Today was my first time trying chase nails.Inviting & Clean environment I felt safe during these times! Julie did my mani / pedi & she did an amazing job, satisfied customer I will definitely be back in another two weeks .

I visit this shop every now and again and every time I go back, I wonder why I stay away so long. My feet felt brand new when I was done and I was grateful.

I wanted gel nails and the gentleman at the front said yes i can do your nails. He handed me some colors and then proceeded to tell me that he has to drill down the polish then soak the nails. Then i decided on a color 2 sec later he said they dont have that color, choose from this palate. I asked if he could find me something close to the other one i choose. I told him my nails were thin and i didnt want to much drilling. So he said ok, good bye !and asked me to leave. Macho guy. Really. Disappointed. Men should avoid to be in this service industry dealing with women. If you dont understand your market find a new job.

I visited for the first time today and did my gel manicure, deluxe spa pedicure, and waxed my eyebrows with Nina. She was knowledgeable and very nice. We didnt speak much to each other because she was so focused on making sure she was doing a good job. Im very meticulous about my nails and my hair and my teeth, so overall she did a great job. 2 of my nails didnt turn out smooth but its okay. The ambience of the place was big and inviting. The pedicure chairs are very uncomfortable, for me. They need pillows. I would go back to see Nina again because she is very focused when she works and I like that. I hope this review helps. I spent $70 For a gel manicure, deluxe pedi, and eyebrow wax.**UPDATE** 5/12/18...Just saw Nina at Chase Nails and I left a very HAPPY customer! This is my 4th time coming here and she always deliver great service😊

I wish there was a zero star botton, they did not take the previous nails out properly then she was rushing and then the nails start falling off efter a few days I’m in so much pain. I will never go back or recommend them to anybody that I know.SMH.......

I dont get manicures often and this was my first time going to this nail salon. I walked in without an appointment and they seated me immediately. I got a Gel manicure and i would say it was done fairly quickly. The manicurist did a very good job. Ill definitely go back.

My nail tech was Angel and she was so great. My experience was very pleasant from being greeted at the front door to drying my nails. I went in for a mani & pedi. Very spacious and clean atmosphere, friendly. Angel was very gentle and timely. She didn’t rush or abuse my grown out cuticles. I called an hour ahead of time to make an appointment. It was not very busy when I arrived around 2pm during the week. Though I wouldnt mind waiting. Prices extremely reasonable. Next time I need to pamper myself Im coming back.

I recently moved to Coconut Creek and visited Chase Nails. Cindy did an excellent pedicure and focused on my ingrown nails as requested. Julie did my dip full set, she was quick and did great making them look thin and natural. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for cleanliness, attention to detail, and efficient service!

Angel did an amazing job on my nails, I’m extremely impressed with the outcome. She took her time, while offering me pleasant conversation! She is now my new nail tech moving forward, Chase Nails is blessed to have such a talented nail tech.

Although they got me in right away, my pedicure wasnt good and the technical didnt change the towel as she took the dead skin off my heels she put my foot back down on the same towel and she didnt put a harding coat on my nails

They never take there time, always in a rush for the next customer..they never follow the steps that was taught in Nail Tech Class... everyone has there own Rythm...the state needs to make sure there doing what they supposed to do...like sterilizing the tools before using it on another customer spraying it doesnt work using the same scrubber on Tom, Dick and Harry dont work.... People get Fungus from places like this. ..I did never had Fungus in my Life until going to places like this and when you ask them whats that on your feet everyone start speaking a language I never heard in my life.... I dont think they know what they saying themselves.

Ive been going here on and off for about 2 years now. It seems like theyve switched over to different management and employees very often. With the constant change theres been a major decrease in care. Every time Ive had a pedicure done it is always rushed and not done properly. On several occasions Ive gone home with excess skin and nails not clipped properly. I recently had my eyebrows waxed and I clearly stated several times before that I only wanted them cleaned up and not arched. Well... I left very happy and with partial eyebrow missing. The lady that did them was saying they were like that before and I clearly knew that wasnt true. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Ill go somewhere else and spend that extra for proper care.

I went there because my original nail place was booked for the day, and I really wanted to get my nails done ( now I see why they have so much availability) I usually get overlays over my real nails. The lady did my nails on Saturday and by Monday the acrylic started chipping off along with the polish, I’ve NEVER had this happened before, and I was over charged for it! didn’t go back and asked them to fix it, due to my busy schedule. It was a lesson learned and I’m never going back there ever again,... now it’s only day 4 and the acrylics are just chipping off like cheap nail polish 😣

I came in today referred by a person I met at the mall, I loved her nails so much! She referred me to see Don, he was so professional and best of all really listened to what exactly I wanted. I got two Fungus from this place!!!!! I go somewhere else all the time and I went to this particular place one day because I was in the neighborhood (July) I saw my nail lifting two weeks later. I took the polish off!!! I had a huge fungus on each big toe. The right one was much smaller the left toe was huge! I had to get the whole nail removed!!

Hello All,Only if there was a 1/2 of star........Firstly I would like to say that I went here two times and out of the two times service was not worth paying for. My nail tech was very rude, burnt my cuticles and damaged my natural nails. The polish should have been gel, but I am sure it look and felt like regular nail polish just the top coat is gel.Secondly my son used their toilet and because of their poor plumbing causing the normal flush not to go down, my son was given instructions by a nail tech to uses his hands to clean out toilet paper from toilet bowl. My husband got involved we took our son to doctor hoping he does not get any sickness from the toilet bowl. Their stands are very low and nasty. I not saying every nail shop employees are like them. I see them putting fabric softer on the so called spa towels for pedicure and then in the steamer.Lastly the owner or manager seems to be nice once it comes to paying for the crappy service his techs provides.....yes its a service I am paying for. I told him he would not see me again. There are too many nail salons providing way better service. I’m beyond upset with this place. I was sitting for about 1hour waiting around for someone to do my nails the first guy inserted my nails into acetona left and I was waiting around for about 20 min. until I asked someone who would take care of me next since this guy left so another girl move me to another chair and told me to keep my nail inside the acetona after 30min I started to remove the acrylic myself with a towel and people after me was getting their nails done first so after waiting for about 1:30 I got up and left and the owner still charged me $10 I don’t know for what but I guess for use her chair and acetona for 1:30 hour. What get me upset about places like this is that they get all the people that walk in even if they don’t have enough employees to assist everyone.Don’t recommend this place at all.

Sunday April 22 was my first time going to this nail salon with my mother. I was greeted, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I asked for a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and lip wax ; which was done well. I noticed after I left my eyebrows were burning, and the next day I had scabs. I called the owner to express my concerns, and received no sympathy. I went back in to the salon when the condition of my eyebrows worsen, and was treated rudely, and extremely unprofessional! I would NEVER do business with them in the future.

I like this place, clean modern nice guys, I love the people there BUT MY FAVORITE GUY IS ANDY!! We have so much fun together, and he does A GREAT JOB. ASK FoR him you wont be disappointed

Cons:Your nails will look old in two days.Over priced for the service.Pros:Customer service is ok.Not busy as usual nail salons.In conclusion, this is a good salon if you need something last minute and have the money to spend. I would recommend Julie, nice lady. But everyone else is a no for me. I don’t believe i will be returning to this nail salon.

First time in 20 yrs that my own nail ripped of because of there negligence. They never took off the original acrylic glue before they dipped my nails. Worst experience ever!!

I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them zero. They are rude and they don’t know how to do nails. I don’t understand why they are still open!! I got my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday they looked horrible. On Monday I only had 4 nails with polish on them, I used gel nail polish. They started lifting and peeling. Every time I told the guy what I wanted he didn’t do it! When I went back to get a refund they told me No and said they’ll do it over again, I said No thank you I just want my money and the lady told me No we don’t do refunds and they have nothing like that on their walk or receipts.

Such a horrible job! I spend two hours doing a dip in fill that completely ruin my day ! The guy who did my nails I’m sure is not license yet and probably have done 2 people before me! Ruin the shape of the nails, all nails are uneven, the power is all bumper and all mess up ! Please do not go to this place ever!

I took my best friend there for a pedicure her tech was mr. T he was very RUDE VERY ROUGH worst pedicure ever he didnt massage her legs or put lotion on them pinched her while cutting her cuticles . He was in such a hurry didnt put 2 coats of polish or a clear coat. He doesnt belong in the business.

Do not go to this place to get your nails done. I read the bad reviews and still took my chances and I absolutely regret it. The guy doing my nails was extremely rough and almost broke my finger with how hard he was bending it. He burnt my skin multiple times with the machine and my nails are uneven and crooked. Save yourself the pain and trouble and take your business elsewhere.Update: one week after getting my nails done from this salon the gel polish is coming off. I don’t even think they use gel polish just the top coat is gel

If your going to get acrylics, request any of the girls because the guy is very rude, he almost broke my fingers, he puts them on crooked, right when i got home one of them broke while i was doing nothing, he burnt my cuticles, and it was just a very painful experience overall. other than that’s it’s a nice place.

I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon no one absolutely no one was busy everyone was on their phones and as soon as i walked in i was asked what i wanted. I asked a for a pedicure and they kept talking to each other when one man told one lady i guess so start me up and she signaled another woman and that woman signaled her back then the lady that had to do my pedicure seemed angry. After that she asked me what color? I told her a few times French gel then she hurried to say is 45 like ok it can be 100 and i said is ok is ok then she went on to tell one of the otyet men to tell me again as if though i didnt understand her and he came over and said you want gel because its 45 ok like i can afford 45 and then some. So rude so unprofessional. If they dont want to work then why do they even show up plain and simple. I would not recommend this place at all. They seem completely bothered like wth youre here to work and i acquire your services and im here to spend my money.

I was there on Saturday and your nail tech gave me a bad infection on my toe. She was cutting an ingrown and was very rough causing me to bleed on both sides of my left big toe and now I have a bad infection. Terrible experience

This place is an absolute joke! I got my nails filled on a Saturday. By Monday, one was broken, another one was chipped, and another one was cracked. When I went back to the salon, Don told me they would not fix it and did not seem to care about the poor quality of work. This place will never get another dime from me. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing.

If you have kids don’t bring them with you. When you bring your kids you are ignored and when they finally say something to you it’s, “do you have somewhere to put the kids?” I will never go back there again! Terrible place!!!!!

I have put a lot a thought into whether or not I should write this review and I have decided to because Id hate for someone else to have an experience similar to mines. I have been to this salon several times for different services. Their pedicures have always been great because they use a gel scrub & then hot towels before applying polish. There used to be a woman who worked there and did eye brows but it would appear she has quit. The last time I visited, I asked for nails & eye brows- then owner said sure and seated me with a tech. Midway through my nails, someone walked in and asked for eye brows and the owner told her to come back the following day. I was concerned because I was told both services would be available for me ( and I needed to make sure I looked my nest for an interview the following morning) so I asked him if the eye brown tech is gone for the day. He winked and said maybe with a creepy smile.... the gentleman who did my nails took me to the eyebrow room and said he would be the one to them and the original eyebrow tech had quit. He also mentioned it had been years since he last did eyebrows. Major red flags in my head as I did not want to be his project. I would have declined, but then I noticed the owner was speaking to a mentally challenged woman (and by speaking I mean mocking). I was absolutely disgusted by his behavior. The tech assured me he knew what he was doing. The wax was barely warm and my eyebrows looked the same once he was completed and when I asked why he hadnt use tweezers or the small scizzors to trim the top, his english suddenly prohibited him from communicating. I still paid full price because I was too scared to speak with the owner after seeing how he mocked the challenged woman. This was my absolute worse experience in a salon. This location is convenient but I refuse to support a company that treats people the way they do. I advise you do the same.

I went in for a pedicure and was also planning on doing a full set of nexgen. I paid additionally for an exfoliating styled pedicure. It was rushed through as well as the tech did not seem like he knew what he was doing, or what went with what honestly. It was slow when i went in. The good parts were the leg massage that was decently done, but when it got to my feet he missed spots on my feet that were left rough, and basically rubbed my foot up and down really fast with no massage what so ever on my feet. When another person sat next to me, my pedicure was getting rushed more because he had others to attend to. He forgot the lotion that was supposed to go on my legs before the exfoliation, as well as cut my toes when I asked for them to be filed because they had already been cut very short and did not need to be cut. I was really disappointed. I didnt trust them to not rush through the nexgen so I told them i did not want to do nexgen and just pay for my pedicure in which the gentleman got an attitude and asked me why when someone was ready. I didnt feel that comfortable saying that the pedicure was not a good one and rushed. I would not go back here. The place is under new management but it does need to be touched up on the inside, it looks very plain and dull. :( sad experience.

Last 3 times had issues. Burnt cuticles, no ac and charged me for something i didnt ask for even after I told her that is not what I asked for . Bye bye

These people are horrible. The nail tech Terri (looks like a caucasian female, only one who works there) who did my full set the first day was very light on the acrylic, i gave the benefit of the doubt that they would last til my fill...... BAD CHOICE! Within 2 days my pinky nail broke clean off where its glued, i walk in to have it fix and they charged me, i say nothing. Then another 2 days later my middle finger nail breaks (from pulling a chair on wheels closer to me at work) so im here today and they say its my fault... so they want to charge me again!!!!! Then they tell Nail Tech Terri to fix it and she says i need to come back in 30/45 minute.... so long story short I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!! Customer Service is BEYOND HORRIBLE! #STAYAWAY

This was the WORST experience I have ever had!!! They started doing my nails and the nail polish was old and they kept adding something to it so my nails were looking awful. I told them to take it off because it was terrible, they said I had to pay anyways. Then they closed the door and had someone yelling at me to pay, so I called 911. Police involved said they could never keep me against my will. It was TERRIBLE!!!!! The worst experience I have ever had.
