So I take it to our very trusty mechanic to see if I have a leak or something is wrong with my car... nope nothing wrong with it.. apparently when I got my oil changed last they didn’t fill it up, really less than 2k miles and my car is out of oil.

I honestly never write reviews on anything, but I feel like I needed to this time.I went and got my car washed for two main reasons; there was a big spot of mud from shoes on my passenger door jam, and there was dirt on my backseat from the wheels of my suitcase that I needed off, so I treated my car to a car wash. The mud on my door jam was still there, and the thick and very visible lines of dirt on my back seat were only half gone. There were also huge puddles of water on my front seats when I got in. The outside was alright, but really could’ve been better for what I paid, but I let it go.Here’s the part that ticks me off though, I had a bunch of change in my door that I realized I had forgotten to take with me when I got out of the car. I was going to go back and get it, but the car was already about to go through the car wash so I thought the best of it and thought it would be fine. More than half of my change was gone when I noticed down the road. It wasn’t just a few pieces of change either, it was at least a few dollars worth and was a visible hunk of change taken out of the door.Needless to say, won’t be returning.

The employees were pleasant and the car exterior looks fine. But the interior left a lot to be desired. If I can figure out how to post pictures of the grime I will. I shook clouds of dust out of my floor mats. In 10 shakes I had it clean. I demonstrated that my spitty finger was more than adequate to remove the normal grime from the steering wheel, map pocket, and console. The drink holders still had grime AND spilled tea! I had to redo it myself. So what was the point in paying them to do it? The manager made excuse after excuse until he finally admitted some crews are better than others. I’ve been using this car wash since they first opened years ago. The last couple of times I had to grab a rag and redo my front interior. Always watch what is going on.

First off the place is too expensive - $47.50 total for an oil change. I didnt know what a fair price was for an oil change at the time, but now I know that is way above average. Although you get a free car wash with an oil change, all car washes arent created equal. The location on Harvey does a really good thorough wash where they clean your dash and all that jazz, but the one at Texas 6 and Rock Prairie only offers the kind of car wash you could get at a gas station (Its literally worth $5). I still had to dry my car off and vacuum it myself. If you want to go to Wolf Creek and get an oil change, go to the one on Harvey, which is less of a rip off.

I stopped going when Jimmy worked at the oil change because he would brag to other neighbors that the oil change workers would break things on your vehicle so they could offer to replace or do side jobs to fix what they break. When he was fired I waited a good year to return on a Sunday. To much disdain I found out the hard way that they are still employing these tactics. I paid for an oil change and they asked if I wanted my gas filter changed as well and I agreed. Not two days after I left I noticed an oil leak, an antifreeze leak, and my truck was only blowing hot air. I took it to a trusty friend to look at it. A bolt high up in the corner of my oil pan had been removed, a hose was cut leaking coolant, and my belt was missing from my a/c compressor pulley. This company has a horrible practice!! DO NOT go here no matter what people tell you, they have not changed. They employ people with bad morals and ethics, they pretty much steal from their customers.

The service wasn’t bad. The ticket writer was not the most pleasant to talk to especially when you are trying to bring customers back. I got the pick any 2 for 89.99 which was 100.00 due to oversize tires which first of all is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard every other car wash in town can run 35s through the tunnel. I had asked for the hand wax and super clean and I recieved the super clean and carpet shampoo. I’m highly displeased especially when you pay money for a service and they don’t do the service you had requested. I’ve been coming here for months due to the location being so close to the house. This is the first time I’ve ever been displeased with them and I’d rather spend my 100.00 somewhere else and do it myself if this is how Its gonna end up. 2 stars because the inside looks great but if there was another category for the outside I’d have to sadly give it a 1.

They always do a great job when I go up there, but the last few times that I have been, one of the managers has been outrageous. He treated everyone there like they idiots, and just yelled and complained the entire time I was there. Great work, but something needs to be done about that manager.Edit for the owners questions.It was the lube center off of Harvey and the manager was Rod, from what I was told when I asked for his name.

Horrific experience. The car wash manager wanted to charge me $95 for a car wash because I had a Thule carrier on top. I have had it on my car for years and never had a problem with any car wash in the last 10 years in New Mexico. I said no thanks, drove through to the oil change shop not realizing it was the same business. They charged a whopping $92 for the oil change and said it came with a free car wash. I told them what the car wash people had said and they insisted it should be no problem. You can guess what happened at the car wash - two managerial sorts ganged up on me, were aggressive and pretty much refused to clean my car until a sweet S. American worker felt sorry for me and quietly came and helped me remove the Thule carrier. It took us one minute literally.... I rotated four knobs and just needed another pair of hands because while it was light in weight, it is ungainly for one person to carry. The cashier lady was equally nasty. NEVER, NEVER again. People with no integrity. Like another customer reviewed, a 1-star is too high for this absolutely awful, dismal business. I would give it a -5 rating!!!! I am surprised they are in business...

My husband and I took both of our vehicles to get detailed and both came our dirty. Doesnt look like they did much to the inside of my car. Had dirty hand prints all over the back of my seat that werent there before. The front passenger seat still had dirt on it. Looks like they skipped it and didnt vacuum it. They recleaned my husbands truck but its still dirty. Dirt on the seats and filthy windows! We both came home and had to finish cleaning our vehicles after paying for it. Will not return!

No wait for an oil change and drove right into a bay. It was super fast and I did not have to get out of my car. Not a bad price with a car wash included and very friendly service. I will be coming back here every time I need an oil change!
