Got my nails completed here wasnt happy with the end product and they dont even care whether you like it or not they just want to move on to the next customer not a very satisfied customer my toes were beautiful but my fingers were not.I even told her when she started my finger that I dont like how its looking and she kept saying its not finished yet well after the finished product I still did not like it and she just got up went to her next customer did not even ask how do I feel

The reason I gave it 2 stars is because I always go to that place and get my nails done either with Leyna or Sally (previously) but since im travelling in 2 days i booked an apointment with rose and my experience with her wasnt pleasant atall.She was in such a hurry and rushing to finish my nails from the start. Most of my acrylic nails are crooked and the streaks of the nail polish arent smooth you can see the coats and thickness. She also didnt clean around the nails properly and whileShe was filing she cut 2 of my cuticles. As soon as her next apointment came she started preparing her things and left me on the drying UV light which i didnt get the chance to tell her whats wrong.My whole experience was rushed and i have no time to go back to get them fixed even tho i paid $58 for full set and 2 jewelsDont think it was worth it

The place is beautiful and everyone was super nice! The reason I gave it three stars was because I got the blue pedicure which is one of their most expensive pedicures and I just feel like it wasn’t worth what I paid. There wasn’t much massaging honestly and dead skin left behind which could have been removed with the callus remover easily. One foots nails were also cut way shorter than the other so they look a little uneven as you can see in the photo. Overall the pedicure was just ok nothing amazing that would make me want to come back again and again as expected

My husband surprised me with the signature bleu pedicure for both him and I. We were quickly seated and had a really great experience however we were in and out within 35 minutes despite the deluxe pedicure being advertised as 60 minutes. Upon leaving an average review, the manager Kevin, immediately reached out and provided great customer service. I will definitely be going back. The place was extremely clean, the employees were nice, and they obviously value their customers.

I LOVE BLEU!!!! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I will never go anywhere else. I have tried a few other places but I always always come back here. All the techs are fantastic but I see Leyna and she is an absolute angel. Not only is she meticulous with my nails (they come out perfect every singe time) her pedicures are magical and I always leave relaxed and happy. They are very clean, have so many colors to choose from in both gel and dip (I get dip) and it is so relaxing it is like visiting a resort. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Also a shout out to Kevin for always getting me in with Leyna, even at the last minute. Thank you Bleu, you guys are the absolute BEST!!!

This place is a rip off. They charged my daughter 73.00 for a manicure and pedicure. When she told them she wanted tips on her nails they told her she should have told them sooner and they didn’t have time to do it. The nails turned out horribly. Poor quality workmanship and nasty attitudes.

Got a dip powder set with leyna and she is amazing! She even did my eye brows my nails are now grown out almost a month and no breakage! She takes her time and makes sure its perfect! Cant wait for my next appointment!

JT is very rude with customers. She will give you a bad service. You cant even complain to her in a nice way. No matter how nice you are, she will be fresh and be mad for no reasons. She treats customers like you were nothing. She has attitude and talk to customers with arrogance. This is the worst nail tech I never had because of her mean attitude. She needs to know customers can be happy or unhappy of her performance and we are the one who keeps the business running.

Originally, my sister and I would get our nails done by the nail technicians of “Spring Nails” located in Coral Springs. Then this establishment got new owners and renamed it “Wiles Spa and Nails.” The technicians at this establishment were very good as well. But when they sold it to an establishment called “Bliss Nails”, I was upset with their technicians services and was out on a search for a new nail place.That is when I found Bleu Nail Spas. I came to this place for the first time a few months ago and my technician was Myle. I came in just for a regular manicure but she ended up convincing me to get a gel manicure instead. It was my first time ever getting gel, so I was excited and nervous at the same time. I honestly shouldn’t have been nervous at all because the polish lasted on my nails (no chip/fade) for about 3 and a 1/2 weeks!My sister ended up getting acrylics that day and her technician was Anglela. My sisters comment was that out of all the nail technicians she has ever gone to for acrylics, Anglela was the best. So if you want the best acrylics experience, book with Anglela!Our most recent visit, my sister and I initially were booked for a basic pedicure appointment. Since I booked with Myle, she once again talked me into upgrading to a exfoliating pedicure and with an addition of paraffin wax! Lol. My sister got the same treatment as I did (with nail technician Sally) so she wouldn’t feel left out from the pleasure I was experiencing.Overall, this place is clean, has good technicians, offer refreshments, and provide good service to their clients. I would highly recommend this place to others to try out if you’re in the neighborhood.

I came here for the first time and without appointment. I have contacted them before arrived, manager asked me to stop by that they will accommodate me. They did, I honestly don’t remember the staffs name, but two of them helped me to expedited my waiting time without appointment. One of them told me that she is waiting for her a client that already has an appointment. Which I completely understood she started to buff the surface nail. Then once the other one was done with her client she helped me finishing with my pedi and deep nails. They offered me a glass of wine, which I needed so bad at that moment. Chairs are comfy, soft music, clean place and staffs are friendly. Be ready is a little bit expensive, well worthy though. I believe that we deserve it. Thank you so much for all of the help. I am coming back....

Wonderful salon, highly recommend! In addition to being very clean, they have safety protocols in place for COVID which made me feel comfortable. Leyna is the best! Kate is the BEST! I have shopped around several different nail salons in SoFL for years, and the quality of her work comes second to none. The salon is clean, relaxing, and uncompromising with safety procedures due to COVID. A visit here has been and will always be enjoyable and relaxing. I have been a nail biter all my life and tried every trick in the book. Then one day I stumbled upon Bleu Nails, and they are simply the best nail places I’ve been to. They are really a family. Everyone is friendly and make sure you are satisfied before leaving. Personally I do the nex gen/dip, but everyone is super talented there. My nails always look wonderful!

Not good quality I got a gel manicure not even a week ago and the nail polish is cracking. Very disappointed to pay 30 dollars and my nails not even last a week. The polish was also not applied well since I can see my nail through blue polish.

I went to Bleu Nail salon for a pedicure as I recently moved and needed one desperately. I arrived to a clean well lit beautiful salon! All of the staff is friendly and maintain a very clean place. I observed them cleaning and going above and beyond to sanitize the salon after each customer. I decided to return 2 days later to see Rose again and have my nails done. She did such an INCREDIBLE job!!!! My nails have seriously never been so perfectly shaped or done in any other salon.

Leyna is amazing! She takes her time on every single nail and makes sure you are happy when you leave. She’s so kind if you need a beautiful set of nails I recommend Leyna!

This place is really doing its best to provide a great service in safe, clean, and relaxing atmosphere during COVID. It has plastic dividers at pedi stations and acrylic at the tables. Spas safety procedure is better than in some medical offices. I got a nice looking pedicure there in timely manner. Thank you Rose and Bleu Nail Spas. Definitely will come again.

Be aware*** I came for eyebrows and lashes.. Kate did my eyebrows then further to place my false lashes. My eyes where BURNING AT FIRST CRYING UNCONTROLLABLY AND BLOODSHOT RED I HAD TO TAKE THEM OFF IMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT HOME BECAUSE I KNEW SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT. As I removed my eyes where in pain bad.. I went to sleep in pain and I still have NAIL GLUE stuck in my real eyelashes.. I just looked in the mirror this morning my eyes are still bloodshot red but 10 times worse and in pain all because KATE did not use the right product to put false lashes.. I never experienced this before.. She used NAIL GLUE ON MY EYELASHES..If you do not know how to do a service say that.. Will return for a full refund..

I keep giving Bleu chances after chances and ive absolutely had enough. Im NEVER going back! I paid for a pedi and the lady who did my toe cut my toe nail out ouch! I had to buy antibiotic ointment so that my toe wouldnt get infected. I get regular manicures and lately my nails are so damaged, I requested that my nail tech do not use the electric nail drill on my nails and she still did below is the result of my nails after.

I always get my nails done with Rose. She does an amazing job and really takes her time. I usually have a hard time deciding what to do and she will help me pick colors. Whenever she is running late I get a phone call in advance which I really appreciate. I only get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and they really last. This store is always super clean and they have many precautions in place for COVID. Last time I went I took my 12 year old daughter to get a pedicure and dip nails for the first time. She bites her nails so I didnt think they would be able to make them look nice. Myle did her nails and did an amazing job. They were perfect for a 12 year old. Not too thick or chunky looking, they were perfect and lasted 3 weeks! Love love love Bleu nails and I will not go anywhere else!

I just finished my second visit at this spa and I can confidently say that my search is over! I have finally found my go-to place! The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. There is a great array of services provided. Ive gotten the nexgen dip manicure & exfoliating pedicure and I am 110% satisfied with the outcome. Myle (tech) is extremely sweet, nice, and makes the experience even more relaxing and pleasant. The salon goes above and beyond with the COVID safety guidelines, which is one of the many reasons I will continue to go there. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time with excellent spa services in the South Florida area.

I will never go back to this nail shop feel like that treated me bad due to the color of my skin . She blamed everything on me as it was my fault my toe polish was messed up! Automatically was rude and defensive with me. I used to love this place but never going back!!!

Had a appt for 9/16 literally 3 days later nails are lifting. I had acrylic nails with gel polish and toe polish change. The polish on my toes were chipping away as well. Now today makes 9/23 a week later and a whole nail fully popped off. Never again, waste of my money. This shouldn’t be happening with fresh new nails.

Sat down at 1:10My exfoliating pedicure was done in 25 minutes the person who sat down after me was still gettting a massage. I’m still peeling off excess wax. Not worth the price or service. Go somewhere else to expensive didn’t even offer a drink $39 for a pedi and eyebrows ridiculous but I’d give a good tip I hate being that person but never again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I’ve gone to this salon for months now. This is the first salon that I can honestly say is the best I’ve gone to. The atmosphere is relaxing and the salon is always clean. I get my nails done once every three weeks by Myle and she does an AMAZING job. I’ve never had a complaint. She is sweet and funny and a perfectionist, which is good for me. She takes her time to make sure my nails come out perfect every time. Everyone here is so welcoming and polite. Making appointments is easy online. Absolutely no complaints.

Bleu is the best! I was regularly coming for a few months up until covid in March. Finally went back in last weekend and it is just as relaxing and professional as ever, and with extremely impressive covid precautions in place. I see the fabulous Leyna and get her combo pedicure with her incredible massage and Next gen dip on my nails. She is an absolute perfectionist with my nails and always takes her time to make sure they look awesome every time I leave. She convinced me to try an ombre this last time and they are absolutely gorgeous! I always leave happy and feeling like a superstar.

It was clean and beautiful before Covid-19 and after Covid, amazingly, it has been taken up to a whole new level with beautiful plexiglass partitions at the front desk and at each individual private mani and pedi station. As you are greeted by Kevin at the front desk, who meticulously ensures your seamless experience, your temperature is taken upon entry and your hands are sanitized and a health questionnaire form is filled out for your safety. The mani chairs are very comfortable and the spa-pedi massage-chairs are fabulous! I work alot and have very little time for myself. So, I am very particular when and where I spend my free time. The Bleu Nail Spa is a perfect fit for relaxation, professionalism and getting the perfect mani pedi done in an on-time fashion. I highly recommend this spa if you are particular about a clean sanitary environment, like to keep on schedule, and be able to relax in peaceful surroundings while being provided exceptional services.

Had the WORSE experience today. I have been going here for years! Never had a problem. Have had this issues twice in a row now. I had a problem with my nail breaking off from the tip with the man that sits at Station 10. He is the one who fixed it. That was my mistake. Keep in mind I have been doing my nails since I was 16 and have NEVER had this happen. I got my nails done Thursday 9/5 by Friday 9/6 when I was on vacation two nails broke the same way but this time it basically took my whole top of my nail off and was bleeding all day and was in pain because my nails are thin. I get back today from vacation and ask them to soak off and get a simple manicure and charge me $21 and then call back because I was so upset and try to offer a $5 credit no I should have gotten a courtesy soak off and a free manicure. Its your fault my nails broke so bad. THE ONLY PERSON THAT I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND HERE IS ANGELA AND THE MAN WHO SITS AT STATION 5 for a fullset (Only two people I trust there)

Lynn is amazing with nails and Angela gives a great pedicure! Leanne is also magical with eyebrows and Kevin up front is very sweet and wants to always accommodate. My 4th and last time here. I have been getting my nails done for 28 years and I have never had them look so bad. I even left thinking it was just me but 11 people commented on them and went back a few hours later and was told “they look perfect”. They kinda Just buffed them (I had the dip) and put a gloss over them. They look horrible and it’s embarrassing to be a grown adult with nails that look like a 2 year old did them. I just spent $42 and to go back a few hours later and show them and they can’t fix them?! I wish I could leave a comment with no star.

Moved to Boca Raton in January and have had a very hard time finding a good nail salon UNTIL today! Jerry did my pedicure and fill-in with French polish. He did a great job on both. Im relieved to have found my nail salon!Reasonable on pricing and the salon is nice and clean.

Had a terrible experience with one of the nail techs. She did a terrible job with my nails. After my experience, i found out she had been fired. The owner, Kevin, was really understanding and willing to redo my nails free of charge. Very understanding people.
