Just when I thought customer service was a lost art, I meet Mr. Ricky Gilley!Five Stars do not effectively describe the service I received. Mr. Gilley made sure from start to finish that I received what I contacted him for and more, while saving me money in the process, about $400 per year. Whoo Whoo! He explained each component, including terminology of the policy to ensure that I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing, he ensured that I received the best rate, and has kept an open line of communication in the event any questions should arise.
