Not only were these guys fast, they checked two other boxes. One, they had the weight of oil I needed, and two, they used name brand oil. Some places use oil you havent ever heard of. Take care of your whip and it will take care of you. CarX is my new go to for oil and anything serious as well.

Got my truck back to work after the oil change. To find out I had all 7 quarts on the ground. Thank God my Fiance noticed it or I could have drove my truck and blew my engine. So I had my fiance take me there in the morning to let them know they did not put my oil filter in currently and all 7 courts are out and on the ground. The manager obviously thought I didnt know what I was talking about and told me to go ahead and pull my truck in. I told him how can I do that when my truck has no oil in it .why would I drive my truck if I had no oil in it this is my ride that brought me here to let you guys know . Told him it needed towed. They called one . Obviously it wasnt a big deal to them . Took them 3 in half hours to get it towed. To be towed one block down the street.

Poor experience - called ahead and was assured that they could get me in and out no problem. All I needed was a simple headlight replacement, waited 15 minutes only to find out they didnt have the headlight I needed. They then informed me that it would be at least 20 minutes before they had it plus the time to install it - thats the whole reason I called first as I didnt have a lot of time to do this. When I told them that Id have to leave I got the cold shoulder and they were downright rude about it.

Oil is oil but it is the customer service that differentiates Car X Express. Chris in particular is awesome. You go for oil change and him and his team look at many things and gives you the advise appropriately. He treats you like he would treat his family members and he is the reason I go there everytime I need oil change or an opinion on my car issue.

Quoted $60, I said my vehicle takes 8 quarts, quoted $80, charged $95. Smelled burnt oil for 3 days.PSJohn the area manager and Kris the facility manager went out of their way to correct my inconvenience. After talking and listening, Johns offer is much more than adequate for me to change my rating.

I returned a couple of days ago to get my breaks replaced and after looking closer they said I have another 6 months to a year with my current breaks. EDIT: I have no voicemails or missed calls from CarX (must have the wrong number?) and would love to talk with your team further. In the meantime, Ill clarify a few comments below. I think youre 100% right that this is a misunderstanding so Ill expand into more detail:1) I never presented your manager with a receipt and demanded payment for my tires-- that didnt happen. I purchased two new tires at Discount Tires (DT), where they told me one of my tires was not worn evenly (they showed it to me and said it was an alignment issue as the outside edge was most worn, on the left front tire), the other was worn evenly and was a rotation issue (the right front tire)-- this one I received a partial warranty credit for but still had to pay roughly $130 to replace. I went back to DT because thats where Id purchased the tires to begin with. The man I was working with at DT told me to talk with CarX about an alignment and rotation, but when I told him your team was the one that hadnt been rotating my tires, he suggested I reach out to your manager directly and gave me his name. I called and spoke with your manager, and explained what DT had said.2) Your manager told me DT doesnt handle alignments and that they dont know what theyre talking about (not his exact words but the general sentiment). However, your alignment machine confirmed that the right front tire was within a reasonable tolerance but the others were bad, including the front left tire-- as DT had suspected. I understand the difference between an alignment and rotation issue, so was surprised at your managers response once we had the reading from the alignment machine. It is quite possible that I missed something in his explanation but am certain that the right front tire was the only one that wasnt jacked up.3) On 10/16/18 the man working at CarX (who took my payment that day) told me yall rotate the tires when they need it, after Id asked him to rotate my tires. I told him he could just put in my account that I would like them rotated every time, and I kind of laughed about it. The reason I remember the date on this? I text my husband about the conversation because I thought it was a weird exchange. I have generally taken my car to a dealership before using CarX and they have always rotated my tires while completing oil changes.4) I appreciate your apology and Im sorry too. I assumed they were being rotated. The main point of my original post was that A) your team doesnt rotate tires (which you confirmed) and B) if they dont rotate your tires and your tires get worn out, that cost is on the car owner.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL POST:Be careful... CarX does NOT rotate your tires with oil changes, unless you ask them to. I had 22k miles on my tires and they were worn down to the metal threads. I got warranty discounts to replace the tires (prorated based on mileage) but am still out ~$130 because my tires werent rotated. Prior to using CarX to change oil/rotate tires, my previous cars tires had 78k miles on them before I had to purchase new ones. I think its worth noting that the two cars were similar and had similar tires (same brand, warranty, etc), the difference between the two examples was the place that serviced my car.The manager at CarX tried to tell me my tires werent new (even though I have the receipts to prove they were about a year old). The manager I spoke with didnt listen to me or take the time to explain their process. I wont be taking my car there going forward.
