Regrettably I did not purchase my vehicle from College Station Ford, however I was refered to the service department and I have had the best experience!!Bringing with my service tech Kristen, who has done an awesome job at keep me updated on finding and repairs, and continuing with Lucas the service manager who went above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation!! Also an awesome courtesy translation team, the gentleman who drove me was kind and respectful, I enjoyed learning a bit about him and his time in the service. Very professional and friendly attitude and definitely will return for any future needs!
I bring my car home on Friday. My gas had been run out to nearly empty. I drive to get gas, get home, and park it. Monday morning it wont start. I put a charger on it for about 10 minutes and it starts right up. If it sits for about an hour the car is not starting again. It went in starting perfectly. It came out a non- starter. Very frustrating. I reluctantly took it in for air bag recall because I was afraid of my car coming out worse than it went in. Ugh!!#
The service department at College Station Ford was AMAZING! I was 3 hours from home when my check engine light came on. I was worried to get back on the road by myself for another 3 hours to go back home. I called the dealership and they were about to close but Scott told me to bring my vehicle in the following morning. I arrived about 7:20 and they were available to take me back to my hotel. The service department was able to diagnose my vehicle before I had to get back on the road. Scott made it happen! I was able to drive it back home with the light being on. Scott also shared with me that the repair usually takes about 4 days AND I had an extended warranty that covered the repair. This extended warranty also covered a rental for up to 10 days (which my hometown dealership did not follow through with...thats another story. But eventually Ford made it right). I would definitely recommend College Station Ford. Customer service is the best! If I was in the market for a new Ford I would definitely travel 3 hours to buy from them.
The work completed looks great, but I was initially told the body work would only take 6-8 weeks. It took over 4 months.
Had to have my truck towed in due to an electrical issue. Service was prompt and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way and ensured I was well informed of other issues they found. Would recommend to anyone needing service.
The ac went out on my truck. It was the sensor inside so it took about 20 minutes of driving for the ac to stop blowing. When they had trouble diagnosing the issue, they called and asked for a detailed description of what made it malfunction. They then took it on a longer than normal test drive which showed them the issue. They immediately ordered the part and got the work done quickly. I was in a nice loaner while they had it. I’m very happy with the service department!
Larry & the Quick Lane Ford crew were awesome!! Very friendly. They all seemed to enjoy their work therefore making the whole work environment better. I had my F350 serviced for an oil change & rotation of the tires. I used to be a service tech doing oil changes, rotations, brakes, etc. so I have high expectations for people working on my vehicle. They exceeded my expectations!!! I am not from College Station, just visiting friends, but would highly recommend their service & would definitely have them work on my vehicle again if ever back in the area.Thanks Larry for a Great experience!👍
BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT do business with College Station Ford dealership. Eric Davenport, the salesperson, assured me that each vehicle they sell is put through a rigorous multi-point inspection and are in tip top condition. Needless to say, the truck I was sold is anything but that. There has been a constant shaking and when I inquired about it, Eric indicated that it was the tires and the road and I should not be concerned about it. After I did my own research, the shaking is attributed to a faulty tack bar that could lead to a loss of steering control. After further research, this vehicle has a safety recall of the drag link. I reached out to both Eric and the sales manager Michael Bean and both have been anything but helpful. They have said there is nothing they can do about it. It blows my mind that a reputable dealership like this would knowingly sell a vehicle that has a major safety issue that can cause major damage and possibly a tragedy on the roadways

An update to the continuous issues I’ve experienced one week into purchasing the truck… the truck is in dire need of an alignment. Took it to a mechanic shop for the alignment, the mechanic informed my that he is unable to align the truck because of the welds. Now the power steering is making a hissing noise and is leaking fluid. Purchasing this truck is regrettably the most expensive mistake I have made. And the lack of response from the dealership to make this right is even more upsetting
They replaced my side mirror. Victoria was very helpful and stayed in touch with me every step of the way, letting me know what part needed to be ordered and when it arrived and the soonest available appointment. She even allowed me to utilize an empty office so that I could continue working while they installed the mirror. The service was fast and the customer service superb.
We were on vacation and driving thru Bryan/College Station when our instrument panel indicated a brake problem. We immediately drove to College Station Ford service department. Eric came out to meet us and immediately put us in line for diagnostics to be performed. He kept us informed of what was going on and when they determined it was the ABS, he told us of the problem and the cost to fix. We agreed and Eric and the service team took care of our issue. We were in and out within an appropriate amount of time. EVERYONE at College Station Ford were extremely friendly and Eric was very helpful!! Thanks for employing the BEST!
I brought my car in to address some recalls. I had to leave my car overnight and the shuttle service was extremely useful. I also found it especially helpful that the associates walked me to the next person I needed to see instead of simply giving directions. This practice is a wonderful extra bit of care for their customers!
Kenneth was a very patient and polite tech. Did everything he could and then some after I lost my only key to my truck. Had me reprogrammed and back on the road! I would highly recommend these guys at College Station Ford! They definitely made me feel like family!
I was very impressed and happy with their work at the Quick Lane. They changed fluids, new tires, and general tuneup. I love dealing with the people. So friendly, so concerned for my cost and comfort. Generally speaking they are always looking out for the customers.
Went in for a recall repair. Was informed of recommended 100K service and cause/solution of reported vibration noise. Part had to be ordered, did not arrive on time. Service department ended up having our car for 3 days. Had to call on 3rd day to remind him about finding the part. Work was completed quickly after part was located. Was not impressed with service representative’s efforts to locate and obtain needed part or his communication. As my wife works out of town, this is unacceptable.

College Station Ford/Lincoln handled the recall repairs on my Lincoln MKX very efficiently and professionally. I was very pleased.
Service advisor failed to follow up with me with repair updates as he promised; I had to contact the dealership to find the latest status of my vehicle. Other than that, the advisor maintained a positive attitude throughout my experience.
My truck is under warranty so it must go to Ford for the repair. Every Ford repair center would not repair my truck in less than 5 weeks.No Ford repair center in Houston would give me a loaner car. The repair center in CS (the original vendor) offered a loaner car a week after I returned to Houston that could only be picked up in CS. According to the warranty, Ford would give $30 per day for 5 days covering transportation while the vehicle is in their shop. Ford refused to reimburse those travel costs. They did offer to cover my return uber trip (about $80), which they havent paid yet. The CS repair center took a week longer than they said (2.5 weeks total, not terrible). Customer support was generally misleading. I got my car back with flat tires because it sat in their parking lot too long. I looked at the parts list, and realized they replaced most of the engine. Got to give credit where it is due.

I am happy with the customer service that I received. The only negative thing I have to say is the amount of time it took to get my vehicle taken care of was longer than expected.
Getting involved in an accident was unfortunate but we were really lucky to send our car to this body shop and had Victoria Crawford working on our case. She was very responsible, professional, and responsive. She was also a kind person and made the stressful process much easier for us. Robert and Ashley were nice and helpful too. Robert even drove down to check our car when we encountered an issue. In summary, the staff there were good at their job and did far beyond. Most importantly, the repair work was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this auto body shop!!
I went in to get my brake switch replaced and a factory recall completed. I had estimates from 4 other places (including the dealership in Houston that sold me the car) ranging from $75 (DIY) to $200 (dealership) for the switch - recall was obviously no cost to me. Four days and $400 later I wont recommend them and Id warn any women to stay away from their service dept. They will rip you off.
The service guy knew my cars problem by just the sound my car was making. I thought it was major damage and assured me that it was minor issue. So instead of $1000 or more my repair ended up being less than $100. Great place 2nd time Ive had a car repaired by them and will continue to use them.
First time working with the service department and the advisor stayed over while he (and everyone else) were supposed to be on lunch. He fixed my problem without a complaint and I only found out he did this by asking why it was so quiet. I am very impressed so far as I was nervous coming over from the amazing service at Toyota.
They worked well with my insurance in completing a fuel tank repair. Would of been done faster, but insurance always slows things down.

Ford body shop is the best!! I hit a foot stool on the highway that fell off the back of a truck!! The parts for the repair were on back order and were not coming in any time soon. After a month of my insurance paying for my rent car, I needed to turn it in. Ford payed for my rent car another week so they could repair my car. I am not sure where the parts came from, but my car was fixed!! Victoria in the office was so helpful. She worked very hard and I appreciated her dedication!!
Repaired door locks, did a great job, but I received the truck back with damage to the console. Im giving 5 stars for this review because I brought it to their attention and they fixed it immediately. Great service.

The man that did a ride along with me for assessment was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I believe his name was JD or JP, my apologies for not catching his name correctly. And the sweet man that gave me a ride back home was such a pleasure. And I regret I did not ask him his name.

This place is unprofessional and lies to you. I was told my vehicle needed a list of “preferred maintenance”, light bulbs changed and a front end alignment. When I got to the dealership the lady who was over my account wouldn’t talk to me or check me out. She said to another employee “you need to deal with this one”. When I got my paperwork the tech said the front end alignment was good. After I got home I noticed that the bulbs I was told were bad and replaced were no different that before. I’m beyond disappointed and now I’m willing to drive out of town for maintenance or to buy another vehicle.

I had my initial oil change completed here while on a trip. The people were personable and prompt. I was frustrated that the traditional car wash and vacuum was not included with this service. Otherwise, I had no negative comments.
Took my truck for a repair, it was finished when they told me it would my car looking brand new and all washed from the outside as well . Went home happy and satisfied ready to get back to work . The people there are professional as well. Totally recommend!!
We had our MKZ in for recall notices, just as told up front in purchasing our vehicle, a loaner was provided and work was done promptly. My car was washed and ready to go the next day. This is a great dealership, we always use it and will always come back and purchase from our salesman Simba.
Bothersome intermittent warning messages, while otherwise everything seemed to be running fine. Understandably it was difficult for them to track down (better them than me) 😂 But its all good now!

Had an appointment but didn’t get truck pulled in to work on until 35 minutes after the appointment, and they didn’t even top off my fluids. Very expensive oil change!
Asked for full synthetic oil, didn’t get what I asked for. After I got oil change, notice that they didn’t give me the sticker for my window for the next oil change, not a big deal but as everyone should know it’s the little things that matter and lead up to bigger mistakes.

I like the service, but it seems like every time I come in for an oil change/ the works they try to get more money out of you. Your coolant needs flushing, your transmission fluid need flushing, your brake fluid needs flushing, your batteries are leaking, you need to replace your battery terminal on 2017 F350 diesel. I have a 2003 7.3 diesel that I have never flushed any of that stuff and it still runs fine. It is 17 years old and still has all the original battery terminals. I have drained the fluids myself and replaced them for a lot cheaper than they want flush something for. Good friendly service though.
I received a RECALL letter and scheduled a Service visit to address the issues. It took 3 days to complete, but Im satisfied with the results.
I went in because my car was making a noise and was unsure the issue. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me while also being extremely accommodating and professional. They cleaned the steering wheel and handles and when they were done which is very appreciated during the pandemic. High quail it’s repair would recommend for all ford vehicles.

I refuse to buy my cars anywhere else because I know no one around has the knowledgeable quality work that College Station Ford has. They really care about their customers and always make dropping my car off easy as possible not to mention they never try and do repairs I don’t need or want. The price is always reasonable. I bought a new truck from a different Ford dealership (out of town) and within a week was having issues. I went here for the repair because its closer to home- fortunately the repair was covered by warranty, however a rental was not covered. The dealership I purchased the truck from was not willing to pay for the rental, however this dealership offered to pay for it simply because (in their words) it was the right thing to do. Im forever a customer now because they truly seem to care about providing a positive experience. Thanks College Station Ford!
The repair of my 2010 F-250 4x4 King Ranch was handled by Beth Bulher. The work and constant updates and status were excellent. She is a fine person and great asset to CS Ford.110% effort keep Repair’s on time and quality finish. Joe Chavez completed additional service I requested and keep them within the original time frame. I had the front end repaired after an accident at College Station Ford body shop. They did an excellent job on the repair and got it back to looking nice. From the body repair guys to Beth Buhler they all did awesome! Beth made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left! I would strongly recommend them!!
Labor was very expensive (over 3x more than the parts) but the problem was solved & truck returned within 3 days.

He knew what I was looking for, and had the answers to all my questions, with most of the answers. He worked with both my daughter and myself, being Im sorry in Irving an shes in College Station. It makes me not to have to worry about her safety (just a little bit).

Theyre even faster than they think they are. I was told it would be 2 hours before they even touched my car, but 40 minutes in, I watched them pulling it in to get started. I needed to get on the road asap, and they had me ready in just over an hour total. Considering how busy they were that day, thats more than impressive!
