Aug. 13, 2021 Fingernail’s were lumpy, not smooth and really thick!I paid cash for my granddaughter nails and when she showed me they wouldn’t refund my money!! They cut her skin several times!! I asked for a refund before We left the place, I should of paid with a credit card!! I know I would of got a refund then!! They need to go back to nail school. I hope they don’t receive a new Clinton City business license!! I will also contact the city of Clinton! There is only one person that is state licensed there, but they have Several employees doing acrylic nails!! Amazing, how are they still in business??? FYI: DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Not very good. Shaped bad. Angled weird. I’ve never had my nails look like this. Very dissatisfied.

My daughters took me here for us all to get pedicures. We had an appointment and we still had to wait awhile for our turn. Another group came in right after us for an appointment. I knew this could be an issue. The gal that did our pedicure did a rush job. She did not even use the skin remover tool to get the skin off my feet. I had her do French tips on my toes and she did such a skinny line of white it could hardly be seen. It all came off within a couple of weeks anyway as did both of my daughters. We also we charged more than expected because they add a $5 tip per person into your charged amount. We weren’t impressed.

They deserve a 5 star rating. My Wife Marlene absolutely loves to go there. Friendly and nice people!!!!! They do great work. And dont stop until you are happy 👍👍👍👍

Please pay attention to the price of what your service is going to cost. We went in for 3 deluxe spa pedis all with nail polish not gel ($32 each) and one person had gel polish removed (+$5) when I went to pay he told me my total was $132 when it should of been $101. Why was I charged an extra $31? Don’t go here they will up charge you and not give you a reason why or fix the total. On top of that it took forever for our service to get started so our water was cold. They didn’t seem to know how to remove gel polish properly without hurting the client. Very disappointed and angry at this experience.

I was excited to find this place for my two daughters and I and the man was very rude when I didnt upfront put in a tip and he rudely pointed it out. So basically I felt forced to tip for two of us and I will only tip if I feel they deserve one. So rude!! Then my daughter had a new set put on and one fell off just like the experience from our old place and they charged me to put a new one back on and couldnt even match the right shade of black. So we wont be back and they lost my business for being rude about a tip and poor quality and customer service.

These nail techs are very experienced. Not ONCE have they hurt my nails. Lots of places do too much filing to the point where the nerves get hit. The employees are super nice. They engage in conversation. Lots of laughing and smiles. The whole place has positive energy, and the nails are perfection!

Excellent customer service..First time there with my daughter. Pedicure was heavenly! They did an amazing job on our nails! Love this place! Thank you for making this day so relaxing and fun for us!

The lady doing my nails cut me 7 times and had one of the nails sideways and this was not the same nails as the picture i had showed her please do not come here

First time here. Very happy with the service and Bruce was very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Received a deluxe pedicure which included a soak, scrub, mask and lotion (available in 16 different scents). I also added gel to the pedicure and the total came to $45. Staff and customers are required to wear masks and there are plastic sneeze shields at the cash register and every nail table.

Love this salon. Staff is always friendly and fun to chat with. Gets a little busy sometimes but I have never had to wait an extended period to get in and the staff does not leave you sitting in a chair for long before tending to whatever service you came for. Highly recommend!

I liked going here until my last visit, two of the employees didn’t even have their masks on and one was walking around eating. I want to support small businesses during the pandemic but I won’t be returning

I was so excited about this place because of the high reviews, but my experience turned out awful. I would not recommend this place at all. I didnt even get a foot massage with my pedicure he just barely rubbed lotion on my feet. I ended up paying extra for gel nails and they chipped and peeled off not even 5 days later. I had to ask for lotion at the end of my manicure, if you can even call it that, because my hands were so dry. Dont waste your money.

I have been going to Jade Nails to get my nails done for at least 10 years.They always do a wonderful job I always get loads of compliments on my nails.I have never had any problems with fungal infections.They people are nice we laugh a lot and can always fit me in.They are just wonderful clean friendly not expensive, I would not go anywhere else.

I have been getting my nails done here for 5 or so months now, and I love it. Kim is the best, I always ask for her. She makes sure my nails are perfect, and doesnt take shortcuts. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a negative experience with this place. They did my acrylic nails crooked. I asked the man doing it to please fix them. He told me that I was wrong and they were straight. The nail glue was left on/around my nail cuticle. The polish itself was thin, translucent, and uneven. However, my mother came with me and the lady that did her nails did an excellent job.

I love the color of my nails and length the only thing I didn’t like was the price. It says 25 on the wall for full set then an extra 10 for gel polish. Soooooooo like if you do it in your head (easy math) it equals 35 my math teacher from fifth grade will be so proud....: BUT IT WAS CHARGED 40$ 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Pros and cons.Con: they are horrible with cleaning their tools and pedicure area. They were behind so I had a ton of time to watch their cleaning process. The tubs they sprayed lysol in it very quickly and immediately washed it away. Then they willed it back up and had someone new sit down. There was zero time for it to sterilize. They worked on my mom first and noticed they didnt actually clean the tools that they just used on her feet and continued to use on mine. They swished it around in the dirty foot water with the tiny bit of soap they used on our feet, then put it back in the work station.Pros: they were very attentive, did an amazing job at getting all the dead skin off my toes and feet and painted very well. Had I not seen the cleaning job they did I would totally be back.

I love jade nails so very much!! I’ve came and gotten my nails done from all their technicians for the past year. My grandmother and my mother and I love to come in and get a pedicure.

I have been searching for a good place to get my nails done for over a year. I have tried 4 other places, this will be my last place as they are AWESOME! Nails look great! Toes and feet look and feel awesome! They take pride in the work they do here and I love the way my nails look when I leave Jade Nails! I even have to travel 30 min to get there and I dont mind because they do such good work.

Waited for over half an hour. An employee stopped doing nails & left which me waiting for even longer. Every time I would ask how much longer it was always 10 minutes

My experience was great! I stopped getting my nails done because I was having a horrible time finding places that actually did a good job and listened to what I wanted. I took a chance on this place and I can confidently say I will be going here from now on. Kim was amazing and listened to every concern I had and did a great job.

Jade Nailz is Fantastic! They go above & beyond to make sure my nails look great. I went to get my nails done prior to moving into my new home & Lee made my nails thicker to protect them from the extra wear of moving. That was so thoughtful & kind. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Love coming here! They have the nicest staff and always do an excellent job. My favorite service is the Deluxe Pedicure that includes a paraffin wax. They take their time and care about their customers.

I have come here several times and my last experience was terrible. Terrible enough I felt I needed to write a review. Despite having an apt, we had to wait 45 minutes. When it was finally my turn I was told to have a seat in a chair that had not been cleaned from the previous client. They assured me they would clean it. So I sat awkwardly while they got a disgusting brush from their cart and put a pump of handsoap and very quickly swooshed it around. They kept the ladies towel with her foot shavings on it instead of replacing it. While i waited, I pushed the nasty towel on the ground. When they came to get started they promptly picked the towel up and put it back on my chair. I had to ask them for a new one at that point. I also had to decline a foot brush that I had watched them use on another client right before me that THEY DID NOT CLEAN FIRST. I then noticed the chair next to me did not get a fresh clean towel with its new client. This place is not sanitary at all.This aside, we also had to deal with an employees daughter who was slapping my friends butt and telling her she couldnt have pink nails, she needed purple. She kept getting in my chair with me and asking repeatedly if she could play my phone, while I was trying to get a pedicure. All the while her mom sat nearby and didnt seem to think this was a problem. She was relentless in asking to play games on my phone and even began to eat dried seawead getting it all over me and the lady sitting next to me. Will I ever return? Nope. No way.

Ive been to many nail salons in Utah since Ive lived here, found a couple that were good but were hit and miss each time. However, here, I always leave with exactly what I want. They take such good care of you, listening to you and giving you exactly what you ask for, being gentle, and making sure you are okay throughout the entirety of your appointment. Their prices arent unreasonable, especially for the quality you get. I absolutely love Jade Nailz; this is my new permanent go to place to get my nails done.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to in Utah! Their work is amazing. They take their time on you and always go above and beyond. I have never walked out disappointed. They are true professionals at what they do! I would recommend them to ANYONE wanting their nails done!

I got my first full set here, and I think theyre beautiful. But my cuticles on two fingers were bleeding when I got home. But other than that, it was a nice atmosphere.

The smell of nail powder is really strong but other then that my whole experience was really great! My nail technician was really nice and gentle as she worked with my hands.

Jade nails is the best nail salon! They are great with appointment times and dont make you wait. Lee is very meticulous and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them!

Lee was awesome! This was my first time here after reading some of their reviews online. They have specials for customers ( I took advantage of a pedi and shellac nails for $30) They really take their time and actually talk to their customers. Will definitely come back here again.

Received a full set one color, coffin shaped nails on Thursday of last week for $45. I had to come in on Monday night because one of my nails broke in half, and now it’s Tuesday morning and another nail broke! I went back in to have them fix it and they asked me what I was doing to break my nails.. what a joke. I’ve been getting my nails done for years at many places. In Utah from salt lake to Ogden and in Idaho, where I used to live. I’ve never had any set of nails break in half, I’ve had chips and cracks on occasion here and there. But never in my life have I had nails break in half like this. They told me to come back again in an hour so they can fix the second nail that broke in less than a week... very disappointing

Love this place. I have been coming here since 2010. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are professional and friendly and I have always gone home 100 percent satisfied.

I dropped in, they made time for me and got me out before I went to my appt. This is the first place to give me a price and i was able to get out the door, without feeling rushed. Great work!Update- 1 month later. I went back and checked prices. They doubled the price. I was adamant that I paid much less for services my last visit. I walked in again and waited an hour, but they gave me a 20 minute estimate. The work looks good, but I left feeling rushed and annoyed for paying double.

The lady that did my nails was kind but towards the end when I went to pay on their sign it says a full-size 25 and gel polish isAn extra $10 I was charged $42 and I tried asking him why and he would not tell me, my nails are bulky and I will not be going there again

She did a great job! Just FYI, if you use your debit/credit card, they charge you $3 more.

What a wonderful experience....thank you so much. They accommodated myself and 5 young girls (8-12 yo) for pedis on a Saturday night at 6pm. We last minute decided it would be fun to do a pedi and called ahead just to see if it was even a possibility and they happily said come on over. We did not feel rushed at all and in fact they all did a fantastic job and painted a cute flower on each of our toes. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome and we will for sure be back! Thank you!!!

I always go here to get my acrylics done! Wont go anywhere else! Never lift, never turn yellow, never see a bubble in the nail, great pricing, great work, overall I am a loyal customer to them! I love their work and have been going to them for years!!

I did a walk in, and they were able to get me in I wanted gel nails and they did acrylic and they couldnt do any designs which is disappointing.. im big on designs then they charged me $50 for just a set of acrylics yes they did a good job but $50?? Wont be going back!

Went here to get a manicure and had my two year old with me, customer service was great and they were great with my daughter who got her nails painted as well!

I am very picky when it comes to my nails but I highly highly recommend this nail salon. The staff was very polite! I did not feel rushed at all, and when it came to pushing back my cuticles they were very gentle about it but still did great trimming them. The shape and paint job is exactly what I wanted and after an eight mile hike I needed some great pampering. I am a happy customer that will most definetely be back!Update: Went in a second time a while back and the mani pedi was pretty bad. I got gel and it chipped majorly the next day. When I went in to get a refund the manager was very very unprofessional. He started yelling at me right away even though I was very calm. His attitude is terrible. He said that if they give refunds it comes out of the employees pocket. That is not right. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people! Dont waste your money!

I would not give a star if I could! Absolutely no customer service extremely rude ! Dont waste your money . My manicure was terrible got someone who was new and my cuticles were bleeding! The nail polish wasnt covering the nails completely and nails are filed unevenly when I asked to have them please be fixed or not pay I was told by the man thats how they are supposed to look

LOVE Jade Nailz! Been going for forever and I wont go any where else.

After reading the reviews about Jade nails I decided to give them a try. Many people seemed satisfied when their service.I called an hour and a half before they close to ask if they had time to do a French tip mani/pedi so that I wouldnt have to drive there just to find out they didnt have enough time.The man who answered sounded like I was irritating him with my call. He said they would be able to take me in 20 minutes.I arrived 15 minutes later and ended up waiting another 20 minutes before someone took me to a seat.After that I waited another 20-25 minutes with my feet in the water before a lady started working on my toe nails. Once my toes were done I moved to a seat to get my finger nails done. I dont like having my nails long. After mentioning to the lady that I want them cut she tried to insist that I should keep them long and she will just file them. I told her that no, I want them short and she finally cut them and filed them quickly. After I checked I noticed the job wasnt done very well. There were some areas where she left nail hair and I pointed that out. Although she fixed that, she rushed through it.When I told her I dont want the clear nail polish with the pink tint she once again tried to insist on it. Finally agreeing to put on the plain clear polish instead.I paid $50 for all of this, just to have the polish chip the very next day on multiple nails.I wont be returning to this salon. They should have been honest and told me they didnt have time for a mani/pedi instead of squeezing me in and rushing through the job and doing a bad job of it.

Horrible manicure!!! My sister and I thought we finally found a great nail salon. After a few times coming they started not to do as nice of a job. My sister already quit coming all together. I thought I would give them one last try for my Birthday. This was my experience. Uneven nails, cut cuticals jagged to the point one is bleeding. Polish bubbled and a hair stuck on the polish on one nail. When I showed them my nails after they were dry I let them know how aweful they looked. He said whats wrong with them thats how theyre supposed to look they are fine. (He didnt even offer to fix them) I told him I wanted my money back and he said no. What a waste of my time and money! Save yourself and never go to Jade nailz!!!!
