The property staff is amazing and really care about the residents. Its a quiet and small location right near west campus. The price is a little higher than Id like, but my 1 bedroom apartment is plenty big for me and my dog. We play inside and she also loves the dog park! The wifi is amazing and Ive never had problems with it. Overall, if youre looking to live alone and stay near campus, I would recommend living here!

It is a quiet friendly place. I have always felt safe there. I love how quickly I can get help and how I can walk to the office and get any help or answers (no matter how redundant or rhetorical). Moving to a huge university during Covid was stressful but I never had to worry about any stress about my apartment. They made everything so simple. Even the roommate match was truly helpful. The apartment is just what any college student or employee would want (and it very close to campus and right next the bus stops). The apartment itself are nice and cleaned right before you get there. There is so much storage and closet room that you could keep your pots, pans and snacks in your closet if you felt like it. The only thing you could ever miss is a vent bathroom or garbage disposal.

This is my second year living here and I love it! I live in a one bedroom with TWO closets and plenty of space. The maintenance crew is friendly and so quick!! As in, I will put in a maintenance request and it will often be filled within the hour! I’ve been living off campus for the past several years in “nice” apartments and came in contact with so many issues... rats, terrible management, drafty apartments, unmaintained amenities... but I can honestly say this is NOT the case at Stadium View. It’s a small community with a friendly staff and nice apartments that easily feel like home. In fact, when I had the coronavirus, the staff dropped off masks, gloves, and asked to send me meals since I couldn’t get out— this was especially appreciated considering I had to go through it away from my home and family.I cannot stress enough how great of a complex this is !!!!

Dwell Stadium View Apartments is a wonderful place to reside if, like me, youre currently attending Texas A&M. The location is one bus stop away from campus and a mile away from the university gym, which makes mornings convenient. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and you can rent out furniture if youd like. For me, however, the reason why Ill continue to stay in Stadium View is the people. The office is welcoming and quick to respond to any emails, and I feel quite safe and comfortable among my fellow residents. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out this housing.

I have stayed here for 2 yrs while pursuing my Masters degree, and am moving out since I am graduating. I have had a very pleasant experience staying here, and I am glad I chose this place. It is a quiet place, which allowed me to get all of my work done from home. There is a nice dog park within the apartment complex, which is a really convenient way to relax. There is also a pool, and for me, the pool deck made for a great place to read books. The apartment complex is well within walking distance of the campus, and a 10 min walk will get you to the Rec Center from here. The maintenance crew has always been prompt, and I have never really had to wait more than a day or two for them to fix stuff. The management has changed twice since I moved here, and I have interacted with three different managers, and all of them have been very accommodating. The current management team seems especially proactive and considerate. The only negative which I found is the proximity to the railway tracks. The trains can cause the traffic to come to a halt, which gets problematic if you running late for a class. The rent is on the higher end, but I feel that it is quite reasonable considering what they have to offer. If you have a car and are looking for a quiet place, I would definitely recommend checking out this place!

Stadium view used to be very nice for me. Now it’s a fight to get anything fixed. I have been waiting for management to get me a new washer and dryer for about 7 months now. So it’s hard to know what time of the day i am able to use the washer.

The location is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and the maintenance is responsive and easy to access. I have stayed there for one year, half with the former management team and another half with the new management team. This apartment company is NOT military friendly. They refused to prorate my rent despite doing so in the past. They violated the Service Member’s Civil Relief Act and refused to cooperate when confronted. They claim to be resort-style living but in reality are just old buildings with a new coat of paint and various outdated appliances. The management office is incapable of communicating with their tenants in a timely manner and always answer any question with let me email my manager and Ill get back to you but never actually get back to you. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The staff are friendly and eager to help UNTIL you move in. Once you’ve signed the lease, they could care less about you or any questions/comments/concerns you have. Not to mention, I wasn’t even put in the apartment I was told I was moving into. I drove 7 hours here thinking I was getting a hardwood floor apartment, only to be told once I arrived that they didn’t have one available at the time and that I would just have to accept one with carpet. They RARELY EVER answer calls or emails. If you go to speak with them in person while living here, the staff is RUDE. They act like you’re bothering them and they don’t have the time. Also, I understand being a student, but the residents and future residents should come first when you’re at work; Not homework or your phone. Yes, they’ve upgraded apartments to make them nicer, but the maintenance crew is not polite either. They came to fix some things and left a HUGE MESS for me to clean up after them. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The only nice thing about this place is the pool and the washer & dryer. This place is horrible. I’m definitely NOT renewing my lease.I would NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

The staff were very accommodating to my situation as an international student. I wasnt able to make it to College Station prior to the start of my program to see the unit, so instead they did virtual tour with me—a great way to be introduced not only to the unit itself but also to the property in general. They gladly answered all of my questions; I was especially appreciative of the contact information for a company that will be able to furnish the interior of my unit for a fair price. Overall I feel very confident that I made a good choice with Stadium View and I am certainly looking forward to my stay there.

Ive lived at Stadium View for over a year by myself while in college. The units were newly renovated right before I moved it so everything is updated nicely and basic. The complex is small compared to others in town which is nice because maintenance responds really quickly to work orders. Also, the complex is very quiet even on the weekends and the office staff is always very kind and helpful. My main concerns when apartment hunting were safety and washer/dryers in the unit so I was very glad to find Stadium View met both of those. They extra perks I love are being able to walk to Kyle Field and the hammock by the pool.

I lived here for 1 year during college. The model apartment seemed ok and the office staff was polite. When I moved in, the apartment had filthy windows and was dirty. Shortly after I moved in, I had flea bites. The apartment had to be exterminated. The air conditioning thermostat had to be changed because my a/c was constantly broken. The sink and tub drains would not drain. They would send the handyman but it just would happen repeatedly. I tolerated the problems just trying to stay fair with the apartment management and get through the contract. At the end of the school year, I was thrilled to be finished and leave this awful lease. I decided to write this review because of they pulled the last straw. They charged me $185 upon move out. -clean bedroom $10, clean oven $30, clean bathroom $60, carpet spot damage $85-They would not negotiate after all the problems during the year! I did not owe anything!! Stadium View reported the $185 charge to the credit bureau. After two years I finally cleared my credit history of this debt. I was not able to get a credit card after graduation and other financial opportunities were affected. The office staff was nasty and threatening. This was a horrible event and I am now writing this to try and help other students to not get into this situation. Rent an apartment anywhere in College Station EXCEPT at Stadium View.

DO NOT COME TO VISIT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE ON A GAME DAY!!! This complex has a policy of having cars towed until MIDNIGHT on game days even when the game was at 11:00 am. They will tow you out of an empty visitor parking lot hours after a game is over and it will cost you $300 and hours of time to get your car back. In fairness to the complex, they send a notice that you must BUY a visitor pass to park in visitor parking on game day. While I do not agree with this policy of having to BUY visitor passes, I can see the logic of having to have a pass for parking during the game. Additionally, I can see the logic to towing DURING the game. I DO NOT see any valid reason to tow a visitor, hours after a game is over. How is a parent supposed to drop in for an afternoon visit, a friend come to study, etc...? A towing policy like this is a SCAM, only done to line someones pockets when enforced in this manner. I had held this complex in high regard. The fact that they enforce a policy like this is a real disappointment.

DO NOT live here. Do NOT renew. This place is the absolute worst in regards to care and knowledge of their building. It wasn’t one specific event that happened that caused this review, it’s a build up of many instances that prove my points. The internet is trash, does not work. Is extremely weak. The workers and the “manager” do not know how to help you even though they PROMISED internet, they can’t help! They’re clueless. The water bill is WAY too high and is not based on your individual water usage, it’s collective. The office could care less about the smell and their residents using marijuana. They didn’t even bother returning my calls regarding my complaints and they didn’t bother finding the source and reporting it. They are allowing basically people to smoke and not do anything about it. This is illegal in Texas. ALL the employees don’t know anything and can’t help you gather any information. Any question I’ve asked about average cost, outside workers, or reasons for certain rules has never gotten an answer. And The phones, I’ve never once had a phone call answered. It just rings during their business hours. These workers are getting paid to sit on their butts and DO THEIR HOMEWORK. Not even anything related to the apartment. They can’t answer questions about anything nor help you with any of your problems. The appliances are cheap and don’t work well. The walls are thin and anyone smoking around you or cooking food is immedietly smelt in your apartment. The amenities are weak, the pool is dirty. This apartment just sucks your money with no reason why. They make you pay 5$ for the trash every month even though the dumpster is far from the apartment. This year with the outside work that they’ve hired, none of the workers have been able to answer questions of what day and around what time they will come into your apartment without you being present. I quote “we don’t know, we were just given this paper and distributed it to the residents doors”. USELESS. These people are allowing intruders into our apartment (for the benefit of your apartment I will say) but without giving you any clarification or feeling of safety and again no knowledge is present. The customer service is terrible. They make your guests pay for guest parking on game days. Meaning I couldn’t have family or friends over those days or each car would pay $10. Again sucking your money. I will say, the apartment gives you square footage for the price you pay which is good and it’s a fairly quiet place to live. They are pet friendly and the only rule they care to uphold is picking up after your pets. Also the place is really close to school.

Howdy!! I began my apartment hunting back in late March knowing I was going to transfer to A&M from Dallas in the fall. From talking to people, I understood that apartments in College Station sell out really quick, so the sooner you sign a lease, the better. So, I found a list of apartment complexes that fit my budget and my personal needs/wants. I went ahead and made appointments at all 5 of the complexes I had found, and spent all day on Saturday visiting each one. From the very beginning, I loved the look of Stadium View. I loved the floor plan, the amenities, everything. However, it was slightly out of my budget, but I took a chance on it anyway. I sent email to the email address provided on the website, and within an 30 minutes I already received a call from Nick. He sounded just as excited for me as I was for myself! I knew then that the customer service at Stadium View was exemplary. About a week after that phone call, I was in College Station starting my long day of appointments. Let me tell you, it started ugly. I drove up to complex that was wildly unkept, and when I walked in the agent had no idea who I was or that I even had an appointment. She didnt even tell me her name until I was already out the door. This same kind of experience is the same treatment I had the next 3 complexes. No one knew who I was, why I was coming in, what floor plan I was interested in, or even bothered to tell me their name until I asked. By that point, I felt frustrated and defeated. I pull into Stadium View, dreading it because of how under impressed I was with the last four complexes. Well, I walk in and said, Hi, I have an appointment at 12:45. To which he responds with, Hey Victoria! Im Nick. Im excited youre here. Lets go take a look at the Hullabaloo. Yall, he knew my name, the floor plan I wanted, introduced himself, and made me feel WELCOME!!!! After the day I had, it was such a breath of fresh air. He gave me snacks, water, showed me the model. He allowed me to wander the complex on my own before sitting down and talking the details with me. We sat near the pool as we discussed pricing, and as if it couldnt get any better, there was a deal going on that put the monthly rent exactly where I wanted to stay at. Now, dont think I decided to sign the lease because of the price, I would have paid the regular price in a heartbeat. It just definitely reassured me that Stadium View was were I was supposed to be. I chose Stadium View because of the clear dedication to their residents that the staff has. From the minute I step foot in that door, I felt taken care of. I definitely would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking to lease in College Station. The price is affordable, the location is amazing, and the staff genuinely cares. I am so excited to start this next chapter of my life while living here. So, shout out to Nick for being friendly, charismatic, patient, and knowledgable. You are incredible!!!
