My Martial arts supplier!!! Very good people there .

Had to call a couple of times just to get through to someone. When I did get through I asked if they stocked jiu jitsu belts, and was told yes. I leave work early after they told me they have adjusted their hours with everything going on and will only be there until 4pm, totally understandable. I arrived at 3:25pm store was closed no one answered the phone. Take your business elsewhere, no wonder online sales are going up.

Proma USA has The Best products. I am a kickboxing instructor. I teach five classes a week so I need gloves that can hold up. After trying many brands I tried Proma USA and I have saved So much money Thanks to them because I dont have to replace my gloves as often as I did. With many different types to choose from my only reason of getting a different pair is because I want a different design. They are Very comfortable, long lasting and Proma offers a variety of designs. Proma is a one stop shop. I get my training pads for private training sessions, heavy bags and many other products from them. Definitely Check out their website. Theyre customer service is Great!!

Horrible customer service!!! I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it never shipped. I called to complain and they informed me it would ship the next day, I told them I needed the order ASAP and they promised rush delivery. The next day I received the tracking # and they did standard ground with estimated 4-day delivery. I feel lied to at every step of this process and I will never order from them again.

They always find a to get through their challenges, I am truly a happy client! I am glad how far they have changed and Sandra always helps me out with orders. Dont mind the previous reviews, I truly think they have been great for the 6 months! KEEP IT UP!

This martial arts supply place is one of the worst places I have ever had to deal with. I do not want to go into so much detail as to why but I recommend that you dont do business with them.

They completely botched up a big order of gold foil screen printing on T-Shirts ($500 worth) . When I went back to resolve the situation, I was told that they do not guarantee any of their work. So as a result, they refused to redo the job and the refused to give me a refund. Horrendous customer service, they lie....i waited 2 weeks on a job they guaranteed would take 4 days. Ive taken my business elsewhere. Do no trust them!!! Try your luck with Rhingo Martial Arts supply instead.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL. Ive given this company two chances. The first, I waited over a month for uniforms ordered. I had to call twice to get them to ship my order, it was just sitting in the warehouse, they forgot about it.The second time, the same thing happened, but when I called I was blatantly lied to, and they never sent the order out. I called 4 times about this one order, and each time I called they said Id definitely have the order by x day, and of course, each time no order came.If you actually want to receive something you order, go elsewhere.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Ive been using Promausa for the past 2 years for my Martial Arts school and have loved the products and service. Pricing is great as well as I usually have product in hand within two days. Ive used a lot of different suppliers in the past ten years and PromaUSA is the one I use now on a regular basis. Proma used to be good and I used to order from them all the time. Something happened from the past couple of years, maybe changing of management, not sure. It became unreliable. I didnt have good experience on my last few orders.

The delivery time is entirely absurd. They take the longest time possible to deliver and customer service blames the customer in anyway they can go take the heat off of them.I will be making my orders from vision USA from now on.

They are not to be trusted! Takes forever to receive, they forget about your order even though they have charged you. They charge a lot for shipping and to costumize. They have no costumer service. This one girl that answer the phone dont have a clue. If you dont want a head ache dont buy from these people. Proma usa not trustful.

Their customer service is awful. They messed up an order I placed and havent corrected it or refunded me. This order was placed 3 months ago. I guess BBB is my next step. I will not be ordering from Proma USA again...

I order gloves from these criminals and they charged me for stuff I didnt order. Instead of working to resolve the problem the girl I talked to issues me a refund with no explanation to what happened. Stay away.

Horrible place to work and quality they don’t pay you for training and don’t tell you that if you accidentally mess up a product they deduct it at full price from pay material and paint is also very cheap.
