Whitt and Ron are the nicest landlords we have ever dealt with. When we had an issue, they were super easy to get in contact with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend renting from them and their prices for rentals are super reasonable!

I will recommend renting with Regency time and time again. Ron and Whitt were great -- always easy to get a hold of via text or email and flexible when I needed to move out early. Rent prices were more than fair for the size of the property, the location, and the fenced in backyard. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and without a lot of hassle. Not having to adhere to strict pet restrictions or pay monthly pet rent prices on top of the standard pet deposit (like some other rental agencies in town), was an added bonus.

Our son rented a beautiful duplex with a great yard and dogs aloud. He and his roommates had a wonderful experience. Owners are very kind and professional. They answer calls promptly and repaired (only one needed) quickly. Highly recommend.

Never had any problems as a renter but if you try to get in contact with the landlords its going to be nearly impossible. The phone number doesnt work and I have only been able to make contact if i physically show up in person to the office. this wouldnt be a big deal but they are never there during there hours of opperation.

Generally not had much issue as a renter. Landlord generally dishonest about renewing property -- stated it would be sold, then leased to another customer. Requires lease renewals for July to be signed 4 months in advance or will lease to another customer. Properties we saw were in good shape.

Great Apartment, quick on maintenance requests, and loved the backyard for my dog!

This dude named Whitt showed me a place and didn’t even have it cleaned out before hand. Piles of trash in bedrooms. Trash outside, toilet was never cleaned. I’m hocked this guy would show a property like this.

Lived in my duplex for 4 going on 5 years havent really ever had a problem with management.
