Great to work with. You can tell the owner is passionate about getting the job done right. Super nice and efficient. Pricing for replacement unit was much better than I expected. Kenny went above and beyond to deliver our filter and to make sure it was out of the rain since we couldn’t get home on time to meet him. I would highly recommend!

Mike and his team are amazing! Our AC quit working on Monday unexpectedly. We had two other companies come check it out Tuesday morning - both gave us the run around and told us we needed to replace our entire unit. We called Mike and he was easily able to identify our problem and help get it fixed without buying a new unit! We’re definitely using Jac’s for all of our needs from now on.

JACS sent two professionasl to complete a diagnostic on my unit on Dec 28, 2020 as I did not heat. Buuurrr ! It was fixed to a degree where I had heat until the proper heating kit was ordered. Finally the kit was installed on Jan 4, 2021 and its working very well without any issues. The prompt response and professionalism was key! Thanks again for your continue assistance!

JACS is the team you need to call. My unit went out two years ago in January. I had heat three days later. They service my unit in the Spring and Fall. Always professional, on time and if a mess is made, it is cleaned up.

JACS was very responsive when our heat stopped working in December. We had only owned our house a few years but the equipment was from the early 1990s. The blower needed to be replaced which Mike quoted but did not even try to upsell us on a new system. We requested a quote on a new heat pump system that Mikes team installed for us. It is working very well for us although it has only been a month. Mike maintains excellent communication with customers both over the phone and through their new web based service portal. They were able to respond very quickly to any minor follow up issues. Id certainly recommend them to others.

The price JACS gave us was about $1,500 less than what the first company quoted us. After owner Mike Egan inspected our system, he sent us a quote and explained all of the options in detail. His team completed the work promptly and completely. If I were to complain about anything, it would be some small debris that the crew left in the yard and basement after the job was done—but this was not significant. I would recommend the company without reservation.

Mike maintains about 12 units for me and my son. He has installed most of them. If I have an outage, he adjusts his schedule to fix the unit promptly. I have been dealing with A/C companies for thirty years and he is by far the BEST.

I highly recommend JACS Heating & Cooling. They came out to do a fall inspection on a HVAC that they had installed 2 years ago and informed me they had some bad news. The ground under the pad, which the unit sits on, that they had installed had settled, causing the unit to pull from my house and it was not level. I inquired about the cost and I was thrilled to hear they fixed it free, by lifting up the unit and making it level. They offered me the best price when I was a new customer and now I receive the best service!

Jac’s provided us with excellent service. When our 4-year-old A/C unit leaked Freon due to a manufacturer defect the company that installed our unit was not helpful and stopped answering up our calls. Jac’s was able to negotiate with the manufacturer convinced the manufacturer to pay for a portion of the repair. Jac’s did a lot of extra legwork for a customer that wasn’t originally their own. Their service was prompt and professional. I can’t recommend this company enough! Our biggest regret is that we didn’t use Jac’s to install our original system.
