I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost a year now and I love it! I was recommended to Tiffany for my nails and she is truly the best, always with the most amazing designs, on my first visit I did my toes with Mai and she is just an amazing professional, I have a lot of skin on my toes and sometimes that leads to ingrown nails, she always removes everything and make the pain go away! Never tried anyone else but those 2 girls are always my go to. Thank you Tiffany and Mai

Another amazing appointment that did not disappoint! The most natural dip nails I have ever seen or received myself. I just show a pic of what I want and that is exactly what I got :) my appointment included the soak off plus tips and then dip with design on every nail in under an hour. Do not feel rushed or ignored!What a pleasure! I finally found a nail salon and I will never go anywhere else! Also got a pedicure from them last week and this is not gel polish!! Using photos to research the different work of nail technicians, I came across Picasso Nails and saw the pics with names of the techs and great reviews so I called around 9ish am on a Tuesday to ask if she had any availability. She was booked thru the next two days.Sidebar…I have really brittle nails so I was interested in getting the powder dip. Went to only three place and each was different. Two places I had to ask them to redo them. I held up a picture and ask can you make my nails look like this, mind you I wasn’t asking for anything other than for them to look as natural as possible, and needless to say that’s not what I got. The third place, the dip didn’t last 24 hrs 🤬 so I was not going to get discouraged! The search must go on!And that is what I told the gentleman that answered the phone at Picasso nails. He empathize with me and he told me there is another technician that does the same work, just bring in the pic and we can do it, nice and smooth, very natural looking. There was an opening at noon so that was perfect. I was told it takes approx 45 mins. I was done by 12:40 and still have time on my lunch break! I actually jumped for joy when I saw my nails. I am absolutely going back and can’t wait to grow my nails out with someone that actually delivered the service they offered!! Amazing!! My search is over!! Thank you !!

Every nail tech I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable. Tiffany especially works with speed and precision, which is perfect for someone who has a busy schedule and is always on the go. I made my appointment the day before, received a courtesy call ten minutes prior, and was promptly directed to the sink to wash my hands and sat at my station as soon as I walked in. Before I visited Picasso nails, I read the reviews, and I saw that they had very good ones, so I decided to try them, and I had gone a few times already before today. Front Desk is usually very nice, accomodating, and the nail techs too, they also practice good safety measures and properly sterilize all equipment and tools. I Brought my friend for the first time today to have her nails done. I requested a certain nail tech not do her nails, since my experience with her was not great, and I had to return the same week to have my nails redone. Turns out the manager or front desk decided to have that nail tech do my friends nails anyway, since they were busy. Meanwhile, I am sitting in the back doing a pedicure, I contact the front desk on my cell to ask for a different nail tech for my friend, and the front desk receptionist hangs up on me mid sentence. Once done with my manicure, upon my exit I spoke to the the manager who seemed to care nothing about my concerns. Great way to run customers away. He was very rude and did not allow me to explain why it was the last time I was going to their salon. He didnt want to hear what I had to say, and there were several ladies sitting up front waiting to get their manicures or pedicures done, they listened to the entire conversation. While Picasso nails may have good reviews and quite a few customers, they should treat all customers with the same respect. To this manager or owner, it didnt matter to him if he lost one new customer and one repeating customer, it is always important to remember that its the customers that make the business and its referrals that also bring in the money. I hope no other customer has ever experienced or will experience what I went through today.

Love this place! Just moved into the area and have tried a few places, Picasso is by far the best with their staff, atmosphere and hospitality. So clean and pretty inside, they offer something to drink- water/glass of wine to enjoy, and everyone is so nice. Henry and David were perfectionist and took their time with everything. Great nail salon, I didnt actually get my nails done but my lady and her girl did. They were very professional and took care of them, the girls loved the dipped and powdered nails all in all the pricing was very reasonable too and to see the lady with a smile on her face is priceless!

Bebe was able to take me at 11am on a Saturday as a walk in and absolutely transformed my ugly thin nails into long beautiful dipped full set. They don’t look lifted and all nails and perfectly uniformed. She also gave me my first pedicure in over 18 months! She was gentle and took extra care when it came to cleanliness and those too look flawless! I will definitely be coming back here for all my fills and pedicures and specifically coming back to see the lovely BeBe!

I wanted to do a design on my nails based on their Instagram post. I asked my nail technician to see if she could do the design I wanted. she said confidently that she could do that exactly. While I was doing the dip for my nails she accidentally dropped the glue on my feet, which was fine because everyone can have accidents. But after that she left my nails, really thick, uneven before I could notice she went on to do the design and once I saw it was horrible. It looked like a five year old painted my nails and charged me 20$ for design. I was very upset and hate my nails I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Even though she knew I was not happy she insisted I Venmo her tip. I would have appreciated the truth and just done a solid color if she was honest with from the beginning. I feel ripped off and will never go back.

Piccasso nails and spa is the place to be. They are very kind, professional, and they meet whatever needs you may have. I have been doing my nails with Tracy for almost a year, and I’ve never once been disappointed with the results. The staff their is phenomenal and the ambiance is wonderful. Love this place! Im from NY and Ive had the same nail tech for 5 years. When I came down here in October I experienced not one but 3 horrible experiences in nail salons from Lake worth to FT Lauderdale. Picasso nails saved the day and fixed me all up. The salon is so clean and beautiful. Staff is super friendly, Travis had me the moment he answered the phone. So polite and seemed to genuinely care that I felt helpless lol. Jade was thorough and catered to my picky NY needs. This may seem a little dramatic for something so small as getting your nails done but as I told my husband it is a big deal! Men dont switch up barbers unless they absolutely have to, same thing. I brought my mother for a long needed mani pedi about a week later and once again, they didnt disappoint. Id like to give a special shout-out to Terry for always killing it when it comes to doing my wifes nails! This is the ONLY place that my wife will go to to get her nails done and she comes here just about every two to three weeks or so. Because of the service Terry provides my wife she always leaves her with the biggest smile on her face and tells me how she always has a blast getting her nails done by Terry. Cant thank the salon enough for the service that they provide they even go above and beyond to give you a call the day before your appointment to confirm if you live anywhere in the West Boca area or Boca area and including Coconut Creek this is the place to go!

First time here and this is definitely my new spot! Came with my husband and brother and all 3 of us were taken to the back and worked on very quickly. Mimi was so nice and kind making and staff made sure my son was comfortable as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! You won’t be disappointed. I am very cautious when leaving negative reviews. I patronized this business on 3 separate occasions for gel pedicures and all 3 times my experience was not the greatest. All three times the nail technicians cut me and unfortunately I didn’t realize until I after I got home taking a shower or while wearing closed toed shoes. The ambiance is nice but if I’m paying $40+ for a gel pedicure I expect the tech to be aware of how to properly clean the feet without cutting me. Salons like this are more about quantity rather than quality. The work is rushed. Today I realized that I still have polish from my previous pedicure that you can see from the image. I really wanted to give this place an opportunity, but I guess it’s time I look for another salon.

I found Picasso Nails during COVID and I stayed with them not only because of the excellent service, but because they continue to remain firm with their safety protocols. Great manis and pedis, clean and safe place and excellent service all around. The techs are also super talented and will paint whatever design you want on your nails.

This salon was amazing! They offer you wine or water when you sit down, take your temperature when you walk in, and are on time with appointments. I’m visiting from Michigan and needed all my acrylic soaked off my toes and redone and a lot of places don’t do that but an amazing woman here named Jade did my toes and she killed it! They look amazing and she gave the best pedicure! I would definitely come back

Came here for a regular manicure and they did a terrible job painting my nails, I know regular polish tends to chip very easily but do you see that top coating??? Very poorly executed job... Came back two days later hoping that they could make it up to me somehow but ended up charging me extra 25 dollars just for a gel color (no manicure). Now my nails look pretty but ended up spending +$45 PLUS tips for a simple manicure. Mixed feelings about this place

Although this place is clean and well kept, I did not have the best experience. My nails were done poorly and I am pretty sure I was overcharged. I even tipped the young lady $10. I was just happy to get a much needed pampering. The sad part is all I asked for is dip powder on my natural nails. When done properly this usually last a good amount of time for me. Well, 1 wk and 2 days in and 2 nails broke. 1 nail completely broke off which is hard to do usually with dip powder. I personally think it may have been out of date. I went back to have them fixed at least my nail that ripped off. I waited 30 mins for a man to tell me its been a week and a half so Ill have to pay to have them fixed. He says the computer doesnt lie about when I was there and so forth. #1 I didnt deny when I was there last. I had the receipt in hand. I just wanted my nail fixed. So I asked how much? He says oh like $3. I said ok thats fine. Well, they have a sign posted saying they dont accept cards for services under $15. I said nevermind because I didnt have cash on me and left. Waste of time.. Nice enterior. Poor customer service. I wont be back.

I find it hard to find a place that can do Nex-Gen (dip powder color) very thin & natural without it cracking; BEBE did an amazing job!! She was very polite, meticulous, gentle! I even added on a toes polish change to match my nails and I didn’t feel rushed by the staff. Also manager (Travis) at desk was very welcoming & wrapped my nails while I waited for bebe to finish her appointment. If you are particular about your nex-gen, I would definitely call and make an appt with Bebe! 💕

This is now the second time i’ve had multiple nails in the set break within a few days of getting them done. I had 5 nails in this set completely break in the middle and the owner claimed there was nothing wrong on their part and i should’ve been more careful. Do not go here!!!

I don’t even know where to begin but to put it simply, it’s my favorite salon. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with NexGen and acrylics. The service is great, the salon is clean and calm, and the pricing is reasonable. It’s a really nice atmosphere because it’s not bustling and the employees aren’t rushing to do your nails. The staff are also super nice and they give good recommendations on colors, looks, etc..I would highly recommend Danny and John. I got my first set of dip nails done by John some time ago and they were amazing, plus today I got an acrylic + gel set done by Danny.

I go to Terry for my Dip nails. He is very professional and listens to all of my requests perfectly. I have been going to Terry for about three years now and my nails are always done with time and focus.For my pedicures, I go to either Holly or Mai. They are so amazing! They are so detailed with their pedicures, they are friendly and make the pedicure experience comfortable and great. I definitely look forward to getting my nails done with my favorite nail techs.

This salon is awesome! A lot of my favorite techs transferred here from Classy Nail Spa so I tried them out. They are handling COVID exceptionally!! No one gets in without a mask, temperature check and initial hand wash. They sanitize well after a client is done. Tiffany did my nails tonight and she was super detailed and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I recommend this salon!

The staff here is great but let me tell you about my girl Phi!! She only does Dip but she is amazing. Just moved to the area and I am super picky. This salon made me feel safe and Invited. The covid rules are in place in a huge way! The pedicure was one of the best I have had in years get the Picasso’s spa with paraffin. It’s Insane but the place is great but that’s not the reason why I will be coming back every 3 weeks: the reason the technician Mai. Both experiences (hands and feet) were Incredible but the main reason is the fact that I showed her my nail examples I used to get done in Tokyo, Los Angeles and nyc and she killed it. No hesitation gave me exactly what I’m used to and wanted!! Highly recommended so happy to find my new mail place

I am a retired Nail Technician of 34 yrs, after experiencing a chain of bad services in many salons around in the area I decided to try this salon and fell in love with the staff, owners and its wonderful atmosphere. As I am sure everyone that works there is great but my tech is Hiep and she is wonderful, warm, funny and all and all nice lady. She also gives the best pedicures.

We got to Picasso Nail Spa early before our appointment on a Wednesday evening and waited in the car. They intuitively called and asked if we would like to come in early. The service was great. Extremely clean. The inside of the nail salon was beautiful. Felt like I got my moneys worth and loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

This was my first time coming to this salon. The salon itself was clean, although I did notice a technician sitting at her table (no clients during my whole visit) repeatedly pull her mask down to sneeze and wipe her nose and not once did she wash her hands. Your experience definitely depends on your tech. While doing my nails, my tech kept looking in her drawer at her phone and was texting. This was also the first time I have ever had a tech only apply 1 coat of polish. The color was somewhat transparent, but didn’t look horrible. As a licensed cosmetologist, I do however know it is standard to apply 2 coats of color. Overall my nails looked ok when done, but it has been 5 days since having my full set done and some of my nails are already starting to lift at the back.I most likely will not return not because of the salon itself, as I’m sure they may have some good nail technicians, but because I do not know any of the nail techs that I can request besides Tiffany who did my nails that day and I don’t want to have another service with her or with the nail technician who continued to sneeze and wipe her nose with bare hands.

The nail tech Tiffany was extremely aggressive with doing my nail after I kindly asked her to correct a mistaken color she picked out twice... left bruises on my nails.

From walking through the door to the end of my visit, I had an amazing experience. I did both my nails and toes, and both came out phenomenal. I will definitely be recommending/returning here. Tracy was my nail tech and she had such an amazing personality also the rest of the staff were very pleasant.

First time there and I loved it. I went for a pedicure and acrylic manicure. I talked to Ava about what I was looking for and she suggested the dip powder instead which turned amazing. Both Ava and Tri were awesome. I highly recommend this place.

I love this nail salon so much and that says a lot because I am VERY picky about where I go to get my nails done. I love Tracy! She does an amazing job. Super reasonable, clean, and friendly. I always feel welcome when I walk in and I know Im in the best hands!
