Cool reasonable guy. Best prices I’ve ever ran across. Will be using Ground zero again

Ground Zero guys are awesome. Even though they were really busy, they still came and assisted with my tow, tire, and battery. Also the prices are very reasonable. Nice clean trucks, and a very friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend these guys! Thanks Ground Zero Towing!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! Joseph (if thats his real name) came to tow car. but at the drop off he improperly rolled the car off the truck and the car slammed to the ground and tore up the front end of the car! Driver did not take responsiblity for his actions and he had the nerve to still want to be paid after messing up the car. AND he did not have a license plate on his truck for us to follow up with police, which means he may have done this before. And is hiding his information. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY..THEY NEED NO STARS!. And Im a little skeptical of the people who left positive reviews maybe they know him personally. Because this guy was VERY unprofessional in the way he spoke to us after destroying the front end of the car. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PUT YOUR CAR IN A SITUATION FOR FURTHER REPAIRS!! WE ARE NOW OUT OF MORE MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. We are currently trying to find this guy to press some type of charges..We have many people who witnessed what he done..Also when you look up the information about this so called business it looks to be an address to someones home not a real business location. this set up is very Janky! we are extremely UNSATISFIED AND ANGRY!!!

I cant speak for the customers who left negative reviews. I can, however, speak for my experience with this company. And from start to finish I had a very pleasant experience. Called in the morning. Stayed in touch all the way up to meeting. Negotiated a fair price for my truck. And went about our days. Was patient and knowledgeable. I would most certainly recommend this company to others in the Cleveland area who need this type of service. And remember, the more buisness they get, the better service they can provide. Everyone starts from the bottom and had to climb their way to the top. Thank you for a good experience and will use you in the future if the need arises.

Extremely unprofessional! I’ve been attempting to have them pick up my vehicle for DAYS and he just called me at 12:45 saying he was “on his way” and still hasn’t shown. I am beyond frustrated!
