PROS- Nice looking place..twins were very nice to everyone...little girls price very reasonable....wait time short.Cons- Starts a job and goes back in fourth to clients and answers the phone while doing the pedicure..not big deal but cleanliness is. Acrylic is not the best and both times either it was to thick are to thin..each time always losing a nail are 2 a few days after. I think the couple take on to many clients and end up rushing..maybe I need to go on a less busy day are when they open when there energetic.

My daughter and I both got pedicures from the twins! We love them! They were quick, very gentle, and entertaining. The vibe of this place was very relaxing and I noticed that these people actually interact with their clients. Everyone, including staff and customers seemed happy. The wait was very short. Prices were really fair. We will return!

They had a trainee do my nails which was fine, I get he has to learn. But they did not look clean when they were done. The other guy had to tell him what to do the entire time. And he ended up coming to help “fix” them. I asked if there was any way he could give me a discount because of the trainee and he said no. You can tell that the person was not experienced. They didn’t give me a discount. I wouldn’t go here. Getting your nails done aren’t cheap and you want them to look professional and nice when you leave. I didn’t get that when I left.

Worst nail salon ever! Came and got my nails done for an engagement before leaving out of state. I got my nails done on a Thursday and 4 of my nails came off the next day. I called today to let the owner know what had happened. He started yelling over the phone at my mom and I. After explaining to him that I am out of state and hoping when I come back if I could get some type of refund on my nails since they didn’t even last one whole day and I paid $45. He said it was “not his problem” and he hung up the phone. VERY unprofessional, definitely would not recommend to anyone in the Fresno location. If I could give a zero star I would.

They are cash only so I pulled out what I was told to pay them before I got there and of course tip money. But when I got there I got told a different price so I just had to stick with my toes. Great work but they should be honest about prices its bad enough I have to pull money out.

There was a lady getting her pedicure and became upset with the man because they would not service her with a mani but they accepted me. As I sat to get my mani, it appeared okay until the lady started working on my nails. She was so rude and rough (working angrily). I did tell her to slow down cause she was hurting me. The man proceeded by stating I should get medically checked if I am that sensitive and was asked to leave. That was the worst customer service ever received.

Rude, toe nails too long told me to go home and do whatever I want.

When I went here, the staff was really welcoming and really nice. I had Hoi do my nails and my friend has Mary. The staff are super delicate and aren’t rough at all, and full sets are only 35$ WHAT A STEAL! But overall, it was an amazing experience here.

Very sweet staff! Went in with my sister to get a pedicure and full set, wait time was reasonable (around 15-20 minutes). Pedicure was done correctly, the young man I had got had really taken his time and wasn’t rough. My sister had the full set, showed them a picture of what she wanted and they came out beautiful! They matched the colors spot on! Reasonable pricing.

I have been going here for 5 or 6 years now. If you are debating on wether you should try it out or not you should ! The family who works there are very nice and will take Take care of your nail needs. I’ve gotten full sets, manicures, pedicures, and fills and I have been satisfied will all of them. The pricing is the best you’ll find around and it’s quality work and service. They take the time to remember customers names and always try to fit you in and never send anyone away. My favorite service I would say is the pedicures, the scrubbing and massaging is my favorite, they use a great smelling scrub and they care enough to take the time to properly clean the nail bed which is great ! It’s very bright and open and it’s become a happy place for me You won’t regret it :)

Theyr ok..the ladies do a better job. I know its a tiring job...isay this becus i went to get polish change and 1 nail fixed..it was towards end of the day..aftr 4:30pm...this guy did my nails. I noticed he was tired n bit unpleasant. One of my nails was stuck to skin..itoldm..he jus pulled nail back...pulling skin too!!😬 I jus sayin maybe go there early?? When sum peopl arent maybe tired?

First time here and it was the best experience ever. My sister was fussy and they painted her nails for free, and even made her a ballon dog. My nails came out beautifully and my mom got a fill, they also did a great job on her. Shaping was beautiful. They were very nice and we waited for over 30 minutes. But they mentioned it’s only because of the holiday coming up. Walk ins and appointments are accepted. Best customer service ever, and even after hours. Would definitely recommend!!

The most rudest owner Ive ever met in my life! I called to make an appt and he said I could come in. I drive all the way from across town for him to refuse service to me because I requested a certain color for my nails and he said it wont look good so he wont do my nails!!! Lmao I made sure to make a scene when I left! Rude mfker

This place was amazing I loved the service there they were so kind. I just got my nails done there and will definitely want to go there more often. If you do a walk in you have to wait for like a few minutes if they arent busy. But overall I loved it!!

Love Sweet Nails, they always are friendly and do a great job. Place is well kept and clean. Prices are fair and worth it all the way. They will try to get you in even without an appointment. I have been to several other nail salons and this is the only one that remembers my name. I appreciate that. Highly recommend.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my service. Went to get an acrylic full set and within a week they started popping off. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and this set didn’t even last a week. Their product is horrible and technique is off. One of my nails had a crack and one just completely fell off so I went back to get it fixed and ended up with them looking lumpy and DO NOT look the same as the others. Also I can still see the crack. I went back a second time to just get my money back and they only wanted to give me half. They are very unprofessional. I asked the male nail tech if he was okay sending his customers out with nails looking like that and he said “yes”. I will not be back. If you are one to get your nails done every 2-3 weeks, this is NOT the place for you because they will not last.

These guys are so far the best we have met.They are very generous, polite, caring, friendly, and professional. Normally you cant find all these qualities all jam packed in one business.Me and my better half, both were treated like a king and a queen. I am very blunt, and I believe people should get what they deserve, these guys deserve the benefit of being advertised good by others word of mouth.All comes down to the fact of positivity and doing the best job possible as you can, and let me tell you these guys are doing great.We recommend them only to the people who deserve the best.

Just had my nails done by Mary at Sweet nails for my first visit. I was a walk in and taken right away. She was so gentle and pleasant. I would recommend this local for prices and convenience. I was very happy with the quality and choices of polish.

Mary is the best, also all nice people and good music as well.

Seriously? This place is amazing. My husband got me a gift certificate for Mothers Day and so I finally went. Hadnt heard of them before today. They offered to paint my daughters finger nails for free while we got pedis. We were offered cold bottles of water, and they took their time to ensure a job well done! Ive never been treated so nice at a nail salon. Sweet nails is awesome.

New in town, was looking for a good place to get a pedicures due to the good reviews, I went here. Let’s just say I’m very disappointed, one thing I always treat myself is getting pedicures since I wear a lot of sandals and the bottom of my feet can get rough and dry at times.Walked out and looked at the bottom of my feet and saw no difference as if I didn’t even got a pedicure done. Waste of money!!

Such a nice place but rude employees and they took forever to do just 1 nails it took me 3 freaking hours to get my nails done so I was late to a party. I swear they don’t even know how to do marble and ombré nails because when I for marble nails they looked at me surprised like they don’t even know how to do nails and don’t go here if u want marble of ombré nails so go somewhere else. And my nails came out so ugly I will never go to this place again and that is why they don’t have much customer.

Not as new as other places BUT their hospitality, & attitude is superb! They gave my daughter and I a 5 star experience. Excellent service. When I walked I was greeted with a great smile from Mary. They do walkins and they are not crowded busy. Hoy offered me a bottle water and Caprisun to my daughter before I sat down to get a pedicure. He does a great job! His massage was very relaxing compared to other pedicare massages Ive had. He uses an orange soft scrub which was AMAZING! AND the massage chairs do the job compared to newer massage chairs that you can barely feel! Then to top it off they only charged $15 for a mani-pedi for my 5 yr old daughter. I will be coming back! Hospitality is everything!

Not the best place if youre planning to get nail art. $35 for Pedi with gel, plus $10 if you had them do nail art. I dont mind paying $45 if it is good art. I dont think my $45 was well worth it.

Absolutely the best customer service in an immaculate salon with an INCREDIBLE pedicure massage. Better than anywhere else in Clovis, Fresno or Madera! My nails have never looked so good. Hoi, Mary and Macy are wonderful! And they serve margaritas etc.

Really sloppy. Older Asian woman receptionist sitting with her bare feet stretched. out on a chair. Darkrer skinned manicurist only used one coat of mail polish on my nails. She lied and insisted she used 2, but it was only one coat. Also she barely cleaned the cuticles. Very lazy. During the manicure she was in a hurry and kept pulling my hands to almost make the nail smudge. The man who does the pedicures tossed the exfoliating foot brush back in the drained tub after he used it. Then rinsed my feet and had me put my feet back in the tub with the dirty foot brushes. Probably because he barely used it in my feet only lightly brushing bottoms of my feet with 2-3 quick strokes.He also only used one coat of mail polish also. But by now I’m just over it. These people just don’t care. Rip off. Never again.

Pedi was average but gel mani was terrible. Walked out with a hang nail on every finger and blood on one. Also, she did not ask about the length of my nails (if I wanted them shorter), just put the polish on after a quick/crappy filing. Never again.

Wanted to try something different. Wish I hadnt sh**y job did a fill and color and not even 1 hour be color and glitter came off...never going back Ill stick to my original saloon

They seemed kind of racist didn’t greet me when I came in. When a different race came in they said “Hello Goodmorning, please sign in on the sign in sheet”. I think it was because I was black but I instantly left. Will not be going back!

Horrible experience!! I got artificial nails put on yesturday morning. The lady that did my nails cut my cuticles on 7 of my fingers and made them bleed. I had a Christmas party last night and my cuticles were sore and red. Its painful to wash dishes and take a shower. My cuticles have not gotten any better. Also my nails are already lifting and I have acrylic under some nails. I asked for longer nails and my nails are sort and they arent squared like I ask. I have bubbles and lumps on some nails. I couldnt be any more unhappy with the turn out of my nails. I called to tell them and the guy just said what do you want me to do. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
