It has comes to my attention that my name is still be used at this business as if I still work there. I have not worked here in over two months and yet the owner has seen fit to continue to use my name or place blame on me for situations that do not concern me.

Run and dont look back.

I love R D Wood but just went up to high on insurance this year.

I have tried to file a claim for some damage done to my house by a contractor that this company had set up a policy for. It was over 3 months ago and they still will not admit that they are liable. Ron Wood now is constantly avoiding my phone calls and not returning my messages. If you are looking for a good agency to help protect you then look past this one. I am now going after the contractor and will let them battle it out.

Terrible service

We are a business client and we just learned a policy was cancelled. No notice or heads up from our agent. They also have not returned a call or email since May 2021.
