Horrible customer service. They NEVER return calls . They have an excuse for everything they do wrong and feel its appropriate to have an attitude with the customer, when they are caught being untruthful or misinforming their customers.I will be going to the insurance commissioner and the BBB on this office for their unethical and unprofessional behavior.

Been for many many years and suddenly my rate are going up! They cant explain and been straight forwad. Beacon is useless! Been told that the beacon will lower the insurance. Never jad an accident nor speeding ticket but insurance gradually going up! Watch out theyre pretty sneaky! If i were find a back up insurance.
