Most of the reviews was rated the highest in town. Was able to get home insurance through them when others wouldn’t due to the breed of dogs we have. Prices are good and coverage on autos is cheaper and better than what we were paying. Extremely friendly and helpful.

When my long time agent retired, I was reassigned to a new agent. When I walked in to Kara Howes office, I knew I was in the right place! I met everyone in the office and they were all very welcoming! They really wanted to get to know me and my insurance needs. I made an appointment to come back. When I did Kara and Sheena were again very nice and welcoming! We spent the next two hours together going over all of my current policies and discussing any additional needs I might have. We cancelled some policies and added some new ones that will benefit me. If youre looking for an insurance agent, I would highly recommend Kara and her staff!

State Farm is definitely for their insurers. Have always been willing to work with me during hard times. Rates compared to others is right where they need to be. Have had very few claims but when i needed to file a claim they have been very helpful and made payment in a timely manner. I have no plans of changing insurers. Would recommend to others.
