I called to see if there was a wait, was told no come in!Walked in 3 minutes later and 3 people were before me, 1 walked in as I did the other 2 looked like they had been waiting a while, I sat down and waited about 10, couldve been 15 minutes and no1 ever spoke to me or the lady who walked in before me, so I left!

Very pleased with the service today. The guy who did my pedicure was very good and professional. I was in and out with no problem not like the last time. I went early

I came in for a regular manicure. The young guy didnt speak English. Someone else was translating. He prepared me for an overlay which was incorrect. I told him that I never had it done like this before. He finally got it right. Then he started to polish my nails.. I knew something wasnt right the polish was very sticky and it wasnt smooth. So I asked him to remove polish because he made a hot mess out of it. This female gets into the conversation. She told me I owe money. I paid it for nothing. She was very rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. So I asked for a supervisor. She said no supervisor was on duty. Im very disappointed and unsatisfied. I want be coming back to this place.

The guy filed my toe nails down too far and when I asked him to stop he wouldnt I had to go off on him paid and left the only way I will go back there if he not doing nails

Being new from the area, I searched online for a good nail salon . To be sure that the nail tech could do the style that I wanted, I went to their Facebook page to verify their work . I saw a set of nails that they claimed to have done and fell in love with them . When I arrived, I told the nail tech that I screenshotted the nails from their page and I wanted the nail tech who did those .exact nails . The nail tech proceeded to pretend like she did those nails until we got to the end where she stated that she actually did not do the nails. The owner of the shop walked over and told me that she would fix my nails but I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SHE TOOK ALL OF HER WALK INS for the issue to have been corrected . I’d already been in the shop for 3 1/2 hours . My shapes are all different, they are all different lengths, I am devastated. I paid 147 for nails that will have to be taken off in a few days and redone .

I love this shop, they are so nice and welcoming. I have been going to this shop for years and always have an amazing experience. I highly recommend!!

The staff is professional. I’ve been going for over 10 years, and 99% of the time I am satisfied. When I’m not, I let them know on the spot, and they will correct it.To get the optimum service, I suggest that you do not go when they’re very busy. You’ll know when you walk in and every seat is taken, and about 8 people are waiting to be seated.

Highly recommend!! My mom, sister, and I had a great experience getting manicures and pedicures! I also had my eyebrows waxed, and we are all very pleased with their service. The employees are friendly and professional! We will definitely be getting our nails done here on a regular basis!

I came in for a manicure and full set.I was asked three times what I needed.. I know their English is not their native language but I said manicure and full set. The lady proceeded to put on the set I insisted that she did not cut my nails ...she still cut my nails!!!. After she put on the stick she proceeded to do my manicure..??I have never had a manicure after the set was put on...??? Now not even a week later my nails look horrible.. like the acrylic is lifting..I wont return.

To dam expensive just for manicure

I went and got a full set, toes polish only, they charged me 70, I never paid that much! Is that price right? Im really hurt, because Im from out of town, and I live in ms now, and I still cant find a nail shop Im pleased with, Im tired of looking, and going from place to place. And what really hurts, the guy that did my nails said its better to come during the week, because on weekends they be rushing, and during the week he can take his time, Im paying my hard working money, soooooooo it shouldnt matter what day! Please anyone help me find a nail salon Ill be please with so I can stop going place to place 😭😩

This is the only nail salon I go to. I often get good service and they do a wonderful job on my nails. Also, Sarah is very good with eyebrows and lashes!

Horrible service. A couple of years ago they use to have great energetic & friendly people working for them. Now its HORRIBLE dont waste your time or money there. Because they are very rude two of the women there love to curse people out because theyre miserable. They need to be shut down. Dirty work space, uncleared tools, & horrible customer service!!

I took my kids and nieces to get their nails done. We were turned away and told there is a no kids policy. The kids were the reason I went. I wasnt getting my nails done due to job related issues. I used to go for my lashes but after today I will not be going for that neither. I will never go back to this place again.

Ive been going to Expo for a year until today. Tina did my nails. Afterwards I noticed one of my nails were crooked. I asked her to fix it and she had an attitude and stated after today she didnt want to do my nails. Very unprofessional.

I went about a month ago and got a full set and a toe polish which totaled 42$. Long story short my card was charged THREE times totaling 126$ and they neglected to tell me. If I would have not checked my card I would have never known! Do not recommend.

This place is always busy but I finally got in and it was FANTASTIC! I read some of the bad reviews here and was reluctant but many of my co workers come here and they highly recommended this place. My nails are on point and my pedicure was awesome. (btw i have no idea what others are talking about with this place being dirty, they used plastic covers for their pedicures, they offered me a new set of buffers and files to keep that was used on me, and the metal stuff they use on the pedicures were in sterilize pouches. thank you for a wonderful experience my nails still look sooo good!

They used to be good now they are just rude they dont care what they do and they are so rough I went there the other day to get my nails done they sat me down and the girl started grinding on my nails then she left then some other woman came there and told me to move again then I had to get my eyebrows wax they are so rough when they do their waxing I recommend tip and toes by Kroger they are so much better it doesnt hurt and bad when they take the wax strip off its $12 but its worth your money trust me!!

They are horrible I recently been there July 3 2017 to be exact I went for a fill in and left out, didnt pay attention to my nails when I made it home I seen how horrible they were.So I went back to ask them could they fix them, they instantly got in defense mode. They started coming up with excuse on while my nails were badly uneven, not buffed, or shaped! They told me they werent going to fix my nails and told me to leave! They wont ever have to worry about my service! They should be reported to the BBB and shut down!

Poor service and unwelcoming environment. I came for a polish change. When I showed the individual servicing me that hed left old polish on my nails, he stated that I should have gotten a manicure and that hed fix the one that was most noticeable but not the others. I was told not to come back. This was my first time here to review the company and I will not return. They also need to keep the back door closed because flies were everywhere.

Rude service. Very unclean tools. I was cursed out multiple times by one of the employees. Snatched my older set of nails off with metal tool and told me the MOLD on my real fingernails was nothing to worry about.
