The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!! Great customer service, great quality work, took their time, great with my kids and patient with them when my little one was talking allot lol, just overall amazing experience! I’ll definitely be returning!!

Always a pleasant, personable, courteous and enjoyable experience. Harry has a sense of humor like none other; he keeps us laughing. His services are very reasonably priced, and his customers are from all age groups. I highly recommend this service.

The tools the nail technician grab to use on me was not clean and l asked for new clippers and tools and to my surprise they asked if l was going to paying for new tools. Tools must be cleaned and sanitized for each customer especially during COVID times. Customers should not be asking or paying for clean tools/ kits. It’s a must for people’s health and safety. They finally cleaned it when l asked.

Fair work, not great or exceptional. Kept telling the lady working on my nails of her errors but she kept nodding her head without fixing it. She kept rushing to get the nails done when she had no reason to(no other customer waiting). Might visit again if I have no other option or another salon to get my nails done.The other lady who helped with my brows did great work. I would definitely return there to get my eyebrows done with her(only her). She was courteous too and engaged me in a conversation.Best to visit there with cash. Charged extra (3%) for using your debit/credit card in this digital age.

My last couple of experiences at this salon have been bad. But this last time in specific I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in the door and when I was finally acknowledge it was kind of a hand gesture to sit down not “please have a seat, we’ll get right with you”… after 30 minutes of waiting I asked if I could soak my nails off while I’m waiting and was given attitude saying “I’ll be with you in a few minutes”..I gave it another 15 minutes before I left. I will not be coming back.

I love Harry! He always does an amazing job on my nails. Im Never disappointed always Satisfied. He has jokes for days. Hes such a comedian lol.

Waited a hour in a half to receive services, then sat in the chair for another hour. I will not return. The manager or owner could have mentioned that it will take about two hours than I would have left. The technician had my feet soaking for an hour and when I mentioned that I was about to leave he stated water isnt free. I didnt want to leave after the statement because as an American American I believe law enforcement would have been called and I am not willing to risk what God blessed me with. Also, the manager and owner were making smart remarks while the technician was doing my pedicure.

This salon is ghetto down to the patrons. Also it seems like they only tried to do a good job for their regulars if youre new they treat you like anything. To add insult to injury a young lady that works deer kept call son and I ask her are you sick as she say yes she has a cold but I dont have Covid and she was pregnant half way wearing her mask at the time, this did it for me I would never return here I will do my own feet before I would come back here.

This place is terrible, dirty, terrible customer service, and their employees come to work SICK. Terrible customer service the owner is rude and slick talking. He even charged me for a service I never asked for or agreed too. They messed up my nails and I came back and everyone had an attitude with my as if I’m in the wrong. UNEVEN, TERRIBLE inconsistent SHAPE, BULKY and polar opposite designs. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE... they laugh at you and talk in their native language about you.The nail tech even argued with me and had smart remarks the whole time she “fixed” my nails. They are only nice to their regulars. The owner is a JOKE.

The wife is rude. I found hair inside of my pedicure bowl and I was asking if she can change the plastic. She got offensive. I come here all the time, but today they were extremely rude which was surprising and I will never go back!

I dont normally write reviews, but I felt the need to do so for this store. This is, by far, the best place to get your nails done. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, so when I find someone who does a good job, I stick with them. I have been getting my nails done with the new owner (Harry) for almost 2 years now and he NEVER disappoints. My nails always look flawless and they last a long time- way past 2 weeks. They always take their time and make sure that we (the picky crowd lol) get exactly what we want. I work in an office setting, so I really try to keep my nails as manicured as I possibly can with a house to keep up, 2 kids, and a huge Cane Corso. So, not only do they do a great job esthetically, but they also use good quality products as well. Always recommends the best colors. MUST TRY.

The are the worst and their response is fake reviews. Keep telling yourself that lie and watch your customer s dwindle!

Be careful of this place they do okay work. This salon doesnt practice social distancing or 6ft when sitting customers they right next to each other. They do not have enough space to do so. I witnessed customers getting serviced w/o their mask on. I will never go back.I dont feel safe

My nails 💅 came out cute and all but two of them broke I’m tired of going back to them wasting my money and my time every time I go to this shop they make me wait extra long or tell me to come back it’s very inconvenient for me and the ppl make me feel uncomfortable like they don’t want to service me I’m not ever going back .

I go every 2 weeks and Helen does a beautiful job on my nails with the dip powder. I have gotten compliments from friends and co-workers.

The nail technicians are very nice, however I showed her 10 picture options of designs I wanted to try and she was unable to do any. I asked if they offered the foil technique she said no. I asked about the dipping powder and she said no they do not use that method.

Mason was my nail tech, such a friendly guy and Im very pleased with the customer service. Not only the customer service was excellent they also provided bottles of water to the customers. Nice to know that you dont have to go far out just to get good customer service. I was able to find them off of yelp and they are only 5min from my house which is a plus. I will definitely be back again. I havent gotten my eyebrows done there yet but Im taking my daughter there so we will see.Chick

Mason the owner was just amazing.. So welcoming and friendly made me feel comfortable right off the bat..Cindy was my nail technician and she was so sweet and took really great care of me.. I have been searching for a nail place since moving here and I know I just found the place.. The pedicure I received was he best one that I have gotten in over a year.. It was exactly what I needed and I will definitely be going back.. You will not regret coming here!!!

This place does beautiful nails and the staff pays close attention to detail when doing your nails. However when it comes to taking the nails off, I found this place not to be the best. My nails were healthy before the gel nail polish and dip powder but after removing the polish, my nails were very weak. Now I have to nurse my nails back to healthy. I would be cautious if you get your nails done here.

Harry is the best nail tech I’ve ever seen. He’s neat and fast. Prices are good as well. Staff is good you don’t be disappointed.

I am new in town and sought out a solid place to get my nails done. I read several reviews and decided to give J & J Nails a try. I was seated rather swiftly by Harry who would do my nails, which was cool. I did notice right away that this didn’t appear to be the most sanitary salon that I had been to due to the messiness behind the counter and mostly due to the fact that a woman had just finished up before I sat down and he didn’t clean the area before sitting me. After I motion for him to clean off the desk area in front of me, he starts to fill my nails while I gaze around the place.As I’m turning my head from looking toward the pedicure area where several women are being serviced, I notice something crawling across the floor toward me. Low and behold, I notice right fast that it was a roach, a large roach, antennas moving and all! I watched that roach crawl to the desk next to me, climb up to the top, then disappear on the other side of a laptop that was there. I was so shook but I didn’t say anything because I thought just maybe I was bugging...pun intended!! Now I’m anxious because I don’t want this could be roach to crawl up on me so I am nervously looking around the whole time. After a few minutes, I see another roach crawl from under the desk next to me. I knew this was another one because it was smaller but a roach nonetheless. Then I noticed that there was another on the floor that wasn’t moving so I’m assuming it was dead. I didn’t want to alarm every lady in that shop so I sat there, jumping out of my skin, even stomping my feet a few times just to shake any possible perpetrators off!! Harry did look up from doing my nails a few times because I think he sensed that I was uneasy. He tried to make a few jokes but I wasn’t having it. A few minutes before he was finished, I saw another large roach on the desk right beneath the cash register. Thank God he did the fill real fast!!Needless to say, I am never going here again, even though my nails lifted the next day and I wanted so badly to get them fixed, especially because I paid $35 for a fill with clear polish!! I have never in my life seen roaches in a nail salon. I was shocked because the reviews are so good. Perhaps the bugs decided to make an appearance just for me, I dunno, but that was enough to run me off, NEVER to return, EVER.

Just found this spot 4 weeks ago and I’m loving it! Harry is professional and always keeping the place clean and nice. My nails were on point! Pedicure was the bomb!Most importantly the prices were reasonable and they even have a “frequent flyer” card where the eighth visit I believe is free. I’ll be back!

Went here since it seem to be one of the best in reviews within the area. I give my pedicure 5 stars, I shouldve gotten the name of the gentleman but I didnt. My nails on the other I give 3 stars. I had nail polish still on my nails and the gentleman (different guy) didnt even bother to wipe it off, he just started with it still on. I wish I can post pictures... does anyone know how I can post pictures? The clean up on the nails didnt come out nice but I love the shape. Over all good experience, I like to go on Mondays since I know most places are slow and more than likely youll get their undivided attention.

I recently went here for a pedicure for the first time and I was refreshingly surprised with the cost and treatment. This nail salon is very reasonably priced and the owners are very polite and professional. I was happy with the quality of my pedicure and would definitely come back again in the future

I followed Harry from another nail shop. He is the absolute best at maintaining healthy nails. Ive been using the dipping powder instead of acrylic and my nails just keep growing. The shop is clean and the service is great. Thanks for keeping a loyal customer happy.

My Mom treated me to a pedicure and so did my daughter. Both times the pedicures were enjoyable and the techs paid attention to detail. I even loved the designs. I recommend them to anyone.

I came here for lashes and although I was quoted 1 price on the phone and paid another once I got there, the lady who do lashes did a great job and it was still reasonably priced. Will go again if I need some quick individual lashes

Rude and unprofessional. Got a gel manicure. The manicurist, while doing my nails, called someone on Facetime. While on the call, she turns the phone to me so other person could see me, while talking in another language and laughing. When I demanded, Why am I on Facetime?, she turned her phone back around, and continued her conversation, ignoring my question. I was a consistent customer, but after today, I will never go there again.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. My first time getting my nails done here and LAST TIME (basic mani) and less than 24-hours the nail polish chipped off half my finger nails (all I did was shower the next day). I call them and they say they don’t guarantee for regular polish just gel. Unfortunately, my regular (BLACK owned) stylist wasn’t available and I was heading out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday, so I wavered and patroned this shop. Never have nail polished chipped with my regular nail salon in less than 24-hours of me having a mani especially after paying at a salon. Listen learned a long time ago about visiting these shops - lesson continues to be confirmed!

The staff was friendly. However, my nails were horrible!!! I wasted $45 on powder dip nails. The nails didn’t look natural at all. They were oddly shaped, uneven, and big. I felt like they were rushed. I will never come back here and I will tell my family and friends as well. The salon has good reviews but I think they are overrated and I think the reviews is allowing them to do “basic” and horrible nails.

Im not from around here I only went cause of good reviews. I didnt like the lady. My boyfriend got a great redicare, but the lady was not listening . I didnt want coffin but I just wanted round kind of square . I showed a picture and she kept talking to the guy Im guessing that was manger . But if I go back its going to be to the guy. To be honest probably wont even do that. Nails completely uneven, polish bunky ; shape is all messed up, side of nails do not have no acrylic on them Cant figure out how to load the pictures so I had to describe. I honestly just should of waited to go to my nail salon back home

I got my nails done on Tuesday 1/15/19, basic colors with two fingers having 5 rhinestones on them each. The rhinestones started falling off the next morning and were all gone by Saturday 1/20/19, and both thumbs had broken by this point (opening a cabinet and a to go box of food). Keep in mind i just got them done the Tuesday before. I went in on Saturday to get the broken nails fixed and the rhinestones put back on (they were very accomadating to fixing what was wrong, so B+ for customer service). Today is Tuesday 1/22 and one of the thumbs that just got done on Saturday broke while I was opening my Christmas tree box, simply lifting the lid (which is a normal paper box and should not break a nail) 😒. My nails clearly were not done well with enough glue/poweder to make them strong lasting nails. This is ridiculous. I will never go back here, it’s clearly a waste of money. The lady on station 3 should be trained better. You cannot run an establishment where only the owner is providing quality work.

Been looking for a new nail shop close to where I live for 5 years. After reading reviews for this shop decided to give it a shot. No appointment but they took us after about 10 or so minutes. My Pedicure was ok she did get the dead skin off. However no scrub or extras for $25. That was a huge minus for me. Since I didnt know any nail techs there I just let the girl who did my pedicure fill my nails. Took forever and my nails are just meh. She seemed fearful of doing my nails and was shaking slightly. Not a good sign. My daughter was lucky enough to have Harry do her nails and they look awesome... But we paid nearly $130 for 2 pedicures and 2 fills. I think thats astronomical for plain pedicures and fills with no extras except gel polish and a nail repair. I prob wont be back because my nails are just ok and I think they way overcharged us. (ME $58 for a $25 pedi and fills with a nail repair MY DAUGHTER $70 for a $25 pedi with just fills). Harry is really good but he must be the only nail tech worth visiting there.

Did a horrible job on eyebrows totally uneven rushed through it wax was to hot and left wax on my face afterwards.I asked him to fix them and he didnt make it any better... Ive been going here for ten years the team they had before was amazing at every aspect of a nail salons capabilities I didnt trust anyone else with my eyebrows..when I got a petti 2 months ago the service wasnt bad until they told me my toe nails were dry and I left the next day the Polish was peeling and damaged and now my eyebrows are screwed up after going back today...Have to find a new nail salon ...Its a shame
